I came into the shop back in December with my sister and mom looking to get a 9MM pistol for my first gun. The manager Janzen was so nice and helpful in comparison to some of the other gun shops I had visited in town. Him and his wife both talked me through some of the features and made some great suggestions. The purchase process was very easy and an Im completely satisfied with the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for quality products and service.

Looking for ar-15 for but wanted several upgrades. Had exactly what I wanted for a great price. Been several other places in town where they act like gun snobs. This guy is cool and helpful.

I have been in several times and have received nothing but outstanding service. Ive dealt with the same gentleman every time and not once have I gotten a negative vibe, rude retort, brush off, or poor treatment of any type. He has always been willing to answer the many questions I always have, as I try to learn as much as I can about firearms. He doesnt mind showing me weapons, in fact I feel like if I asked he would show me every single weapon in the store if I asked. Weve talked, pistols, shotguns, carbines, hunting rifles, AR pistols, ammo, holster, optics, cleaning, storage, and everything in between. Hell give you his opinion on what gun he thinks would best fit you, and if you disagree, he listens to what you dont like about it and tries to find a more fitting weapon. I cant be sure that I dealt with the same person as the other reviewers, but I am sure that the person I have dealt with has been nothing but exceedingly professional at all times. I highly recommend this shop to everyone who asks about gun stores and have had family from out of town visit and share my view of the shop. Any -new- gun will be purchased from L&H. I would also purchase any future used guns from them, so long as they have what I am looking for. Though, they also seem willing to find whatever it is you are looking for.

Steer clear. This guy has been known for threatening innocent women on Twitter with murder. No joke. Hes been removed multiple times and keeps coming back.
