I’m not sure why all the harsh reviews but people have a right to their own experience. Mine was great! My daughter and I were greeted by Chris. I simply asked for an upgrade for my daughters phone and Chris gave me all the details and upfront pricing. He did not try to sell us anything but what I asked for. It was quick and easy. Ask for Chris when you visit here. You won’t be disappointed.
I went in to switch over from a different carrier, everyone I spoke with was very helpful and informative. I bought a galaxy watch along with a galaxy note 20 ultra. I had my phone number ported over with no issues at all. I did have an issue getting my watch to activate however I brought it back in a week later and the same gentlemen were there from the previous week. They were very helpful, they had my watch activated quickly without any issues! I would definitely recommend this store to others. Very happy with my experience here.
I saw several negative reviews, so I thought Id mention how attentive and helpful two guys (Joe and Jose) were this past week helping me get my refurbished iPhone up and running. Joe found out I had insurance on it, so he helped me get the process rolling for a new phone when mine was in danger of dying.Today, Jose really got my frustration at my iPhone not being activated as it should have been. Something about a sim card. Now? All fixed, and Im grateful!

Do not step foot in this place. Just go to the ATT next door.Heres why...Juxtaposed to my experience at ATT this store just gave me a dark creepy feeling. At ATT I bought a screen protector, 2x phone cases and just got some great service from some sort of manager (employees were running up to him left and right so he knew his stuff.) He asks me whether or not to install the glass: yes, please, and thank you. Also gave me all sorts of discounts in the process. Full service. It reminds me now to write them a positive review as we all shouldnt just focus on the negative experiences in life. However that left me one screen protector short (ATT ran out). So I mosey on down and pick one up at Verizon. They do not ask me to install it, and mention the lifetime guarantee.I proceed to install the glass and the thing breaks. Aw shucks, so I gotta run back and return it.As I walk in, I look though the windows for customers (these are the days of COVID), see no one there, and enter though the first set of doors. The manager greets me on my way in (all alarmed that someone would just walk into an empty store), through the second set of doors, so Im left to explain all this in the vestibule, where he quickly shuts it down and says no, returns go through Otterbox. I turn around in anger and walk back to my car. I decide Im not done, and walk back and wait outside to talk to this guy again stating they sold me a product and they have to back it up. No dice. So my phones unprotected, and the process though Otter costs 6.99+ tax for shipping and whatever. Oh, that and however how long this takes to sort out with Otter.In conclusion, if youre gonna go here, walk by the bustling ATT on your way in. Then compare it to the empty Verizon store youre now in, with its loafing 5-6 employees, confronting you on your way in for having the audacity to make them work. Then soon enough, youll swear to never step foot in this store, or any other Verizon store again.
They will sell you the world, however ask a question about current plan, they show you a photo copy of a number to call.

Staff is not informed about their product knowledge. They have no patience unless it comes to making money. I understand why they have less than a 3-star rating. My recommendation would be to either A) Go to another Verizon store or B) Pick another wireless provider.
While I may be wrong, perhaps asking me my account information would have been appropriate!My i phone wasn’t holding a charge. First rep to assist me took the phone and plugged it into a charger. About ten minutes later it was up to 6% and he said it ‘may of had dust in the port.’I went to my car, drove around for ten minutes charging, phone went to 3%.Return to store where another rep, youngish woman, explained to me I needed to go to an APPLE store as it must be a battery issue from last update. As I tried to ask for her tolook up my account, she shhssed me and told me I ‘.... was not listening.’I was listening. And I heard you loud and clear!! We do not help our customers at Verizon. (Unless you are spending more money!!)Thanks for looking up my account. Thanks for assisting me with real solutions. (Sarcasm... are you listening now!!)
I expressed concern about a recent problem that I had been having. Customer service provider laughed at me, then went out back and relayed my concern to others while laughing. I have been a Verizon customer for years and do not appreciate this treatment. I will look into other providers who treat their customers with greater respect!
I have been here a few times. Great service and outstanding members. They greet everyone that comes in and are knowledgeable with their products. I recommend this store to anyone in Wareham or surrounding areas.
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S9+ mobile phone plus many accessories, my bill went to about $1400.00. I paid it in full. In 3 weeks the Phone went down. For some reason the YouTube over loaded the battery and damaged the software of the Phone. I went back to the store and the sales man told me to go out to my car and call customer service. How could l do that the Phone wasnt working ! He didnt offer to help me at all, but he was so happy when l made my purchase ! !

I recently bought an iPhone 11 and was trying to activate the eSIM so I could use one phone with two separate numbers. Before showing up to this store, I had already tried setting up the eSIM through Verizon Tech Support with no luck (3+ hours on the phone). I thought I would just show up at the store so I could have Verizon take responsibility of activating their own SIM cards.I will say that the staff was friendly and they did try to help resolve the issue. However, I have to give them 3 stars because I dont think they really understood how the eSIM works. I was told that the two phone numbers needed to be on the same account. Also, a physical SIM must be installed to use the eSIM. Neither of those statements are correct. I ended up having to spend another 2 hours with Verizon Tech Support to get it to work.In all fairness, I called other Verizon stores and they wouldnt set up the eSIM either - everyone was directing me towards Tech Support. It wouldve been nice if they couldve just said that they didnt know how to do it rather than confidently providing incorrect information.
Went there to activate a new Verizon phone that was purchased from Best Buy after having difficulty activating it online.Sales rep had never seen this before and told me to contact Best Buy after 5 minutes of fumbling around with the phone, including entering in a random Apple ID without asking for the ID we wanted to use, locking us out of the phone.I now have to do a complete wipe of the phone and figure this out with Verizon tech support as its obvious these guys dont want to help you if you dont buy the phone from them.Avoid this place at all costs.

