The hours of operation are never consistent anymore. Kind of a toss up if I actually am able to get coffee before work or not since I work nights. I mean closing at 5 is a little early and then not being open at all on Sunday anymore is a drag. I love the staff and the coffee but the constant changes to their hours of operation are making them lose business not only from me but many others.

Hands down the BEST Starbucks I have visited. Even in these trying times, with ingredient shortages & short staff, they continue to excel & do their best to make an excellent experience for the customers. They go above & beyond with customer service; it is impeccable that they keep their positive attitude and personable encounters while dealing with difficult people. Great job Starbucks staff! We love you & appreciate all that you do for us!

Dont bother going drive to Medina. Really ever open on the weekends. May as well be closed. It is in my book well give it a couple months and go back.

I absolutely love this Starbucks location, and it’s all thanks to Genevieve! She is THE BEST Starbucks employee ever! Always going out of her way to make sure my crazy orders are correct. She also doesn’t make me feel guilty about it either. She is bright, cheerful, charming, and funny. Shout out to all the Starbucks employees as well. Thank you for your hard work! Drinks are absolutely amazing from this location! I recommend the iced chia tea latte with strawberry purée in the cold foam. On point every time!

Love my local store and team. Also appreciate the recent upgrades to the drive thru entrance. They just need the nice digital screen menu here.

Just stopped second time, and drive thru is down and asks customer to come in cafe. This time I Park and go to door, closed with a person inside. Never so obvious a place didn’t care about inconveniencing me.

Everyday I buy a coffee from either the Wadsworth location or Medina… today I was served a half a coffee and told by the manager that everyone is making my drink incorrectly at every location….. never have I ever been served a cup with half a drink! Total disappointment.

I went through the drive thru today. I looked in the window the girl behind the lady at the window she was digging in her chest. She did not wash her hands or sanitize them she grabbed my drink and gave it to the person at the window. Not very happy about this experience with them.

I get the same item twice a week and it is amazing... Peach green tea lemonade, light ice, 7 pumps of honey. If is so good. This morning, wasnt so good. Think it was missing the honey and lemonade. Tasted like straight green tea and it was a darker color than normal. Maybe someone new made it. Struggling to drink it. Normally really great and gets me going in the mornings. I want my old tea back.... Will try again this week and hope for the best

Sausage breakfast wrap was perfect fresh and hot, and out coffee was super, our window server was joyful and very polite and knowledgeable

Worst 2 caramel lattes we have ever had... Lady talked us into using the caramel they us for drizzle because they were out of caramel syrup. Furthermore, the music was too loud and the ladys seamed distracted not on their typical 4 star customer service. Think they are getting too use to primarily drive thru customers

Badly Managed store. Always changing back and forth between drive thru only and no inside orders. To allowing some days order inside. Stated employee level problems, but store was full of workers. Not happy with this store. Such an inconvenience.

Went thru their drive thru to get drinks for my staff. After I left someone stopped in short Im front of me when I hit my brakes my drinks hit the floor. I returned to Starbucks to buy new drinks. When the young lady heard what happened she quietly spoke to some one behind her and then returned my money to me and said my new drinks were on them. Made my day. They earned a customer for life.

Thank you for the late night cold brew to go! I needed that last night as I had 3 hour drive ahead of me. The manager went above and beyond.

Didnt have my order ready in time for pick up, and the barista seemed to really struggle to understand my order, but it was timely enough and the drink was good. And I know this Starbucks is usually on the ball. Ill just go through the drive thru next time instead of picking up an online order if Im in a hurry.

Let me just say that its worth the wait! They need to build one in Barberton! I would probably go there everyday if there was one near me.

Drinks made correctly and quickly. Even though there was a long line at the drive through we had our drinks and sandwiches in a timely manner. Employees were courteous and nice.

Its star bucks... Prices are high, quality is ok. This star bucks randomly didnt open on saturday until 9am even though I always stop here because its open on my way to work at 530am.

Ahhh good ol starbucks the places of Refreshers and Espresso. I dont think Ive ever truly been disappointed to go to a starbucks (besides the ones inside of targets) As long as they clean their espresso machines like they are supposed to and keep it clean, Im a happy patron.

This is 100% the slowest Starbucks Ive been to and Ive been to some east coast to West coast and even different countries. Still the absolute SLOWEST. The bathrooms was gross not to mention the fact there was no toilet paper and no soap. The employee who helped me rolled her eyes at me so you can imagine how eager j am to return to this particular location...

What has happened to the hours? They are only open now 3PM-8PM. Everyone wants a Starbucks in the morning!

This Starbucks is usually awesome, especially the drive thru. I seem to have issues when I order inside/want to sit inside. Getting your drink in the store is such a slow process, even if you’re the only customer in the store. If you plan to sit at this Starbucks to study/work/read, good luck. They turn the music up so loud it makes it impossible to even focus. I have had to leave twice this week after just a few minutes of being on my laptop. I don’t know if they use this tactic to make customers leave (they probably do because I’ve worked in food and it’s something employees do to make people want to leave), but the music sucks. This hasn’t been my experience every single time, but the last few times the music has been obnoxious. It may just be one employee who chooses to blast the music... not sure.

Andrew gave THE best drive through service ive ever had. He let us know that if we had questions to ask away and order when we were ready. After driving to the window he anticipated everything that we needed. Tipped 5 bucks. Management listen he deserves a raise for real

The baristas are friendly and have a great sense of humor. There is a drive-through, and theres an access road behind the building so you dont have to exit straight onto the always-busy main road. Seating is limited, but service is always fast even when busy.

Ive been to this store many, many times and 2 out of 5 times they mess up my drink. If you want any customizations to your drink, go elsewhere. I dont see the difficulty in adding two extra shots, but it seems to be to difficult of a concept for this store.
