This store robbed me for $151 because the told me i had no choice but to pay my bill or switch to a $3 a day plan... They had me get out when i am on quarantine... And robbed me of my only cash i had to feed me and my family until the middle of April. The only reason the store is still open at this time is to rob you for your money. DONT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY WE ARE IN A STATE OF CRISIS. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE GIVEN THEM MONEY PLEASE CONTACT ME BECAUSE IM PLANNING ON FILING A LAW SUIT...IF THEY ROB 10 OR MORE OF US IT IS A CLASS ACTION SUIT.

I dont think the people working there actually know what theyre talking about and they dont know theyre product info or billing info. In the first 2 months I had 3 issues!! Love the service just not the customer service in the stores!

We have been with boost for 2 years. Been happy BUT when someone calls our phone the call goes to a hotel somewhere. We call support to see what the problem is and they only offer support during business hours. Huge negative for me.

Worst customer service EVER! They were rude and totally unprofessional. I brought my neighbor to get a replacement phone and they were no help whatsoever. Ended up getting new service from cricket due to their non-help with her issue.
