I picked up Dune and Flyboys today, theres nothing like a trip to the bookstore! This location is super clean and has the best selection. The employees are always super helpful and knowledgeable. I usually prefer smaller bookstores but you just cant beat Barnes and Noble for their selection. I like to read the forwards before making a purchase and theyve got great comfy chairs and a Starbucks inside that makes it great!

Always a place to explore and spend time at. Find something new. Get ideas. Read about others. Learn something.

No problem exchanging a gift bought online for a different book. Had the packing slip, so all you need to do is choose your replacement book and go to any register.

Always nice to walk in and usually find what Im looking for. Staff is always kind and helpful which is awesome. Food is always good too love getting a cookie when I buy a book.

I have always had a love for bookstores, and this one does not disappoint. Great selection of books and activities for my kids. We found these mini dino eggs that came with a chisel so they can uncover the baby dino inside, great rainy day score! Staff was pleasant and quick the check us out.

Came in for summer reading list and ran into a phenomenal employee Rose who shared her passion of reading and really connected with the kids to get them excited about all their choices from the summer list! More people like this who show up for work and love their job. Thank you, Rose!

This Barnes and Noble is always very cozy and clean. I love the store layout. It also has a great boardgames section with games you dont typically find at other Barnes and Nobles or bookstores in general. The Starbucks in this store is always solid.

I logged so much time at Barnes and Noble over the years and it is in my top ten of favorite places to go in Rhode Island. Though there have been a lot of changes it still has a great selection of books and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

This place has definitely seen a lot of changes on bald hill rd. The older location across the street where the fancy car lot. The store has been thru definite changes comic books, anime, funko, movie selection. The starbucks is a life saver if the one across the street screws up your order.

Barnes & Noble is a great place to relax and explore its great variety of books of all genres. The customer service employees located in the various sections are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the books they sell. Also, it has a Starbucks in the corner to cap off the experience.

Poor experience. Vinyl Records not well kept up and new age and self help books are featured prominently. I observed cafe reader hurried out despite being the only one in that area reading. Avoid!

Miss reading an actual book! Kindle doesnt smell right lol. Enjoyed the selection and found just what I was looking for. Very organized and clean.

Great selection of books. Attentive workers who are eager to help you find what your looking for. If they dont have what your looking for they can have it delivered to your home or to the store within a few days, EXTREMELY USEFUL! I have not had a single bad experience here!

I went to this store expecting to find a certain book that their website said they had. I asked for help at the information center (after being yelled at for not wearing a mask which I just forgot and was not trying to make trouble). The first girl helped point me to where the book was supposed to be but wasnt there. She then had her manager help her by looking in the back for it. I was left waiting for over 15 minutes before I decided just to get a different book. And then the same manager checked me out, the one who yelled at me and kept me waiting without even telling me she could not find it. She asked if I wanted to order it but at that point I pretty much had it and said no thank you Ill get it at another store. She didnt even try to sell me on their discount card when I heard her ask the previous customer before me. Thanks but no thanks.

Always friendly people. If they dont have a book you need they can usually get it in pretty quick for you. Good selection of puzzles and games and collectibles too.

Called here for a book I need for a book club (of course I am so last minute!) and was helped by Christine Taylor. They didn’t have the book at the location, so Christine ordered it in for me, and gave me options just in case it didn’t get in on time.I am a local business owner and let me tell you, people like Christine are COMPLETE gems, very hard to find and sometimes you can’t teach it. She was kind, patient, ready to help. Love her!!

Great selection of most books (except computer books). No ptint-on-Demand kiosk. No general discounts on books. But, if youre looking for a brick-and-motar store where you can walk out with a book today, this is the place to go.

I have not come across too many Barnes and Noble in and around Warwick, so this place was a pleasant surprise. It is a cozy compact store buzzing with activity. Everything is in one floor, which I liked (though I have nothing against the two-storied ones). There is the usual coffee and snacks shop with ample seats. I would have loved if it had more space, but this was enough.

My favorite place to be

Went into the Warwick, RI store. You can no longer bring books into the cafe area to read without first paying for it and because of COVID, seating has been removed from the rest of the store. Makes the whole book browsing and buying experience rather unpleasant.

Books books and more books. oh, and yummy Starbucks. Centrally located on route 2. Grab lunch at Carrabbas and score some good deals on new release books, interesting gifts, and maybe a story time. (dates and times usually listed on website!)

Such a wonderful place to purchase any books magazines of your choice at a reasonable price. They have a little cafe to purchase Hot/ cold refreshments.. Cookies, sandwiches etc etc... Anytime Im in search of reading material Barnes and Noble is always my first choice!

Love a good bookstore! This place is clean and neat and well organized. Only downside is while they tend to have a great many authors to pick from, they are space limited and so may have only 1 or 2 books per author to pick from.

I really enjoyed being there. People are so helpful. I enjoyed the coffee bar area that has the pastry and things I cant eat pastries coffee was excellent. I like the fact that you can sit and read. I highly recommend that plays.

I was very impressed with the customer service the other night. 3 people asked me if I needed help while I was browsing and there was a genuine willingness to help from each one! They have a great selection of books and gifts.

Always clean and bright. I prefer this location above any of the other ones. This one has particularly helpful stuff. They also know when to leave you alone too. I am sure some can agree that also is an important part of the experience.

You would think with todays world that personal service would be a good experience, but the sales clerk named Jessica at this store is the reason I will continue to shop online. Never met such an arrogant woman especially during the holiday season whose main purpose at work is to be customer service oriented. When I attempted to make a return she almost went out of her way to guarantee I could not return my item, that I had just purchased earlier today. It was not like I purchased it months ago and did not have the reciept.

Much the same as any Barnes and Noble Ive been to (good), though they have this big center area for their Nook line of products that seems to be desolate. Just thought that was odd but the store is totally fine

This store is located right next to a coffee shop. They also have their own coffee available to order. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have always been able to answer any questions I might have no matter how unfamiliar the book Im inquiring about might be. I appreciate that the store is pretty quiet as well.

Barnes & Noble has survived and is thriving! The reason is they know how to create a great retail experience. Browsing is encouraged and the coffee and treats are welcome. A great place to go to clear your mind and be open to discovering some treasures.

The people in this Barnes and Nobles were really friendly and helpful. I was looking for a particular book and they really took the time to help me and when they werent sure of where it was, they were really patient about finding exactly what I was looking for. The reason why this is important to know is because they were extremely busy, but you wouldnt have gotten that impression through the conversation in the customer service that was given to me at this particular time. This is why I love Barnes and Nobles!

Of course Im giving it 5 stars. Its one of my favorite places to hang out. I can spend hours here browsing for books. I find what I like and if the book is above 25 bucks I go online and in many cases find it for 5.

I love bookstores; I love the smell of new books as I walk into the store. I go to B&N at least once a week to browse the B&N store while drinking a tall Coffee Mocha.The sit-down Cafe area is nice place read while grabbing a bite to eat.
