RCI is the best...hands down. Excellent customer service...Ashley is wonderful. Kept us updated every step of the way. The craftsmanship is phenomenal cant even tell my car was damaged in the accident.

This business takes a long time to complete the process. You would think with the amount of time they take that they give great attention to detail. Sadly,this is not the case. Since my original service from my accident I have had the car back to Rci on four different occasions. They don’t keep record of my appointments and keep the car unusually long times.

My truck was wrecked on Sept. of 2021. I was recommended RCI by a co-worker of mine. I took my truck to them and it took over a month to get my truck back. It came out of paint and there was a huge crack in the paint under the lip of the truck. showed them this and they said they were going to have to re-paint the whole hood. The told me it would be ready two days later. I call back two days later and they said it hadn’t come out the booth. So I wait over the weekend and call back on Monday. When I call Monday I got got there was something wrong again with the hood and had to be repainted again. My rental ended the next day. I got the truck back Wednesday and the lip of the hood is still primer gray. Now they are saying they will not cover the cost off the rental when they had to repaint the truck twice and still doesn’t have it right. I will never use this place again and would not recommend to anyone!

Great experience with RCI! They did body work on my vehicle after an accident. They were very professional, kept me informed throughout the process and finished the repair a week ahead of schedule. The staff was very helpful and friendly too. The repair to my vehicle and the paint job is perfect. It’s the best experience I have had to date with type of service. I highly recommend.

Repairs were quality, but timeliness and communication on when the repairs would be complete was lacking. I understand in the current environment that things will be delayed. all I needed was a phone call but I never got one. I had to call 4 times to get updates on the timeline. overall I would recommend RCI and I would take my car there again for repairs.

Very helpful and friendly. My car got totalled so when I went here to grab my belongings from my car I asked if I can have someone who can explain to me the damages my car had. Evan came out and fully explained every detail to me carefully. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about my case. I was highly satisfied with the results when I saw my car fixed. They offered to pick me up from Enterprise where I dropped off my rental and they even did a deep cleaning on the inside/outside of the vehicle. This was the first time using RCI for me. I was really impressed with the professionalism and personal service I received from them. My wifes Honda CR-V was damaged in the rear and I selected them to repair it. They communicated with my insurance company to arrange all the claim details. They also kept me up to date by text message on each step of the process. The repair was completed in a normal time frame considering we are in a pandemic. My wife had an unfortunate encounter with a deer that left her car mangled. Despite several set backs with parts and some delays with insurance while they debated a total loss, RCI still managed to knock it out of the park and return our vehicle within a reasonable amount of time…. And looks even better than before the accident. Great customer service, David/Ashley specifically worked with me - but everyone else was extremely professional and courteous as well. Great work, they were upfront with everything and honest and good to do business with. Had a problem with some previous repairs performed by another company, RCI called to let me know and let me know what my options were before proceeding.

Hit a deer and RCI was recommended to me by friends and my insurance company. They told me it would be three weeks - they had my car done and looking amazing in 1 week. Highly efficient and great customer service. I would go there again with zero hesitation.

The overall work was good on the car no flaws but i will have to say DO NOT believe them when they say it will be ready i was told 7 different times it would be ready and then the day would come and it wouldn’t be ready, communication was good and like i said work was good on the vehicle.

Always feel very well taken care of by RCI. This was an out of pocket repair, and I was very pleased with price, quality, and repair time.

Once I got my truck there, it was very easy to drop off and then pick up the same day to replace my chrome bumper. The lady working at the front desk was super friendly and reassuring. They said they would call when its ready, and they did.

