Took my 2012 Nissan 370Z here and I had to bring it back twice because the steering wheel was still off. First it was to the right. Then to the left. Then still slightly to the left lol. Third time was the charm.They were very professional about it and made quick adjustments every time I took it back. Even tightened my sway bar links, which were apparently loose after getting replaced by another shop!!!I gave 4 stars just because I had to come back a couple times, but other than that no complaints.

I put on all new front end, new everything, upper lower ball joints, the works, on my 99 dodge 2500. took it straight to willis for an alignment along with two bran new good years for them to install on my new front end. I worked hard on my truck and took special care on all that was done. so now after 5000 miles, my two new tires are completely wore on outsides, both tires. doesnt appear that they even aligned it, when I got it back nothing looked as though it was even touched, but I figured they had it right so I went with it. now Im out 2 new good years and 100 bux and precious time.. thank you willis.

GOOD WORK & FAST

Went to get an alignment and was told I needed $490 worth of parts before i could even get an alignment. So I went home and ordered BRAND NEW parts for my year make and model truck. I go to give them a call back and they tell me they do not install other peoples parts? WILLIS ALIGNMENT WILL TRY TO GET YOU TO PAY WAY EXTRA THAN YOU NEED TO! I was told $490 for parts that ONLY COST $80. They will not install parts you bring them because they want to make you buy the parts they order and make you pay double, of not triple the actual amount. Worst place I have ever taken my vehicle to. Definitely DO NOT recommend Willis Alignment.

Fast and affordable alignments THAT STAY for even troublesome cars. They successfully aligned our 07 Avalon that had a slight bend in the frame from an old wreck when other shops couldnt. After their alignment we PCSed to Northern Virginia for 5 years. Three winters of slush filled potholes finally knocked it back out of alignment. We went to 4 places and spent hundreds of dollars, but nobody could correct the issue like Willis! When we PCSed back one of the first things we did was go to Willis. They fixed it lickety split for a quarter of what we spent in VA. Its still aligned and thats been over a year!!!
