Instantly I was greeted with the most amazing smile and eye contact with the employee of the night and I am still in shock at the charm that she had with me... I was just here to pay my monthly bill, and all of the sudden were talking gigabits!!! Extremely well maintained staff and I had a great experience with the new technology that we experienced together. Time for me to work on using my new Gigabits!!!! ☆81☆

Excellent customer service !! Fernando was exceptional in helping me pick out my new phone . He also saved me $15 a month as I had previously signed up with a higher monthly rate that I thought I needed for data. He will import your contacts / phone numbers into your new phone too. The sales team at Metro PCS on River St are such a huge asset to Metro PCS company. I have gone to the Main St branch where the sales person was soooo rude I never went back. Keep up the good work, I will recommend you highly !

I was with sprint for 5 years, I came to this Metro. They were pleasant,attentive and helped my family and i to a family plan for $100.00. After years of having unreasonable bill from sprint . They have the best customer service ever.Thank you !

Ported my number from sprint and was having a problem on my end and they wprked with me to get everything resolved and fixed. They were very professional and know what they were doing. I left metro to go to sprint and after 4 months came back because it really is the best bang for for the buck and they have the best service in Boston. Thank You :)

He called me back on his own time with the answer, It was a good answer too. Like I said. ******6 Stars.

The worst service ever they dont care about the customers they just care about the money bought a phone from them and it was bad 3 days later when I went back and I asked for help they threw the phone on me and they say they couldnt do anything about it