Choose a different carrier! Its too bad, because they have a great network. They have made the company totally unfriendly to customers. Leave VZW!

There is great customer experience at this Verizon Wireless! I use Verizon Wireless for my Real Estate business and family of teenagers, so I have a multitude of complicated issues with my devices!Anthony in particular is wonderful. He always tries to add value, and remembers us like we are his best friends! In truth, there are things about Verizon that I am not happy with, but Anthony has helped us navigate through the tricky waters. (or air waves!) When you go... request Anthony!

This Verizon specifically needs to train its employees a little better... a lot better. They dont know much about the actual devices they sell. Once my father went in there to upgrade his iPhone, they backed up his phone correctly to iCloud that was signed in with an ICLOUD email, they than set his new phone up with a YAHOO email account for his iCloud... the emails have no relation at all. They were puzzled at the fact that the backup was not showing up on the new iPhone. Again the two phones are signed into two completely different accounts. So theyre not linked in anyway. They than sent us to The Mac Express as they had no idea what to do, where they explained to us that the two phones were not linked in any way what so ever. They told us since the backup of the old phone was on a iCloud email account you would have to sign in with that same account on the new iPhone. All in all, it took them 5 minutes to fix the issue and have the new phone working perfectly fine with zero issues and the backup loaded on to the new iPhone perfectly. I was very pleased with the knowledge at that store, I wish I could say the same for you guys.
My phone wasnt receiving calls. Apparently as an authorized reseller they dont troubleshoot. They werent busy so I cant understand why they wouldnt try and help. They told me to call support... Wont go back there.
Joe was able to find the product I requested, and add it to my account, making sure I was informed about all charges and changes to my account. Polite, quick and professional.

Ive been to this particular store 2x. Both times I left, had to call Verizon &talk to them forever & explain what happened, then they would have to fix the problem & call the store & tell them to help me properly. So each visit I left w/out the help or what I needed, then have to talk to Verizon, then come back to the store again before I actually got the help I came in for the 1st time. They did not insert a sim card & check everything to make sure the phone was working properly before I left which I was told by Verizon is what they are supposed to do. It wasnt until I got home that I realized this. I was planning on buying a new phone today from this store but because of what happened w/the other phone, there wasnt time. However, now I think that was a blessing because I dont want to purchase anything from this store because Ive had nothing but problems w/this store. Its unfortunate that its the closest one to my house, but Id rather drive further & get the service Im expecting the 1st time than go a shorter distance ¬ get the service Im expecting, then have to call Verizon & talk to them forever, then have to go back to this Verizon store again. Save yourself the trouble & go to a diff one. Very disappointed & will not be going back.

I went in to VW at Wareham crossing to purchase a google pixel 3 which I did not buy so to a price discrepancy. Apparently my salesman put the order in anyway. I got an email reciept for the transaction. He also reactivated my phone number again that was blocked on my cell phone that had been stolen giving the theif access to my line again. A lot of balls! Never go to a VERIZON store. Zero star is my review.

Anthony was absolutely my favorite salesman Ive ever interacted with at a Verizon store. He was there when we needed him without making us feel rushed or pressured and I could tell he really knew the products. I probably spent more with him than I would have with others because I could tell he was being up front with what he thought I needed and what he thought I didnt.
This place is a joke, tried to make me buy out my phone and then buy a new phone when mine randomly stopped working... turns out my phone is a model that’s recalled due to problems, Apple is giving me a new free iPhone. So don’t listen to there lies... go home and call you get treated the right way

Hmmmm.....alway had great service up until today. Bought a Mophie Powerstation Plus XL a few months ago from this exact store. Went in today because its stopped working (after only a handful of times using it). Right off the bat, I got the old “you need to contact Mophie directly as its been longer than 2 weeks” routine. I explained that I wasnt returning it, I was just looking for a replacement because it was defective. They didnt have the exact model in stock, so they couldnt/wouldn’t switch it out for me. I left my name and number with the person who helped me.....and was told that if I didnt hear back from them, that I should reach out to Mophie directly-lol. If the phone doesnt ring, I’ll know who it is
Absolutely useless. After being on the phone with Verizon for over an hour, with a problem they suggested may be a software issue, I was instructed to go to a Verizon store for further assistance. Upon arrival I was told I dont know what you want me to do, I can sell you a new phone. Why dont you go to Apple. The Verizon workers did not even attempt to help, were rude, and frankly insulting. They treated us like we were dumb and had no idea what we were talking about. There was no attempt to help what so ever. Ill be leaving Verizon. Thanks Shane

I definitely recommend Anthonys service at the Verizon Wareham Store. I dealt with him for 3 continuous days, and could not ask for better customer service. My droid could not charge, connect to Bluetooth, or sign onto certain apps. We received my replacement phone and the Bluetooth problem remained. through his vast experiences, and incredible domain knowledge we were able to fix the problem. I would recommend his service and confidently say that he sets the standard for customer service at that store, as well as for the industry.

The staff here have been disrespectful both times that I have visited. Its worth it to drive to Cape Cod and visit the one in Hyannis! I live in Wareham but I will not be back to this store ever again.
