My mom and I just visited Cricket to change over our service and we are so happy! $80 total for two lines unlimited and Charles (I think that was his name) was so nice and helped us through the whole process. He explained everything super thoroughly! Highly recommend to everyone!

They seem to be doing pretty good for themselves here oh, and not too many people know that they are actually here. I noticed Google Maps says they are located inside of GameStop and this is not true just actually next to Dollar Tree and is its own store. Very helpful employees, and as a plus I seem to always get a smile when I walk in here.

Its almost 6pm...store hours state open til 7 pm Friday. Open sign is on, lights are on but doors are locked. No one answering the phone...been standing out here for over half an hour hoping whoever is running the store is just on a bathroom break. Other people waiting just gave up and left. They were here longer than me. Called Custer service 611 and they tried calling the store 3 times. No answer. Whats going on? Not the first time this has happened. Rediculous!!!

Transfered my number in store to a cricket sim from another carrier. Manager lied and left his employer to finish up. I was charged $150 (activation, sim card cost, and my service payment) total even though I was porting my number in, and had my own unlocked phone and I missed out on the friend bonus and my friend missed out on the friend bonus which was another $50 in loss total because when I asked the manager how to set it up he told me just do it after I activate (this was before I actually started the porting) and you HAVE TO do that before.My service works fine, but I lost a lot of money not ordering a sim and doing it all on my own. Dont go to this store if you dont have to they WILL lie to make a sale. I wasnt notified of the activation fees before switching my number and when I questioned why I was being charged to activate a new number the kid shrugged and said I dont make the rules sorry didnt I tell you? No. You didnt and I already ported.
