I thank God that I came to meet Dr. Brinckman in this location walmart warrensburg. He truly cares for his patients and specially military families like me. The best eye Doctor Ive ever met in my life. He is the only one that noticed the issue of my eye thats been going on for years. Thank you Doc from the bottom of my heart🙏💖 it made my day that finally someone is seeing the truth to my problem. Now heading to the next step.Also thanks to all the staff, they are very nice and helpfuI. Definitely would refer to friends and family.

Everyone was friendly and quick. The doctor gave me an option of contacts for my astigmatism and was very helpful. They also printed off my prescriptions for me without having to ask.

Samantha was rude very rude and did not listen waiting to hear back from nurse to doctor. Not a big problem just needed someone to resolve. Hopefully they give insurance money back.

If they had negative stars I would give -5. The older lady with curly hair is VERY VERY rude.I believe her name is Jesse. After being unsuccessful at getting pics of a 6 yr olds eyes, she told us that we needed to call and reschedule the appointment, handed us a card and we left. She was hateful when telling us. She then proceeded to call to leave a message saying we walked out on the appointment. She was just horrible and shouldnt be talking or working with people if she is going to be that way!!

Great staff. And the Doctor is great I worked in the industry for several years and Dr. Stock is one of the best I have ever met. He is a first class professional.

My daughters glasses are under warranty but this store sold that pair and there is another pair of them on order. Refused to order a pair specifically for my daughter and said she could just call them every day to see if the ones on order already had showed up and if no one had bought them she could come get them. They will not call her. I called my local store and had a pair special ordered and delivered to the Warrensburg store so they do have to save them, she will get notified, and she doesnt just have to hope to be the first one there to get that pair.

Say they close at 8 but wont answer a call at 7:40 to say Im stuck in traffic and not going to make it till 7:50 and i walk in to them closed why have advertised hours of not going to follow them?
