Wow! This store has excellent management and customer service. They went out of their way to help return a lost item to me and were kind and courteous the entire time. Thanks for your help! I will always shop at a store run by great people such as these!

Awful experience! I had the displeasure of being serviced by this rude, customer service rep, Divine. She had absolutely no professionalism at all, and the manager just stood there not reprimanding her for her hideous behavior so I contacted corporate. Customers should not have to deal with such awful customer service!

I had a wonderful time there and I purchase some beautiful flowers.

We have been doing grocery pick-up since the pandemic started. The employees that provide this service are incredible, but there are not enough of them. It’s pouring down rain today and it’s extremely backed up. We see ONE poor employee trying to bring out all of these groceries. If people aren’t showing up to work, they need to reduce the number of slots available or the managers should pitch in. I am grateful for this service, but I know that you will lose good employees with this business model.

This store is amazing. Very clean and the employees are very nice. Its a big store too, bigger than the one on Russell Parkway. Very well lit and there are about 20 self-checkout machines. I wish this store becomes a Kroger Marketplace that is open 247 and has a bar inside.

I give 5 stars solely based on one employee and that is Joanelle in the deli department. She is amazing and such a hard worker! Every time I’m in to pick up anything in the deli, she always goes above and beyond EACH and EVERY time! I really appreciate this all around because you can’t find to many establishments that really care about their product, let alone the customers anymore. Since the pandemic began, I have seen so many different people come and go, but Joanelle has remained and is always sure to welcome you with a smile! SUPER employee here! Joanelle is such a gem and I hope the store management team recognizes her, as much as they should. They should have her running the entire store!!

They are so helpful! Always fill my medicine on time! And so friendly 😁 if youre in a bind and you need your prescription field in a hurry theyre always there to help even when its late at night. I had a situation where I was sick and couldnt make it to Kroger finally feeling better needing my prescription filled as soon as possible. They were beyond helpful and made me feel like everything was okay! I have been going here for years and they have always been amazing!

Every time i try pick up order its not ready on time, order cant be found, or missing unavailable items that i see are clearly in the store but i didnt receive. Delivery is worse my food was left on door step for 3+hrs in the heat (includes frozen foods) and though i requested text/delivery updates i received none and the deliveey person didnt even ring the door bell to alert us of the delivery and someone was at home.

The air pump wasn’t properly working and flattened my tire. When speaking to the clerk she stated that it’s always malfunctioning & reimbursed me. The problem is that I had a car full of groceries to include dairy and I’m stranded at Kroger waiting for roadside assistance. If Kroger is aware that the air pump routinely malfunctions why don’t they simply shut it down, stick an “out of order sign on it!” Ridiculous!

Awful service! The pharmacy did not have my prescription I needed. Instead of them offering to find it elsewhere, I had to ask if another Kroger had it and the lady that waited on me Jackie was very very rude!!! She called it in to the Kroger on Russell Parkway and when she was done she didn’t tell me anything she just walked off as I was awkwardly standing there still and finally came back and said they’ll have it ready in an hour. I received a text 10 minutes later it was ready!! They need to refresh their customer service!!

Came in for lunch. 11:15. No food ready. Lady just pulled chicken. I asked for only chicken that was in her hand and she tells me to wait 15 min for her to do the other food. Sad

I read other reviews that said clean, friendly store, uhm, what happened? Not friendly, which I really wouldnt care about the friendliness if clean..... definitely not clean! Thats just a portion. I dont think, they ever clean thier check out lines metal or belt. I go here for quick pickup items only when I dont feel like driving anywhere else because it is closest. Because Im funny about cleanliness. I reached down to grab milk and its obvious something leaked all over the bottles instead of cleaning the bottles off they just put them in the display. Tried to add pictures but do not show up in review.

The staff here is great, well stocked, associates always willing to help, BUT... it takes 30 minutes to check out, the lines go from the register to the meat department. Why is there only 2 cashiers open in the evening and one in the morning. Sure self check out is open, but customers with carts full can not manage self check out, elderly dont like self check out, instacart cant do self check out, WIC can not do self check out. The poor cashiers and courtesy clerks have to deal with irritated customers by the time we get to them. Either this location needs to hire or really bad coverage management 🙄

Cleanliness of this store is lacking in many places (dairy coolers definitely need a cleaning!!!).Customer service from your bakery department is seriously terrible, but the cashiers are super friendly!

