This Cricket Store Manager and staff are horribly rude! I bought new phones and screen protectors when transferring my service to them. In less than 24 hours I went in with the receipt and my phone and showed them that I didnt have a screen protector. They wanted to charge me for a second screen protector and was rude to me about it. Then they could not give me a number to a supervisor either. I will not recommend this store because they didnt make a good first time impression. I would have given them zero stars but cant and leave a review.

I like the New Store

I had had it with Cricket and ready to change when i stopped in this store as a last resort. Stephanie calmly and efficiently handled my case and had my phone and internet working in no time!! She was polite, gracious and a expert at her profession. Im not going to mess with calling into Cricket again, Ill go right here!

I just left this store and the customer service was beyond HORRIBLE. I can no longer recommend Cricket to anyone, unless they want terrible phones and worse customer service. I would have given them NO STARS, if I could have still written a review.

Horrible customer service!!! This use to be the only place i would go for help and payment but never again, last two experiences were more than enough.

Called multiple times because a rep at the 23rd St location turned off my mobile hotspot without my permission, I have called this location multiple times and no one ever answers the phone.

The girls here are super nice and very helpful! Will continue to do business here!
