Dr. Brigham is thorough, takes the time to go over options and answer questions/address concerns. He performed my tonsillectomy, which as an adult, is not an easy recovery. When I had postoperative bleeding and called after hours, he personally took the call. He’s a wonderful doctor and I strongly recommend him.

He is a great doctor he has diagnosed my allergies and I am doing good after many years of fighting them, his staff is just great and very friendly, love going there.

Friendly staff that take care of you even the doctors/ Specialist. Mark is unremarkable did a great job on the nose, also doing dedicated allergy shots for 5 years. Appointments arent long waiting either. I drive from Akron every week to Wadsworth. Its worth it.

Dr. Wager made time in her schedule to see me regarding a hearing aid problem that occurred unexpectedly. She provided loaner aids for me to use while mine were sent in for repair. Excellent service and much appreciated.

Stated I was discharged from the office in 2013 and could not come back because I had a bill go to collections that has since been paid. Staff was horrible and less than helpful. I contacted BBB, and also made a complaint through their parent company SUMMA HEALTH SYSTEMS. They also refused to give me the office manager name, said its office policy that they do not give out names.

I took my daughter who is 18 to Dr Brigham For tonsils adnoids and tubes in her ears. My daughter also has moderate hearing loss. He said that the tubes might help but no promises. It would help with the fluid build up and pressure she was feeling. And he was right. Her hearing is worse she needs hearing aids. We have premature hearing loss on my husbands side. Besides the fact that he runs late alot. He takes his time with us and answers every concern we have. He is a perfectionists and Im glad he is my daughters doctor. She had no complications and healed quickly. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

My 6 year old son recently had a tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, and insertion of ear tubes at Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital with Dr. Brigham. This started when my son brought home a paper from school stating that he had failed his Kindergarten hearing screening. We went to Dr. Brighams office for an appointment with the audiologist for a hearing test, followed by an appointment with Dr. Brigham. Dr. Brigham explained that my son had mild to moderate hearing loss, but with tubes this would be reversed. He also presented all our options in regards to also removing the tonsils and adenoids. Dr. Brigham and the audiologist were both great with my son, speaking to him as well as me and explaining things in a way we could both understand. The surgery went smoothly, and we are already noticing an improvement in my sons hearing as well as his speech. We had a follow up appointment today and everything is healing properly. I have had nothing but positive interactions with Dr. Brigham as well as his staff. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Brigham did a wonderful job when my wisdom teeth impacted, and broke into my throat. Had surgery, this guy is the best.

Dr. Brighman was quite helpful and took time to examin me and explain possible solutions to my problem.
