Being a white man must have been my fault. Right at closing the non white woman who just be 18 slammed the door in my face to make sure I dont get in. Sept 10th. Both non white woman performed a simple hate crime if you ask me. Shame on yall. Lack of leadership and no ability to help in anyway.

I dont particularly care for this chain, however it is nice to have this option instead of going to Meijer down the road! The store seems cluttered, not so well kept! The employees are never friendly or helpful and their is always a line to check out! It is convenient, but not my favorite place!

Oftentimes the Dollar Generals have something I need, however, every single store is a mess! They seem to be dirty and very disorganized! I would strongly suggest you step up your game in cleanliness. Maybe youre not valuing that aspect but you need to start. Maybe youre not valuing your employees and you definitely should! This is also a significant show of how you value, or devalue the community in which every store is located... I beg you to support these communities, these beautiful employees and make your store beautiful and a place everyone can be proud to shop and work and see in their neighborhood!

Floor space is tight, cooler for ice cream down more then should be.The staff are great.

I must admit, Dollar General, is a nice way to get what you need at a lower cost and not have to take up so much time in large stores just to pick up a few items and if its a sale item a gamble its even going to be there. A surprising variety in a smaller store, as well as the merchandise are items most sought out after. Our cashier was very kind and delightful. The store appeared well organized and clean. With so many small grocery stores gone and open market arent open in the winter time a nice alternative, and once youve been there a few times, you know what they have, makes it easy.

Love this store. Only complaints are that there is always stock waiting to be put out so it blocks aisles but it is that way at all of them. Their clearance makes no sense. Clearance one week then full price the next.

Store was a mess. Sign on door clearly states all employees and customers must wear a mask per government safety regulations.Not a single employee wore a mask. Cashier was eating and drooling from the corner of her mouth.I was the only customer who had a mask on.Is it any wonder why Kent county has such a high Covid 19 count.

I went to the Dollar General Today in Standale Walker in Grand Rapids Mi. The store well stock, clean & Employees real nice.

Employers are nice prices low. Quality a little low but comes with low prices.

Dollar General in Standale very dirty and extremely congested with freight!! Dangerously blocked aisles wont shop that location again,Im a senior so found it all the more dangerous.

Need to free up the isles for a cart to get down them. The cardboard cart was blocking 2 isles not good for business. Hire stockers at night its a fortune 500 company. I am sure Dollar General Corp can afford it

A good dollar store to pick up any of your basic needs. I was surprised to see they have food there too. The items are overall what youd expect to find at a dollar store. The store was clean, and the register clerk was moving quickly to ring people up with minmal wait time. If you need something quick and want to get in and get out, try this place.

Better than a 7 Eleven. If those exist.....

Shop here often, but wish it felt more accessible. There are always boxes randomly out, and stocking being done. Sometimes in my way. Difficult to maneuver around. Wish this was an easier stop.

Great staff, the store is just ALWAYS a mess. Very unorganized & the isles are often hard to walk through (full of boxes of merchandise)

The cashiers always have a smile, they are very welcoming and greet you as soon as you walk through the dollar. They know where everything is and are very respectful
