Had a great experience today getting a oil change my car didnt just get a work up I got empowered and given the knowledge to take care of my car myself. Super happy with my service. They really know what they are talking about and wont rip you off!!!

Tai is awesome! Very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. His prices are fair and he wont charge you to do any work you dont actually need or could do yourself. I would absolutely recommend this shop for any VW or Audi work you need done.

He has done my short shifter install, as well as my full suspension upgrade and I literally could not be happier! He excels in all aspects of service. Great place friendly staff take care of ur bug!

Came to the shop based on the reviews online when my VW was having issues shifting gears. Thomas was the guy to help me. Even though he was booked on appointments for the rest of the month he was able to run a test on my car and tell me the issue with my car. Thomas was able to order me the part I needed for my car overnight and slide me in the very next day and fix my issues. Overall great experience with this shop and I would highly recommend visiting!!!

Thomas is literally the best mechanic I have ever had. Ive done thousands of dollars of work with him and wouldnt go to anybody else (I did before it was a mistake). Ive done timing belt and a few other major jobs. Hes honest, fair, reliable and knowledgeable. Ultimately he cares and you can trust him and he does excellent work. Not sure what else matters in a mechanic.

Tai always does a great job and do it for hundreds less than what VW quotes me. Honest and will tell you only what you need to get done. As a woman, I always feel like Im getting ripped off because they think I dont know better (which I dont) so I appreciate knowing that Im getting an honest opinion here.

Called to get my Audi fixed there for a simple issue and he told me the fix was “too much for them” and to “take it to the dealer”. I feel like if you can’t fix an issue on a brand you CLAIM to specialize in you shouldn’t advertise that you specialize in it.The problem was an ignition switch. Audi diagnosed it and using my YouTube expertise had it fixed within an hour.

I went to this shop and Thomas really went out of his way to help me with my Audi.He put some oil in the car, checked it and stayed until the 6 pm to work on my car. I was humble by the way he committed himself. I mean he didnt have to, but he stayed late anyways. He gained me a customer now. Thanks!!!

Possibly the best shop on this island for Volkswagen. Thomas knows everything about Volkswagen cars. And he would explain what he works on to customers in details.

I came in to get a stage 2 on my A3, turns out neither Revo nor Eurodyne had the version for my ECU, I was impressed how he was able to get my car on the road with great satisfaction, even if it meant him paying from his pocket to get the job done. This is a rare and honest auto shop.

Thomas is a master of his craft, honest, fair, brilliant, professional, courteous, friendly, Da Kine, and a true philosopher of life, which makes him the best mechanic I have ever known.We met at his house near Mililani in 2001, when I had a 93 Jetta. He worked miracles on that car right before my eyes. He also worked on my other VW, an 02 Golf.
