Had a wheel alignment done on my classic Mustang. They fit my alignment in their schedule even though they were short handed that morning. Was in an and out in a little over an hour. The alignment was perfect and the tech really took care of the car. They were good people and I will definitely use them again!

The works has always been amazing, explaining everything to me, even the minut details. Brought my daughters car, starting to be a family tradition.

I took my van in for brakes and transmission flush. The brake repair was done poorly the first time causing damage to the rotor, so I had to return to get it done again. While they did the repair at no charge I returned home with brakes that squeal. After Two more returns to get the issue resolved, I still have a squealing van. I am assure that it is safe, but am not confident.Further, the transmission work led to a leak of transmission fluid. The seal was done a second time and still leaks. Returning for an inspection of the continued leak led to new transmission lines. Car still leaks.Each time I dropped the car off I had to call to see if the repair was done as the shop closes for lunch and promptly at 5.The people are nice, but as for trusting them with my car and my safety, nope. I really tried, but don’t feel like they did.

Mechanical Repairs Done Well... The mechanics and staff at MSR are excellent. They accommodate my schedule and are always beyond cordial, have become friends. In a ticklish repair situation they are my first choice to have fix it. If they cant then they know can and will offer options to keep the costs down..

Quick to respond and repair!

I would give NO STARS if it was possible! I had my ford truck serviced they failed to pressure test it causing the engine to lock up. They acted like it was my fault and I had to turn it in to there insurance to get it corrected. I understand mistakes happen but when they do you should at least own up to them and not make the customer feel at fault.
