Chandler replaced and painted a dented fender for me. It took a little longer for them to get good parts than planned, but they were making sure that I got good parts. The people I delt with were professional, helpful, and efficient. The paint job was well done and the associated trim looks great. The only con is that they must have spilled something inside the door that took two weeks for the smell to dissipate.

My fiancé hit a deer in my Yukon XL on the 4th of July. Chandler’s estimated that it would take over two weeks for completion. I got my car back in a week! My car has never looked better! From the professionalism to the detailing and repairs of my Yukon, my entire experience was nothing short of AMAZING! 10 out of 10 recommend using Chandler Collision, they will NOT disappoint!!!

They went out of their way to help me get my vehicle on Friday before memorial day when it looked like it might be after memorial day. They made arrangements for me to pick it up from tires plus where my new wheel and tire were being replaced.

Took my BMW 535I to Chandler for some collision repair as a result of a minor incident with a box in the middle of the road. They repaired the area on schedule as promised. In noticed that a small area had been missed when I picked it up. They immediately made me another appointment, fixed the area at no charge and did a great job. All of my contacts with them were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs. Great customer service and great results.

We have several cars we race and show cars. When our show car was damaged, we only wanted the best painter in Georgia to make the repair. We were told by a lot of people that Scott at Chandler Collision was the best, and without a doubt he is. The car is back on circuit and continues to draw crowds wherever it goes. I found Chandler Collision through positive Google reviews, and from my first phone call with Bucky, I knew these guys would take good care of me. My expectations were surpassed in every single way. Not only did they handle my claim start to finish, but my car came back to me looking BETTER than before the accident. They got me OEM parts (which may depend on your insurer) and kept me updated by phone at every step of the process. Mr. Chandler personally set me up with transportation and was super concerned that I wasnt inconvenienced in any way.I was very anxious at the start of this process but I made the right call and am so glad I did. I have been using Chandler Collision for 6 years now. Ever since I have gotten my car there has been multiple fender benders and accidents, life happens. And Chandler is the only place I will take my vehicle. The car stays in the shop for only 3-5 days, and that really helps with my hectic school and work schedule. They treat me like family, and Eric always knows me by name unfortunately lol. They are so kind and even help with getting rental cars and will drive you to the rental office! I can always depend on them to give me GREAT service.

I needed a sunroof replaced and they talked with me so nicely, completed the job quickly, worked smoothly with the insurance company, and even went above and beyond by removing the tape and bag I had over it and cleaned the leftover residue for me!Thank you to everyone!
