I’m 16 just to start this off not even 5 minutes ago me and my mom were going to her car and another car literally engulfed in flames and was super close to my mom so we got away from it because it could possibly explode so while they are trying putting it out I’m recording to have proof of how close it was and what happened so the worker is cussing at me telling me not to be recording and telling us to get in our car which was super close to one that was still on fire he was super rude and disrespectful especially in a situation like that. Everyone should know don’t go near a car that’s literally in flames I feel like he should really lose his job because he clearly does not know how to handle a situation like that.

All I have to say this location has some great people Jarell and Crystal are awesome!!!! I came in a panic my car was having issues I didnt know if it was the battery or starter Crystal checked it without hesitation!!!! Unfortunately, it was the battery she went on the computer found me one for a great price!!! She installed it Jarell was also amazing he was very nice we talked for awhile one thing for sure he loves his Mama!! Which touched my ❤️ because I lost my mom in 2017 I will DEFINITELY be back!!! We are visiting from out of state for a family reunion. Our check engine light popped up last night as we were coming in from Fitzgerald GA. Jarrell was amazing. He talked us on how to run the diagnostic and walked us through each step and even told us how to look up the various codes and suggested on a few things we can try to help until we could take it to a local dealership before we needed to make the 9 hour drive home. I would highly recommend anyone having issues woth theor cars. Jarrell is knowledgeable and very clearly enjoys helping his clients.

I needed 2 parts and they only had one. They looked up the part and found one of their other stores that had the other part. I appreciated the extra effort on their part.

I visited the store about a month or so ago and the guy name Jarrell (sp) was absolutely FANTASTIC! He went above and beyond the call of duty. I was having trouble with one of my vehicles and he immediately went to work and was able to find out what the issue was. He even got on the ground and looked under the vehicle. I was very impressed because I dont usually get this type of service anymore. I will be sure to take all of vehicles to this location. I was very appreciative and wanted his service to be recognized.

Some of the employees have a good attitude. A couple of them could work on it.

Treating customers like theyre in the way or theyre just bothering you isnt the right way to conduct business especially if you are the assistant manager. The only reason I had to go to this store was because of a return on my commercial account. I will not be returning to this store until the management is corrected.

My opinion of Autozone has changed over the past few months. Their service at both Watson Blvd locations has been very attentive, polite, and very patient. I still say one should look up their own parts online, even if you want to pick up at the store. Three times Ive ran in and said I need part (X) to fit (year/make) truck and three out of three have been the wrong size or part. When I look it up online myself and present a part # I always get exactly what Im looking for. Their rewards program pays very well in the form of a rebate that you can apply to your next order, or save it for another day. Every employee Ive dealt with has been so helpful with returns and purchases. The stores are immaculate so mother would approve ...but she insists on taking her car to the dealership. The parts seem to be around a mid grade quality and medium price range. I cant say enough about how great their service has been. 5 stars .

On Saturday, 16 May I went to purchase a new battery for my daughters car. They had the battery but were unable to install it. Jarrell E. Was assisting me and I asked if he could point me in the direction of a mechanic who could assist. He did and the service was excellent. He stuck with me the whole way through and some thing he did, he didn’t have to but he did. I definitely will be coming to this specific autozone when needed be. Hands down, it was the service. These guys took care of me better than I could have done myself. I used to work in this industry and no the type of struggle that youre going to go through with customers thinking that they know it all, or that they know better than you. Everyone that Ive worked with at the store, has been nothing but kind and patient and willing to help save me the most money possible. Absolutely terrible service! My daughter is 3 counties away and the truck starts pouring coolant. She stops at Auto Zone and gets a new radiator cap and some antifreeze. I had her ask the employees if they could look to see where the coolant was coming from? So she could let me know if maybe it was a hose or something more serious. They told her it was not their job. And sent a kid out the door with her purchases in the freezing cold and would not even attempt to look and see where it may have been coming from. Encourage everyone to know to shop at Advance auto parts in the future . Terrible customer service from Auto Zone!!!

They were very polite, i wish i could give 4.5 stars. Id say five because they were the only place in all of middle georgia who had the part i needed. But im saying 4 because it was a $400 part. But it was name brand and on a reletively new vehicle.