Attn Mr Jason Young,While shopping in your store this past Monday I needed a frozen bakery item from the walk in. Your bake mgr. had left for the day, so an associate called the asst manager Miss Melanie. She came to assist but couldn’t locate the items ( toscana pane bread) as they are unlabeled in the freezer. She took the time to contact Priscilla to help her identify the items and retrieve them for me. This took a few minutes and I know, as a manager, she had pressing duties elsewhere. Very patient and helpful. I felt she could have easily said ‘come back when Priscilla is here’, and I would have understood. But she didn’t.Thank you Miss Melanie and Miss Priscilla. The parking is awful. The pickup service is bad. I do not recommend this Kroger location.

Kroger is a little more pricey than Walmart but if you can afford it, it’s a more pleasurable shopping experience than Walmart. Everything about Kroger puts it in a higher class of service. Employees are friendly & professional. The cleanliness is excellent. The quality is worth the extra cost. Security gives the shopper peace of mind. I especially like the later closing time.

Yall need some leadership when it comes to customer service. Yesterday was ridiculously (long lines) backed all the way up curbing to the sides. Self checkout lines backed up the same way. Customer Service line was backed up cause nobody was even over there. Not a manager around. It was horrible!!! Strawberries and salad hardly ever fresh. Strawberries be molded and salad brown half of the time. Two or three cashiers not getting it. I use to enjoys going in kroger, not anymore

I have been a long time customer of this particular store and have always been satisfied with the service and the products they carry. Recently they have been installing more self checkout kiosks and have also been changing where products are in the store. This has been a little irritating and even inconvenient for customers. I have heard the comments while going through the isles looking for things that have now been moved to another location in the store. I wish they would just leave the store well enough alone. Now Im having to relearn the store again and its not very fun.

Still have not fixed diesel pumps. Going on 3 weeks they still pump slow and works say nothing we can do about it. I pee hard then this is pumping.

This pharmacy is horrible. For group of people who claim to know about medicine they know nothing. I have to constantly tell them not to fill things because its too early. And heaven forbid your doctor prescribe you something. They know better then a doctor so theyre not going to fill your prescription. Then you have to go back and forth with them and your doctor. Its an unnecessary headache. Dont waste your time

My experience with Jasmine B, the Instacart driver. Placed an order through Instacart 11/20/2020. I only received two items I ordered, and was charged for a pack of bagels that I didn’t get! I received a $20 case of redbulls as a “substitution” which had absolutely nothing to do with my order! This is the worst instacart experience I’ve ever had, and this employee needs to be terminated.

Everytime I go to the bakery I get the worst customer service. I placed an order back in September for October 4th. When I arrived they had no idea about the cake I ordered and didn’t have anyone to make it. I was given a discount by a manager for any cake there but the experience was awful. My daughter didn’t get the cake we initially ordered for her birthday party. Can you imagine ordering from only one place and that place doesn’t do their job? It was extremely disappointing to say the least. Recently I came in and went to the bakery to place an order. The girl there told me she was busy decorating a cake and it would be a while before she could assist me. Meanwhile there was 2 other people working behind her that could have assisted me. We waited a couple mins to see if she could get to a stopping point to help us out. She told us can you come back later? I was very upset. Why not just stop what you’re doing for a couple mins to help me place an order and then finish the cake? Or ask a co worker to take my order. I went up to the front desk to speak to a manger and no one came to help us. We waited 10-15 mins. I promise I will not be doing anymore shopping at this location. Customer service is obviously not a priority

Good quality Kroger branded products.

You can’t find anything in this store because they are constantly moving products around. This does nothing but drive cost up and upset customers like me.

Kroger does not support bringing your own bag. You feel penalized when you bring a bag. The baggers disappear. I have complained several times and no training seems to occur. Would think Kroger make money from plastic usage!

I like shopping here because it is close to a bunch of other stores. But some of the workers at the deli do not know how to greet their customers with a pleasant attitude. At times, there are very little checkout lanes open when it is busy. No one likes to wait in lines especially when it is busy. Overall, keep up the great work but some small improvements can be made. Customer service and a pleasant shopping experience is key these days!

