We have to talk with the ladie at Moody street. Shes always rude with customer. She cannot do customer service. I know a lot people left Boots mobile because of her. She always mad at me for nothing. She even yell at me. Shes so rude. We have to do something.

I have been a loyal customer to Boost Mobile and their store on Moody Street because their customer service is superior and ensures their customers are happy and well.I had a long transaction to get done and they took care of me the entire time. They also explained to me what they were doing and why.Will continue to come here. I send all of my friends to them.

I had an issue with my service for a week that main customer service could not resolve. Finally decided to seek help at the store and it took Heidi about 2 minutes to restore my service and fix the issue. Great, knowledgeable and helpful customer service. Thank you Heidi.

Loren the saleswoman at the store was amazing and deserves and a promotion. She knows about phones and helped in ways I didnt even know I needed. You are lucky to have such a great employee I will be referring friends and family based on my experience with her.

Love boost Mobile have been a customer for about 8 years, love their prices and love boost Mobile cutomer service... Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a pre-paid type plan and not looking to spend alot of money each month, boost has a 35 dollar/month plan and a 50 dollar/month plan and other options as well.. Waltham store is a great location and the staff is always friendly and helpful..

The lady working there as no freaking clue whats shes doing, she was no help at all!!! I asked her if she could call customer service she said she couldnt do that nor help me in anyway dont ever go there for any thing worst customer service in my life ...!!!