I took my 2012 Corvette Grand Sport to RCI Collision which is an awesome facility. The staff there is fantastic, so helpful and courteous. I wasn’t happy with the bumper cover that they got for my car. It was terrible, but they fixed it to my satisfaction which isn’t easy. Paint was matched beautifully too. I had my Lexus Coupe repaired by RCI Collision and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone who would like professionals with high standards repairing their vehicle. I decided to try RCI because I live in Warner Robins and was getting estimates. I made an appointment and as soon as I stepped in, I was warmly greeted. Dwayne did my estimate and thoroughly explained it to me. Once I decided to have RCI do the work, I was taken to get my rental car by Jermaine, a perfect gentleman. I can’t say enough about my car technician, Clint. Clint called me regularly with updates on my car but even more importantly, he did an, SUPERB, OUTSTANDING !!!!! The finished product on his work was as if it was brand new!!! Manager Kim, a delightful addition to the team! Landon, another perfect gentleman, escorted me to work while some finishing touches were being done. Used to be a great place to take your vehicle for repairs but here lately not the case. Last two visits was told 3 day repair turned into a 3 week repair. Jeep was in for repairs was told it would be a 2 week job ended up being a 8 week job and it still needs a repaint. Took both my daughters cars in and both needed to be taken back for repairs due to not being completed. Very disappointed. Will not be back.

The actual cost was $60 less than the estimate due to them not having to use a part they ordered. They could have been dishonest, and charged me the original estimate price. The staff was very professional and efficient. I was very pleased!

They did bodywork on the back of my car when I got rear ended. Customer service was absolutely fantastic and they were easy to work with. Repairs are amazing.

Had driver side light assembly replaced due to condensation inside light. Suppose to be in and out, in about 11ish no call, called them they had issues, personal problem with employee, 4:30 no call dropped by, someone checking vehicle being staged for pick up. A phone call and new pick up time would have been nice by phone, I don’t always respond to messages of any kind readily, thank you, keep older people in mind as you continue to expand your business, phone calls are still my go to!!!

My van had a run in with a deer really bad damage they fix it like new. Im in the automotive paint business so I know what to look for. The repair was awesome paint match and blend perfect and on silver that is not easy. Great job like it never happened.

Brought my truck based off the great experience I had years ago.Never again!!! They stay overbooking and work wasnt done on time.Even painted my truck the wrong color and swear the the quality control had looked at it.Didnt believe me and had to show them pictures in my phone.we will repaint they said every time I called we dont have any extra rental cars for you.Work was ok at best. They use to wash your vehicle before the return it to you and communication was good.Next time Ill just go to insurance preferred shop.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE THEY ARE TO BUSY WITH TOO MANY PROJECTS TO CARE.

I was amazed at the facilities, the initial office staff contact were very professional and David is one of the many assets this company has amassed. David took time to understand my needs and thoroughly reviewed what was to be done. This repaint of my vehicle hood due to rock damage was not covered by insurance but I feel the estimate was certainly reasonable. David was able to schedule the work for the following week which was unbelievably quick. The crew who had to deal with my near-constant anxiety and endless questions were friendly, professional and well informed. The insurance company tried to play games with me, and RCI handled those games very efficiently. I was nervous and worried for absolutely nothing. These guys KNOW what they are doing. If you’re having any doubts, you need to dismiss those doubts immediately. These guys earned a lifelong customer. If I need ANY work done on my car, it’s coming here. Period.

I wrecked my truck and had damage to the hood, front bumper, headlights, radiator mounts, And a handful of other parts. When my truck will go to RCI collision I was instantly notified that my truck was there. Once given the OK by State Farm, they instantly notified me and began ordering parts to repair my truck. I was in contact with throughout the whole time they were repairing my truck. Once the truck is done I was notified to go and pick it up. Upon arrival I was greeted at the front desk by some very kind and well mannered workers. Once my truck was brought to the front I was honestly lost for words. They did an absolutely amazing job on my truck. The paint was matched to the rest of the body of my truck. Everything was new and repaired like it should have been. This was my first accident ever at the age of 20 and my first truck and I was scared that it wouldn’t have been repaired like it should have. It honestly looks better now than it did before. I would definitely recommend friends, family, and anyone else to this collision shop.

Very quick estimate appointment, thorough estimate, dealt with the insurance company for me, gave me an estimated pick up time and nailed it. Also, I got estimates from others, RCI was the lowest. Very happy with them and will use them for any future needs.
