What a welcoming and professional experience! We were switching from another carrier and they took care of things with ease.Jon is amazing and able to multitask while making you feel completely attended to.Ray, the manager is great too, and the friendly atmosphere attests to his management style.I would definitely recommend the Warrensburg T-mobile store!

Jacob Eveld is a ROCKSTAR!I was in the store often over 2 weeks trying to solve a problem, he was so courteous and wanted to get things right. I watched every employee at the store be kind to customers.If every business had an employee like Jacob, the world would be a happier place.

We went to this store Aug 22 to migrate from Sprint to Tmobile. It took 3 hours. In the course of this, 3 of us got new phones. One had to be ordered, was supposed to arrive Tuesday. Called the store on Tuesday when it didnt arrive, the person on the phone completely blew me off, saying I had to come to the store physically. Called Customer Care. They said we were supposed to have signed device agreements sent to us via email, on Sunday this was never mentioned. Found the emails but when I clicked the links there was nothing to sign.. Went to the store Wednesday and showed the guy the emails; he said we were fine if there was nothing showing up for a signature.. Customer Care on Tuesday said the phone in question would arrive Friday. It didnt come, so I called Customer Care again.Today I find out that we were supposed to get an emailed agreement for this phone to sign, it never arrived. So because of that, the phone order was CANCELLED. THEN the rep tells me the phone is now suddenly on BACKORDER!!So now we have no phone. Nothing about emails was mentioned at the store or about backorder, etc.The Customer Care guy was very wordy and it was an hour on the phone to get to the point, at least he gave a $20 credit for my time, but I still have NO PHONE. Not happy with the Warrensburg store follow-through or Tmobile so far.

We visited today after visiting the Sedalia location and we were beyond thrilled with our treatment in Warrensburg. The Sedalia location was horrendous. From walking into the Warrensburg location, the man greeted us promptly and told us there would be a bit of a wait. When it was our turn, Kylua (sorry if I botched that!) helped us. She was fantastic, friendly and helpful! She got us switched over to T-Mobile military and helped us with everything. Whenever we need help, we’ll be requesting here! Thank you ma’am for making this process easy! Especially with two kids in tow!

My father called the store two days ago and you guys didn’t want to to help you guys where rude he’s an old guy I understand and I know there hard to deal with but he didn’t disrespect anyone and for you guys to try and make it seem like it didn’t happen is not ok you guys have mangers and employees who are rude to elderly and don’t respect the elderly I’m not pleased with hearing this and will be filling an report and will contact the corporate because that’s not acceptable and won’t be Tolerated. And they have management saying one thing and employees saying anther someone need to fix these small problems people say people are nice and polite but who ever didn’t want to help my father that day on the phone is not polite and did not show good customer service and I know it was two females because he said it was and that’s not right in no shape or form

To start off I purchased a 6t phone and everything was fine.....until I got home. I had switched to T-mobile from sprint and the service was extremely slow, so I went back to the store. They told me your service is just fine everythine seems to work on wifi. Went back home and encountered horrible service again, this went on for days. Finally they told me they could give me a replacement phone to see if that helps. They LIED to me here, the replacement phone was a refurb unit. I finally went back to sprint and my service returned to normal. This store does not tell you the complete truth or flat out lies to make a sale. Buyer beware

Kylia was very patient helping me conduct a factory reset on my phone.. I had forgotten some of the information needed to conduct the reset and she still put the work in to make it happen.. Granted, my Galaxy took a nose dive and glitched so bad it locked me out, but thats not there fault.The staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Im very happy with the service..

Anytime I need to go into this store, it’s at LEAST an hour long wait. They do not help the customers in order they come in. They will ask everyone what reason they’re in and take the “quickest problem” first. This is irritating because you have to hope no one with a bill pay or factory reset comes in before they can get to you.They’re not very friendly and never make eye contact, too. Any questions I have is a “call 611” even when I’ve already done that and they direct me to a store. So frustrating! I gave them 2 stars because the location is ideal and it was mostly clean.

Excellent store, not only did they help me with backing up a phone that had a very hard to read busted screen that another T-Mobile store basically blew me off not wanting to deal with that problem. I witnessed this store take their time an care with several other customers in need ehile i was there. Hard to find these days.

For anyone whos looking for amazing coverage in the Warrensburg area then you really should switch to T-mobile. Especially if you are military. In the Warrensburg area i have had sprint and AT&T both and T-Mobile coverage and data network far surpassed both of them. With sprint i was incapable of getting service in the Walmart parking lot let alone on base where i worked. As for AT&T i feel i actually stepped down in service coverage on base while paying more for my lines. When I switched to T-Mobile i was able to get service in areas no one else was. 10/10 on coverage in the Warrensburg/Knob Noster area especially when it comes to cost and service.As to the customer service in the store I just say amazing. They were knowledgable about the different specials going on through T-mobile and were able to help guide me in the decisions to make my transaction as cost effective as possible. Which as we all know is the most important aspect when dealing with cell service. 10/10

My wife and I drove to Warrensburg tonight to buy 2 new phones. We got there at 6:25 pm. All the lights were on ( inside and out). We went up to the door to go in, and the door was locked. There was 2 workers inside with what looked like 2 customers . The workers looked up and mouthed we are closed. I said its not 8 pm yet. She mouthed to me again, and pointed to the sign next to the door that says hours. I put my 8 fingers up and mouthed it says 8pm. She mouthed again we are closed. She never moved away from the counter the whole time. We drove 35 min. to get to your store because the website (and the door) says you are open until 8 pm. I am not pleased at all.

Had to wait for a log time, and then a lady cut in front of me and the employee said nothinm. What made matters worse is that they were taking a long time and the employees were chatting and laughing around instead of getting things done in a timely manner. One of the worst customer service Ive seen.

Worst customer service ever at the Warrensburg, MO T-Mobile store. Wish I could rate it zero. Employees can do absolutely nothing to troubleshoot a non working phone. Have no batteries to see if the battery is bad, in a new phone I bought from them 10 days ago. 2 employees on duty when I arrived, helping one other customer. 40 minutes later, they tried one of the store chargers that keep the display modules charged. When that didnt work,which I already knew because I tried that during the 40 minutes I was waiting, they said I would need to come back with the original box my phone came in, so they could swap the nonworking, 10 day old phone, with a new new one. Werent allowed they said to take a new battery out of the box to see if it was a battery problem. About an hour and fifteen mins to get a new phone. Been with T-Mobile for 18 years, but switching carriers to someone else now. BTW, the workers in the old T-Mobile authorized dealer location, which was in Swishers (Farm and Home back then), were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. -christopher peay

If I could choose 0 I would. Very poor service, lies and no help is what you will get. Told me they did not have any phones in the store....WHAT? Dont bother...find a different dealer.