The fried chicken is horrible. It’s more like chicken jerky if you want to know the truth. Go to Publix’s if you want good fresh chicken. I had to beg to get the lady to help me, think I’m gonna just take my business elsewhere. This store is really going down hill fast!! Fruits and vegetables aren’t what they used to be and the lines are always long.

It never fails if I have a prescription I have to call them after the doctor sends over the script to make sure it’s being filled or able to be filled bc if there’s any issue with issue they dnt care to check. Once that is done I give it a few hours and have to call back to make sure it’s ready for pick up. This is the only pharmacy I’ve had to hold their hand to make sure they are doing their job. I have always been notified if there is a issue with insurance or notified that my script is ready. These people if I dnt call u won’t know and u won’t get your meds. Please do better sincerely a frustrated parent.

I love Kroger and most all of the stores that fall under their umbrella. The stores look nice and associates are friendly and helpful when I am there. There is a good selection of products even in th smaller stores and new products coming in are a great quality and taste.

The service in this store is horrible. Understaffed. Very poor attitude. Pharmacy. Cashiers. Front desk managers. Even the gas station attendant out front. Seems impossible but none of them could care less. Annoying and unnecessary. Go to walmart up the street or publix in the other direction.

I do not like this Kroger. I previously used the Kroger on 96 (loved that location) and due to a recent move, Im stuck with this one. I buy a large amount of stuff here and cannot use the self checkout. So I typically wait anywhere from 5-20 min to get checked out from the ONE available line. You know the one where the staff member is moving slower than a pot smoking sloth? The carts catchers are so overwhelmed outside, only one vehicle can make it down the aisles. I would not recommend this Kroger.

I wanted to go to Kroger. I got out of my car and started to walk towards Krogers entrance. Then I noticed 2-3 firefighters who were all men at each door. So instead of having the stress of walking between them hoping no one will say anything, I turned around, went back to my car, and drove somewhere else.

The customer service staffs are rude and took their sweet time to help their customers. Check out lines are long. The lady at the deli section (fried food area) are really rude. Why do they hired this people?!

I recently moved to Georgia so shopping at Kroger is new to me. I absolutely love this store and they have great prices. Awesome!

I have had mixed experiences at this Kroger. Never trust the prices when they are marked down, they are almost always not in the system. The ink for the receipts often runs low, so if you actually need your receipt you may be out of luck. And while some of the employees are very friendly, many others make it clear that you are in their way when you are trying to shop anywhere near where they are stocking.

The people are always friendly and helpful! There is some remodeling and moving around of items going on now, Jan 2019, but the staff are ready to help whomever and a question!

Used click list, picked up groceries and was getting gas within 15 to 20 minutes.. very convenient. Love it

I love this location in Warner Robbins, GA. They have everything I have come to need from Grocery Store. Also they meet the needs of my Vegetarian daughter and selective tastes.

Every time I go I have a very hard time shopping. I’m a disabled person and I have to use a motor cart. But every time I go it seems like its stock day because there is always stock box’s in the way and in most cases I can’t get down the lanes. I’ve been on different days and different times and there is always stock in the way. I use to be a stocker when I was younger for Food Lion and we stocked at night and definitely not on Friday night and Saturday morning. Please think about your disabled customers and stop doing this.

This Kroger is fantastic! They have a HUGE diverse selection of alcohol, and a great selection of affordable cheeses. Clean building and helpful employees.

This is one of the above average Kroger locations it has a Starbucks with a barista a money center & lottery ticket dispenser Ive been too.this location has a large selection of wine and a great assortment of deli items meats and cheeses a lot of them pre-cut just in case the delis closed or youre in a hurry cant say much about checkout I went to self pay at around 930 and was able to just walk right up to the machine parking was close and it felt safe it also has a Kroger gas station next to the location also

Used the gas station saturday 10/19/19 and someone got my card info! Never Ever will i make that mistake again !!

Great place to shop. This store is always clean compared to other krogers. The people are great as well as the prices.They also have a gas station next door that usually has the best price on town.

I really enjoyed it here the last few times I have been. The store is very clean and well organized. They have very friendly and helpful people that work here. I only have one problem the parking spots are way to small and too close together. Its not ment for trucks to park here. Especially not mine

This is the only store in the area where you can download digital coupons, in addition, to receiving coupons in the mail. Kroger always has a weekly deal or special that allows me to keep even more money in my pocket. The money spent helps me to earn fuel points, which I can redeem to save at the pump. Did I mention the free weekly digital download for a free item or product...So much goodness in one store, I cant rave enough!! Not paid or sponsored to say any of this!

