Wow. What an amazing experience at this place. I brought in my jeep for a flat tire inspection and it was done in no time. They found out the problem and didnt try to make it seem there was something else wrong with it. Honest people. Especially, the owner Micheal and his team of mechanic. In addition, they even found out some work that was done from another shop and advise me that it was not a clean work that the other place had done. They went ahead and fix the problem. They will drive it like they stole it!If you have a sports car, do not bring it here for inspection! When I got the car back, there was melted rubber inside rear wheel wells, added 7 miles to the odometer, clutch isnt grabbing properly, and steering wheel is offset to one side now.What idiots, not only was there rubber inside the rear wheel wells, there was rubber on the front tire treads. Theory on this front tire is, they backed up over the tire marks to see their black rubber on the pavement. The still melted soft rubber stuck to the front tires as they rolled over backing up, Duh!Dont let the old man driving fool you, it could be another person who drives muscle cars this way. That is not proper treatment.Never asked my permission to drive the vehicle. Since they are not a licensed inspection station, permission to drive is needed. The vehicle is taken to another shop for RI inspection.I thought I have found a garage to fix my vehicles. No longer will they receive business from my family, which is 15+ cars.

My 2006 F150 was making funny sounds from the front hubs. I called Rebello automotive and they got me right in to take a look. It turned out to be a small part that was allowing water to get into the vacuum lines and keeping the hubs from staying out of 4 wheel drive. Had I not taken it in right away, it could have been a lot more expensive. As it is, they replaced the vacuum solenoid and I have not had the problem since. I was in and out in a couple hours and spent less than $100. I even had them do an oil change and top off all of the fluids while I was there. Very friendly guys and efficient, quality work. I would absolutely trust them and take my truck there if I need more help in the future.

Brought my car for inspection long story short they gave me an extensive list of things to fix before they gave me an inspection sticker. I said ok I’m all set they said ok but your whole front end is taken apart right now can come in an hour and pick it up. I said ok then drove by five min later it was in front where I left it originally. I went and and they were baffled I showed up so fast I called them out on it and they gave me my keys and didn’t charge me. I went to the next mechanic they told me to get two new tires and I’m all set. BE CAREFUL REBELLO MIGHT TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE YOU!

After my old beat up car broke down in Warwick, RI on my way back to NYC, I happened to find Rebello Auto. Mike was amazing and had me out the door in 90 minutes with my car running better than ever! Mike got on the phone and made sure all the parts would still be under warranty in NY just in case, and although it had nothing to do with the repair, he made sure the super friendly care dudes topped off the fluids, checked the tires, and got everything set so we would be safe the rest of the way home. The pricing was very competitive and he went over everything before the work was done.While I was waiting I saw Mike handle a number of people who he knew and remembered, and they had obviously been doing work with Mike for a while. If I was in Rhode Island I would certainly be a repeat customer just like them.Thank you so much guys!

I broke down on Sunday (water pump self destruct) 134 miles from home and no was open that was reputable. Found Rebellos on Yelp with great reviews. They are honest and fixed my Ram 1500 on the following day. Mike is the person who I kept in communication with from start to finish. These guys are honest, kept the bill low with what was wrong and are the only ones Ive done business with that warrany labor and parts for 12 month/12000 miles. Very impressed and grateful! I dont live close, but if I did Id use them again.

Theyre nice and all but kinda pricey. I needed my altinator changed. The very next day it stopped working. When I told them they paid for a rental car for the day. However thats when I learned all of their repairs are made with refurbished products. They are very expensive when you take into consideration all of the parts they replace are used

This is long... but well worth the read. If you want honesty and integrity in your auto repairs, read this!If I could give them 6 stars, I would! Traveling from UT to Providence to do a job, I discovered a noise in the rear-end of my Nissan XTerra, so I did a Yelp and Google search like most people from out of town do and Rebellos came up as the highest rated in the area where I was at. So not sure what I was going to be up against (being from UT), I dropped in without an appt. and described my problem. Within minutes they confirmed that the noise was a broken differential and also worn out ball joints.I couldnt drive my car, so first thing Mr. Rebello did was call Enterprise for me and set me up with some transportation (he didnt have to do that... but he did).I had purchased extended coverage on my XTerra and so Michael Rebello went to work on getting an approval for the repairs (not easy to get approval from those guys, by the way). The adjuster needed to come verify the needed repairs because of the high $ amount and Rebellos did all of the research to have the parts ready to go when given the approval. The insurance company (Ally) took 4 days to arrive! 4 Days! So when the shop finally got the go ahead, Michael called the parts supplier and things were in motion and they were supposed arrive the next day, but for some reason, the delivery truck (from out of state) got lost and disappeared! What? The warehouse had no idea where this guy went, so Michael started to make a ton of other calls and found parts in NH, two hours away. So instead of having them shipped, his shop guy drove to NH to personally pick up the parts, to make sure that they arrived in a timely manner. Did you hear me? They got in their truck and drove to another state to pick them up. I ask you, do you know of another shop that would drive four hours round trip to get your car fixed? I didnt think so.So while they were waiting for the differential parts, they did the ball joints and I had them do my brakes and a 60k mile maintenance. Then the parts arrived and they had my car fixed and out the door in ONE DAY! Are you serious? Normally it would have taken at least two or three days to fit me into the schedule, but they went above and beyond...! I wish these guys lived in Salt Lake City, Id send everyone that I knew to get their work done by Rebellos Automotive.Like I said at the beginning, if I could give them 6 stars, I would, they earned every dollar that they made today. Thanks to Michael and the crew!

Was not satisfied with not only the service I received, but also the amount of time it took them to complete the work. (Which I got charged for). They told me it would take about an hour to complete the work, Instead took 4 and got charged the extra amount. I also know other people that would agree with me on this situation; but they people from within the organization with not only harass but slander your name. So personally I am very reluctant on making this claim because of the backlash I will receive. After all said and done with it, the same part I went in to get replaced in the first place, broke again within 2 months. Just save your money and go to somebody that will actually fix your car.
