What can I say about the home improvement store with the cheapest tools around, super knowledgeable staff, and generally light traffic that isnt already common knowledge? I mean, if you need a tool quick in the middle of a job to perform some heavy duty work, just know that it may only perform well enough to get you through that specific job. Their light duty tools are the best in my opinion especially for the price. The good news is though that HF is well aware of their products reputation when tested vigorously. So much so that they offer one of the best return policies in the business. If they cant replace it right away theyll give you a full refund within a reasonable amount of time from the purchase date. Plus they dont treat you like youre doing something wrong should you have to bring back one of their products. Easy going and professional whatever type of transaction is being handled. IMO.

Always helpful staff. Great place to pick up an inexpensive hard to find tool that you really need but maybe only use one time.

Shop at Harbor Freight this morning. Was one of my worst experiences, no help on the floor and need more help on the register. The manager with long brown hair there didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing and didn’t seem like she was interested in helping me but she was more interested in her phone. Customer always comes first, no matter what. They never have products in the store. Will definitely not come back here

I would give it a zero. The customer services here is horrible. No help on the floor and is always out of product. The tall manager with a beard( Mark) was extremely rude to me, while I tried to ask him a question he act like he wasn’t interested. I witnessed him being rude to his associate while trying to help another customer. Just because you a manager doesn’t mean you have to be rude to your associate. I have been a manager for 10+ years and never treated my associate the way that he treats his. He needs to fix his attitude. Needs better help on the floor and faster checkout line. Also there are never no coupons for customers even more. So I don’t even know why I paid the 45.00 membership, if I don’t get any better deal. Will definitely not come back here. Bad experiences and horrible help.

They are always out of everything, every time that I come up here. Mark was no help, he had a horrible attitude while I was trying to ask him for help with looking up an item for me. He even caught an attitude because he had to rang on the register because his associate had a line of people. Just because you a manager doesn’t mean that you can’t help rang up. His attitude is always horrible, every time that I come in here. They need more cashier because it took me forever to get checkout. Not coming back here again

I was pleased with the assistance I got to find a replacement battery that I needed for my multi-tool. Being a craftsman/tradesman for years, and always working on a special project, that need for a special tool has always brought me to look first in Harbor Freight Tools. Their prices have always been reasonable.

Every time I go to buy something there, it is never in stock. Many times call first, because I am 40 miles away, they tell me it is in stock and when I get there it is out of stock. Bought an insiders membership and the stuff I need is never on sale with the membership, it is all little stuff and it does not matter. Kinda a scam, in my opinion!There are some things about harbor freight but it seems the bad outweighs the good. Frustrated!

I bought the Daytona long reach 3 ton floor jack for 199$ 3 weeks ago. Today I got an email saying it was on sale for 169$. A nice lady at Harbor Freight credited me back the difference on my purchase. I was very impressed with the level of customer service.

As a mechanic the thing I buy the most is tools. Harbor freight has good tools and wont break your bank. I try to visit this place at least once or twice a month.

I am a fan of Harbor Freight Tools. They save me money and have great sales. I am a handy man type person, not a professional but if the tools or the hardware works, why pay more.

Never have anything in stock and wont let you have the display model... Been waiting a month for a service cart. several lanes only one cashier.. bought the club card still cant find anything it discounts... Shop eBay or Amazon. Wasted all the time here I intend to.

Harbor Freight is a fantastic value for the money. I wouldnt go with their bargain options for something that I planned on using daily, but their bargain options are great for occasional use, and one of their basic level reciprocating saws has lasted me years of near daily usage. The higher level options increase greatly in quality and Ive been particularly impressed with the Bauer line of tools. This combined with the always available 20% off coupons renders harbor freight a staple for buying tools that I dont need pro quality in.

This place is awesome for almost anything you want to get as far as tools, hardware and tons of other things. I bought a engine hoist it worked fine and is of great quality.

