The pharmacy is terrible. They NEVER answer the phone. The pharmacists are rude. To top it off they have messed up my scripts more than enough! I switched to a different company/pharmacy and havent had a problem since.

Clerk was very rude had to ask for a manger came here to test my brothers and sisters for COVID will not come back

Do NOT book your COVID-19 vaccination shot at this CVS or probably any CVS by appointment. I showed up to my appointment time 5 minutes early and had to stand in line behind at least 40-70 people. What’s the point of an appointment if I have to wait in line for an hour after my appointment?

I went thru the drive thru, wrong card was charged, clerk was unfriendly when i used my goodrx app. Sorry, i inconvenienced you by using a coupon, 134.00 for meds is high when youre unemployed.

Worst cvs pharmacy ever waited for 2 hr for test but they refuse to do free test .although the advertise free testing . False advertisement. Won’t recommend o anyone

Have had to wait HOURS for a childs prescription because they never receive it (verified sent while at doc office). Now have to request paper script due to their automated system being unreliable.One time I had a balance on my account and they would not give me my childs prescription. I pay for my scripts every time I pick up and had to show bank statements for proof before they would release my childs script. Unacceptable.I will say that service has recently improved but refusing to release a prescription because of an error on their part is absolutely unacceptable.

Been using this location for 9 years with no problems. Misty, the pharmacist is GREAT!! Friendliest and most helpful people around.

The pharmacists are unfailingly polite when I call to check the availability of two medicines. They go the extra step by checking with other CVSes if they dont have the medicine in stock, and they fill the prescriptions as quickly as possible. Any screw ups are generally from the doctors end, and the CVS pharmacists again go the extra step in contacting doctors to sort things out. Weve been using CVS for about 4 years now, and were glad to keep doing so.

I believe theres this guy who has this cute Volkswagen and that works there so nice every time I come in great customer service

I bought some $7 eyelash glue, went home, and found out that the box was empty (someone must have stolen it before). I went back to the store within 15 minutes and told them what happened, they said they couldnt help me without a receipt, I told them I didnt get a receipt (they remembered me coming in and buying it), and then the cashier lied about giving me a receipt (I went home and triple checked, I didnt receive one). They said there was nothing they could do, we shouldnt be punished for other peoples shoplifting.

Wow, that statement from the owner cannot be further from the truth. I just moved here a few months ago and thankfully will be leaving soon and have used CVS for years. Unfortunately, it must be an Oklahoma thing cause they are HORRIBLE. I have had three instances where two of my doctors have called in Rx and after waiting a few hours to go pick them up, the staff either tells me they dont have it or it still sits on the fax. I have confirmed with my doctors that they were sent while I was still in their office. I then have to wait at least 30 minutes for the staff to fill it while they gossip behind the counter. Once I move, I hope my new home has a Rite Aid nearby.

Really not only Great People that work there, but concerned and Friendly . I use the Pharmacy there all the time and They Always are on top and know me by name .