It was awesome I usually dont shop at this one but my wife needed a hairdryer they had on sale and the one on 96 didnt have one,but Shopping at any Kroger in this town everyone is always so friendly and cheap,cheaper than pretty much any other grocery store, Walmart gives them a run for their money though. Very nice Kroger! Love the employees too. Met 3 Young men hanging out on the swing that was for sale and I pranked them. I rolled down my car window and said HEY! Yall please get out of my swing, I just bought that! They got very wide eyed and apologizing starting getting up. I just laughed and said yall are fine, Im only kidding. They were sweet.

I never shopped using the coupon download and when I asked how to do this, all I had to do was give them my Kroger card so they could scan it. PERFECT!!!! Blessings!

This is my happy place. I am from out of state and defaulted to the Target during my business stay. That was a mistake... after armed combat with an insect for wheat thins I discovered were 2 months out of date after I got back to my hotel room, I decided to look for something cleaner and friendlier. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the store, nice and very helpful employees, delicious Starbucks and fantastic fresh deli products. I will be doing business with them for the remainder of my stay and looking in to more of these locations during my travels.

This is a very well kept store. I see a lot of reviews about clerks being nice, its because they are UNION and therefore the store treats them well. Just take a look at the staff at Walmart next time you are there and you can quickly see that most of the staff is unhappy, a true reflection of how poorly they are treated. Walmart actually tells new hires in their training videos to be cautious of the unions out there. Ill stick with Kroger and Publix for my groceries as I support businesses whom respect the ones who are the face of their store.

If not for the location and product selection, I would never, ever consider shopping here. They just recently *eliminated* their meat cutting department, which is the most insane thing Ive ever heard of for a store this size. I asked for a steak cut to a certain size and the lady said they didnt do that anymore, and they only had what was already packaged, continuing a decades-long trend of worst-in-industry customer service. Ive had more problems with this store than any other, and they largely go unresolved because nobody at this store or company seems to care when you let them know of a problem.

Very unhappy with the produce area tonight. This is one of the reasons I shop at Kroger because produce area was always better than the rest. 9:00pm and only one cashier open. You would think that they would open another when one was closing. I am thinking of shopping at another grocery store.

Overall I like this store, but I ALWAYS have a problem with the self service staff. They are extremely unprofessional, dont speak to you when you need help. They just walk up, punch in whatever code is needed and walk away. Extremely rude customer service. If you dont like customer service, then working with customers is not for you. Get another job!

Saw something today at Kroger that could use some improvement.The hot food area doesnt have anything to protect the food from the flies.I was there today and the only one that was at the hot food station was the flies.I ask for them to cook some fresh chicken.They replied,We just cooked that.The flies had beaten me to it.I went up the road to Publix which has a closure around there food and it was actually a dollar cheaper

Like most kroger stores it was clean and well stocked the staff was courteous and helpful and as always the prices are reasonable and the quality of the merchandise was good.

It was better this time I would like it if that Kroger carried more of a selection on biscuits, and the Bob Evans sausage 40 oz

Bought some Kroger brand home style orange juice and opened it today and took a sip and it was horribly sour and tasted disgusting. The expiration date on the bottle said July 28, a month from now and it’s gone bad. I’m not driving all the way back to Kroger for $2.49 to return it but I’m never shopping there again. Watch out for the Kroger brand stuff. Thought it would be better quality than Walmart but I was wrong.

Worst deli I have ever been in. 5 people working in Deli. Two customers including myself. After two minutes one associate started waiting on first customer. After another two minutes I finally got waited on. Some more customers came up to counter. Manager of Deli walked by us four times and never said a word or bothered to wait on anyone. It was task before customer. Lady that was waiting on me slow as ever. This is not the first time this has happened. Complained to store manager but he does nothing about it. Cant stop on Sunday or Monday. Nothing on shelves. Obviously a very busy store. Needs to be managed better with more deliveries and stock put on shelves. Milk is always out.

You guys have had so many complaints about the rudest nastiest employee, Doris, why has nothing been done about this person? Is that who you want to represent your image? I had an encounter with this lady this morning and I will not patronize your store again until something is done about her!
