First time customer that took my car in with worries I needed a new AC compressor and was prepared to spend at least $1000. I was relieved to find out I just needed a recharge and was explained everything throughout the process. Gentleman working the front desk was very professional and courteous. You can trust these guys to get you taken care of and be honest about what you need. I will definitely be back in the future. Dont be turned away by the size of this place, these guys know their stuff!

James the supervisor, did an extraordinary job making sure that our car would be up and running by the time we came and got it. Chris the receptionist was very knowledgeable and informative. James and his team did a fantastic job on the repairs and keeping us informed and updated on its status. Though it taken a month, they diligently worked on it and found the source of the problem. They were very caring and even when the time to come pick the car up was pushed back due to having order parts or other maintenance things they would call and let us know. They went above and beyond with our car and made sure that the issue at hand was fixed. They replaced the battery, alternator, and a computer partand were very thorough in explaining to us what was needed and why. My family and I would recommend this the place to go for any and all car repairs.

Have used this location on Watson Boulevard with 3 different vehicles. Price quoted for full synthetic 5 quarts was $39.99. Car actually takes 6 quarts. Was not charged $7 for extra quart because tech forgot to mention it. I would have paid for extra quart but was told since tech forgot to mention wasnt being charged. That $7 pretty much guarantees Ill be back.

Chris and James have been the most knowledgeable mechanics that I have ever dealt with. They are very understanding and I just hate that I did not find out about them much sooner! They have amazing personalities and are so easy to work with and I was overly impressed with their professionalism and understanding the importance of communication.

Chris and James are the most customer service individuals I know. I actually had my battery go out on my Dodge Caravan today in front of Auto Zone on Watson Blvd in Warner Robins GA. I got my battery changed out by Auto Zone but they do not replace battery terminals for customers. I called Chris and he was willing to send a man out to me to fix the problem. How cool was that? I strongly recommend this business because they really care about the customer. Been a customer for over 10 years only to one day decide to get my free oil change only light was on and ended up not even a half hour later after leaving coolant light comes on. Radiator had cracked and called corporate and no help at all only said they won’t take fault for it even tho their ppl overfilled my overfill tank to the screw top! TWICE at that!! a $40 oil change turned into a $500 fixture but they offered me a 20% discount IF I wanted them to fix it smh won’t be spending anymore money with them!!!

Great service.Not only found me a tow but also helped me find a cab.They had my parts on hand and were able to get me out in a fairly decent amount of time.Had to change my altenator on a 2013 chevy traverse. (Online videos say it takes about 2 hours or more, and thts pretty much wht it did take about 2 hours).After thdy were done the mechanic was even nice enough to let me know about some things on my car tht may need fixing in the future and how some problems my make and model have (i really do appreciate tht type of info).

He took the time to update my new contact information into the system and he was very patient being that I was on a Zoom call at the same time. He was quick and had me in and out in no time! Sadly the repairs required are not services offered at this shop but they were kind and patient enough to advise me accordingly and provide me with answers as to the course of action I should take to repair it. I have been coming to this Precision Tune Auto Care for almost 10 years. I have lived in several different states, I have tried other auto stops, and at the end of the day no one has taken care or me or made me feel so comfortable as the folks at this location.Being a single woman and getting your car taken care of without spending an arm and a leg is usually difficult. Pretty good and not too pricey

I had called around to several different places looking for a deal on an oil change. Everyone wanted an arm and a leg to do a synthetic oil change. Luckily, Precision Tune Auto was running a special on Groupon and I was able to save a TON. (I saved about $50!) They were fast and efficient. In and out with no fuss.. Ill definitely return and will spread the word on their awesome deal.

Ive used Precision Tune on Watson Blvd for several years and they serviced several vehicles for me. Im in and out in a timely manner and Ive never felt like they were trying to get over on me because Im a female. I especially like the loyalty cards they give you for a free oil change after so many visits. They come in handy.

Work that was paid for was not done. Missing bolts,components not pluged in, overall poor workmanship.

After doing an online search to have new spark plugs installed and reading the reviews I decided to take my car here. Stated I wanted NGK spark plugs, but due to some miscommunication the tech installed Bosch. After talking with the manager he told me to come back in and they took out the Bosch and replaced with the top of the line NGK plugs which were actually more expensive than the NGKs I requested to begin with free of charge.

Im all about customer service, when I drove in the tech greeted me to my vehicle and assistant me. Walking in the seats need to updated but over all the office is clean. The staff were welcoming I was here all of 15 mins. Great place of business.

Before I could get out the car, I was already informed about their services and the few changes that had been made to make sure it was okay. Friendly and ProfessionalSo after my husbands truck decided to die in the middle of the street at 3:00 AM as he was going into work, I had to handle the situation.I charged up his truck, called Precision to let them know what was going on, and took the truck in. Mind you, I had never been here, so this was my first experience.When I arrived, everyone knew what was happening, and they took the truck back for testing. Communication was so impressive here; they really worked as a team.They fixed the truck, and from here on out, I trust this group with any of our vehicles. They put the customer first and give the best service.

My dad and I both got an oil change back to back, and it took less than an hour for both of us to get done. During coronavirus you have to call and make an appointment, so make sure to do that before just heading up there. Also be clear about what you want, they advertise oil changes for right under $20, but there can be lots of add ons.

Great service on getting a radiator replaced. Repairs were completed as soon as could be reasonably expected, I paid much less than I would have had to if Id gone elsewhere, and my car is working fine upwards of a month later. No complaints from me here, aside from my having needed the repairs in the first place.
