Everyone at Eyecare Specialties is great from the front desk to the Drs. Even getting your frames picked out and ordered is a pleasant experience. They will show you all your options for your insurance and you decide what works best for you. You are treated like a friend not just a number. The Drs take great care in making sure they fit your needs and not only answer any questions you may have but will also show you and explain it in terms you can understand. I have been going there for many years and will continue to do so. In my opinion its the best place for quality eye care.

Great visit to Eyecare Specialties. It started with a friendly welcome, and a very short wait time. (Thats the best!) I was then given several important visual tests. Next quickly escorted to my Drs. room and continued to get individualized care from a sweet and efficient young lady. Dr. Lake came and finished my exam and I was out of there!Couldnt have asked for a faster and or more efficient eye visit. Thank you!

I have been impressed by both Doctor Lakes, in the continued care for ourselves and our children, over the years. Just recently, I had to take our son in for a potential problematic issue and we saw Dr.. Hardy. Once again, complete professionalism, very attentive, and a positive experience working with her. It is very rare, in my personal experience, that you find the same level and quality from every single doctor, in group clinics like this. All of the doctors at Eye Care specialties are top notch and I would recommend them to anybody.

Wow! If youre looking for an eye doctor check this place out first!I walked in without an appt and a new patient. They got me in in about 20 minutes, not that they werent busy, just willing to work with me. And then the doctor was professional but also made me feel comfortable. The assistants were very pleasant but still professional.I have to say this is the best eye care facility Ive ever been to.Highly recommend

Always greeted with a great attitude by staff! I was mostly checked in by Malik who then prepared my visit with Dr Hardy. Great staff and attentive Doctors. I always feel welcome and Dr Hardy truly cares and listens to my concerns, I was seen during spring break at last minute. Truly appreciated that and felt I mattered. I went in on five different occasions weekly for an eye inflammation/irritation I was dealing with. The issue was addressed and dealt with immediately. I sincerely recommend! Great care and experience! Great team and group of staff.

Takes awhile to receive new lenses if you order some. But overall, great doctor, short waiting times for appointments and friendly staff.

A difficult tome. All computers were down in addition to COVID restrictions. They could have just chosen ro shut down and not see patients as this is not essential care. Instead they switched over and did everything manually. No past records review, they had to rely on what patients told them. They made it work and saw everyone who had appointments

Dr. Jason Lake is an AMAZING Doctor! He is consistently striving to serve his Patients with integrity and excellence. He has continued to educate me on eye health since becoming a patient in 1996. Dr. Jason Lake believes in giving the best eye health examination while making his practice fun at the same time. I fully trust him with my familys eye care. He and his Staff make me feel very welcome in his office and treat me like family. There isnt any other place that I would trust with my eyesight!

I used to hate wearing my glasses and never had any success with wearing contact lenses. I see Dr. Johnson and he was able to get me some glasses that are amazing and fit me with some contact lenses that make my vision crisp and clear. All of the Staff in the Warrensburg office is very helpful and friendly. Always feel welcomed when I walk in the door.

I suggest Eyecare Specialties because they are the best! The scheduling is easy and they let you know everything you need to bring. The office is nice and clean. My family has seen Dr Suzy and Dr Jason and we love both! When we are done the opticians help us with any other needs. They also are hands on with helping pick out a frame that fits our face and is flattering.

Dr. Lake was recommended to us by my daughters teacher. Dr.Lake was great with my daughter and made her feel comfortable. It was not like this was her first time at the eye doctor. But everyone was great. There was a mix up with the appointment and they still saw her and then when it was time for my daughter to pick out her frames they asked her what her favorite colors were and brought her 5 or 6 to pairs for her to choose from and she still had a hard time choosing one. But they narrowed it down a lot for her. The staff overall was great.

Great service! I needed a eye exam, they got me in quickly and we so welcoming during my visit.

The staff is always professional, sociable, and courteous. On one rare occasion, they were really backed up and when it was apparent Id have to wait, they offered me the chance to leave and wait for them to call, so I wouldnt have to sit in the lobby. They offered me coffee and constantly checked on me during my wait. That doesnt happen at any other doctors office. I wont go anywhere else.

I really like this place, everybody was really nice, attentive, the whole process was quick and easy and when it came to picking frames for my new glasses they were thorough and helpfull. I highly recommend for people getting glasses for the first time I feel you wouldnt get better service anywhere else.

I love coming here for my annual eye exams. Personally what makes it a great experience is that the employees are always willing to answer questions and explain insurance coverages in a way thats easily understood. Accessibility wise, almost all rooms and desks are wheelchair accessible, and while I dont require one myself its something I notice about a business. The front desk is not wheelchair accessible because itsittoo high but I thinktthats thetonly space. Everyone is always very respectful and welcoming to my service dog. They let him do his job. I also appreciate the doctors being very real about eye health and not sugar coating risks while still maintaining personable bedside manner. I feel safe going here for my eye health.
