I absolutely love this store and all of the workers, I have been coming here for years and never had a problems with any of the workers or anything in the store, Im very blessed for this store and all the workers.

Fun and caffiene at Safeway.

This Safeway is referred to as ghetto Safeway by locals, its not in the nicest part of town and is frequented by the homeless, but its my favorite place to shop. You wont find nicer employees anywhere and it feels more like a little community, especially if youre a regular there. The cashiers are so friendly, Ive seen them use their own money to help cover the remainder for moms buying groceries, help elderly shoppers get home, etc. The pharmacy staff is always kind and efficient, I wont fill my meds anywhere else. All of the staff Ive gotten to know over the years ask how about life, how my kids are, etc.

The staff in this place habe no brain, they walk arond mindlessly all day. they dont hlep me and i cannot find the exit ot this ploice. also no penu butter??

I always prefer to shop this Safeways store vs the one located in Southgate area, partly bcuz its a smaller store so Im in and out with a quickness, plus, I enjoy seeing the same faces I always see when Im there, its more ..personal for me .

It’s a pretty good store they don’t have a super large selection it’s kind of a smaller Safeway but it’s nice.

The bathroom door is activated by waving your hands to lock and unlock the door.

The pharmacy is always very slow to fill RX. Ive had rush noted prescriptions sent & werent filled til next day & then 3-4 hrs after I called

Smallest Safeway I have ever experienced and I am 70 years old!!Small isles and the shocker for me, no mens restroom!!! There is a unisex bathroom but someone was camped out in there. The management said I could use the womens. Imagine how awkward that could be, with no lock on the door!!!

Saw a guy with out a mask sneezing all over the vegetables. Notified the staff and they didn’t bother notifying management. Just shrugged it off. Not sanitary and pretty concerning with Covid-19 going on. Will not be coming here to buy vegetables or fruits anytime soon.

Great store and employees. Would be a 5 except store is very crowded. The floor displays really impede a shoppers ability to move around the store.

I went here to get some ice cream sandwiches. The store was recently remodeled to the colorful lifestyle. Store looks really nice.

I waited in the spirits aisle for quite some time before being helped. The new planogram is very confusing and I left without getting everything I needed out of frustration.

This is a small store. The downtown Safeway is scaled down from the larger Safeway but gets as much as the traffic. This store has had many of the same faces for over 10 years. Living in town its always been my go to. However.. rush hour should be avoided if you can manage that.

Right downtown in Walla Walla, about a 5-minute walk from Whitman.

Both sites, in way and on Rose St were out of the box some I wanted to get had to go too a third store to find it. There was no chickpea flour either.

Chaotic grocery store! I shopped here in the evening and there were only a few lanes open. I was surprised by this. I also felt that their selection wasnt great. The staff was really nice!

Two Safeways here. One on Rose St. near downtown and one on Plaza Way near Fairgrounds. One way aisles, lots of food, beverage, household, and misc. items here. Shop to your hearts content.

It is an OK Safeway. Problem is the alcohol is locked up. I was there in the isle for 5 minutes then 3 more people are in the isle waiting. We here the announcement for some employee to come and help. We hit the button - it just keeps announcing. I dont know how long we waited.I guess the main problem is when the guy showed up and I asked how long does it take for someone to show up i got when we can find some one. No sorry we are... Or anything.Whatever. Fix it. In my humble opinion

I have been going here for over a year now. I love that everyone knows me and my 2 year old son. They arent rude or disrespectful. I can get my shopping done quick. The store is very clean. I love if i forget a digital coupon the cashiers are always on top of it. And i love the savings.This evening has brought my rating down 2 stars. I just switched to their pharmacy and now my experience went down the crapper. First the girl on the computer did not understand a simple question, and when the pharmacist finally came over to fix the issue his attitude was very demining. Almost as tho he was judging me for my doctors mistake. Ive never felt so little. And i stand tall everyday.

This Safeway Pharmacy is always very helpful, and accepts discount coupons from GOOD RX cheerfully. With Good Rx their prices are usually the lowest or within a few cents of the lowest available. I recommend them, and much shorter wait times than Walmart Pharmacy that also has good prices, which Safeway usually matches when using the Good Rx Coupons.

I dont usually shop at Safeway but did today. Love the savings you get when a person shop there. Dorothy was the cashier was very pleasant. Store was busy thanks Rose St. Safeway and Dorothy, keep up the good job

Super market shopping. Largely organic vegetables except for prepacked choices. Unless you are a Just4U member (sign up on line or in store), the prices seemed a bit high. However lots of food choices and brand variety. Has pharmacy and Western Union outlets, fresh flowers and Starbucks. Free parking.

This location does not have an in store bakery. It is very crowded feeling.

Store: Good, but they close some entrances and exits during the evening hours without putting up signs. The way they give people a heads up is by placing carts in front of the door. This might work for locals, but catches visitors off guard.Products: Good. Stock happened to be low in cough & cold section when I visited. Other shelves were well stocked.Prices: Usual. $5 Fridays (select items discounted to $5) are a nice touch.Staff: Great. They dont bother you like at other stores.