Outstanding prices for good quality power tools. I realize some people categorize the place as a cheap outlet for tools. I have owned Dewalt tools for years and I am coming to learn that just because it has a brand name doesnt mean it is the best tool. And, truth be known, you could probably walk out the door of the Harbor Freight factory in China and throw a rock and hit the DeWalt factory. Im also impressed with the employees who were extremely helpful.

Folks here are knowledgeable. Lots of items arent American made, but their warranties are great and kept on file for you. Our granddaughters love the magnetic flashlights they often give away free with a coupon. Our house and garage is equipped with several items from Harbor Freight. Good variety of big tools, hand tools, tarps, and trinkets for working on lots of things.

Usually always has what I need. If I cant find it someone working at the store is usually walking around making sure your finding everything. They are very helpful bought some decently large stuff and even helped load it!

This is by far the best harbor freight in the middle Georgia area. The big difference in between them and others (not just harbor freights but especially tool/ hardware stores in general)is the customer service. Demi its probably the best customer service representative that I have dealt with in a long time. There are certain people I feel like that were made to deal with people and work incustomer service and she obviously is one of them. Thanks

Great selection and realistic prices. Why pay premium money at the big box store for the same tools made in the same Chinese factories. Pay for what you get and stretch your money further. If you use it enough to break it, replace it with the hilti, the Klein, or bosch.

What more needs to be said about Harbor Freight? A great place to pick consumer grade tools and stuff at ridiculous prices. The tools and things are great for the homeowner and weekend warriors.

I love the store. Great prices and great finds on tools and many other things that you may need for mechanic work or any other type of job for that matter. The only thing I had a problem with was one of the employees kept asking me if we was finding everything alright. I felt as if he was following us around the store. Almost every corner I turned he was there. And asked the same question over and over. Very annoying. But we still love the store, just not that employee.

Found a ladder at a great sale price but no roof nails

I personally witness the store manager( Andi) yelling at her employees for no reason at all and not even trying to help them with the process of checking out. She is not very helpful but instead she is just rude and loud. The manager just walk around on there phone not even paying you any attention. I understand that you are not busy but that doesn’t give you a reason to be ignoring your customers. Will definitely not come back here.

Loved it. I bought an item for $169, on my way home I looked up the item for other prices, the first thing to pop up on their website, same item $40 less. I called the store. Staff member said to bring receipt and copy of ad, they would refund the $40. I did, they did. Thank you, Harbor Freight.

Its Harbor Freight, really there is not much more to say. Its hit and miss here but great for saving a ton of money if ya dont want to spend an arm and a leg on tools. If you want to know about a product and how good it is, look for reviews online or YouTube. If you go in informed this place is great and the people are nice.

Great value. Great selection. Never met a Harbor Freight I didnt like. About the only bad luck Ive had with their products was welders years ago. Definitely not bad enough to keep me from going back. Definitely watched a youtube comparing the general boxes to Huskies. The general was built much better.

I visited this location on Feb 22, 2017 to look at some motorcycle lifts/jacks. I decided to get Item# 60636, 1500 lb capacity ATV/Motorcycle lift, which had a price tag of $89.99 next to it. The price tag was on a product display picture that matched the item that I was going to purchase, for the price listed of $89.99. Once I went to checkout I was surprised at the actual price of the jack, which was $179.99. I took the associate over to the display to show her the difference in the posted price and what was actually in there system. She kept telling me that the posted price was for a different product, even though I showed her that the product displayed on the product display tag matched the product that I wanted, which had the price of $89.99 listed on it. Instead of honoring their labeling mistake, she kept insisting that the price was for a different product. My response was walking out and never doing business with Harbor Freight Tools in Warner Robins again, thanks to their false advertising and not owning up to their labeling mistake. Its not the customers responsibility to know a stores product number system. Thats why you put price with product photo to make it very simple for the customer to see how much an item is.

Nice home shop tools. They have a pro line also now the sheer number of different items they have is astounding. Send your tool fanatic there to babysit them for a while. I spend a couple hours anytime I go!
