Good ideas for unique Christmas or birthday gifts.

Used to like this store as its a pretty good place to get movies and presents, but then they swindled me into a subscription plan playing it off like all you have to do is put in your email for deals without mentioning the 10 a month price tag. At first I wasn’t too mad as I should have saw it coming and I just canceled it as soon as I could but then I found out the same thing happened to people I knew and for them the process was even more shady, they didn’t even mention they were signing up for anything and they ended up not noticing until a year later. On top of this after they called and canceled it they still got charged the next month. Not gonna shop here againUpdate: it was even worse than I thought they may sign you up for some 40$ a month magazine service on top of the other subscription so look out for that

Lot of great movie, toys and snacks from overseas.

This place has all the normal collectibles youd expect to see at a store like this. They also have CDs, you know those shiny little Frisbees that play music.

Signed me up for 2 monthly subscriptions that I have to pay for without even asking me or telling me what it was for. really upset

DO NOT LET THEM CHARGE YOU FOR A SUBSCRIPTION. THEY WILL ASK FOR YOUR ID AND THEN CHARGE YOU MONTHLY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION. YOU GET NOTHING AND I DID NOT KNOW NOR WAS IT EXPLAINED TO ME THAT IT WAS A MONTHLY THING. IT WAS A MALE CASHIER THAT DID IT. DISGUSTING

Decent place to pick up a horror flick or classic Rock CD. Dont expect them to pay much tho for your used items

The store was completely in order. Just less of a movie selection. Although fye didnt have the movies I was looking for they did have 2 I forgot I liked....Id visit again..the 2 employees were very friendly 3 out of 5 👍s up

CDs are becoming less popular, so there wasnt as great of a selection as I was hoping for. But I still found a CD that suited my needs. On a couple occasions.

Like the island of the Sirens, the FYE located at the Warwick mall sings an alluring song, but is as detrimental to ones bank account as the Sirens were to Odysseus crew. What started off as an innocent trip to buy a present for my dad devolved into a display of con-artistry and impropriety that even Bernie Madoff would not condone.The cashier begins by pretending he is saving you a few bucks on your purchase and asking you for a few bits of information. It isnt until the end of the transaction that the forked tongue of the cashier is revealed... Im not sure if this is the only way such a mismanaged brand stays out of the red or if this individual gets paid on commission but I walked away with a bundle of subscriptions to services I did not consent signing up for. These subscriptions reached a total of over $200 charged annually.Want to cancel these subscriptions? No problem, just spend 90 minutes of your day working through a labyrinth of robo-calls that leave you so unsatisfied that you arent even sure if you have canceled your subscriptions.FYE has lost my business. The Warwick mall location is the most deplorable of them all. My bill for all the therapy in needed after this saga was cheaper than the subscriptions they signed me up for. Head my warning and find another location to buy your Funko-Pops

Great funko selection,.but they push their spammy membership thing every time I check out. No, I dont want your magazine subscriptions or some insipid monthly charge for something that takes pennies off my total. Employees dont care though if you enroll and cancel to get the discount...Ive done this probably a dozen times...

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would only go during a sale as most of the products are overpriced. Their music selection is also very limited, which is more a sign of the decline of CD sales than a critique of the store itself.

Found an amazing shirt, awesome staff. There was this super cute girl there, with one of the coolest metallica shirts ever! I was jelly of it.

READ PLEASE!!I went in a few months ago... the girl at the counter told me i could save 10% by signing up for a subscription. Never was i told i would be charged 11$ monthly. I cancelled my subscription and was told i cannot get my money back. Now i am being charged by the magazine companies which were part of the subscription at the time. Absolute scam.

Its an ok place kids like it a bit more than they should but let them go....lol

The cashiers are becoming extremely aggressive with their pushing for their paid membership program to a point where it makes it very uncomfortable to shop. Rather than asking you if youd like to sign up, they tell you Im signing you up for our discount, becoming very pushy if youre not interested. As someone a bit uncomfortable in some social situations, Ive been visiting here less. Im sure its a corporate mandate and I dont fault the employees but its still very uncomfortable and aggressive

A bit over priced, but fun store .Absolutely no social distancing or capacity level being maintained could not shop and stay a safe distance over crowded . Left and went to Newbury comics and spent $319 ..FYE got 0

It gets depressing more and more everytime I walk into that store. Its dying.

My children love spending time at FYE looking through all the unique items. The employees are always super helpful and very friendly!

Rating this a 2 mostly because of my interactions with customer service. Also the person filling the order waited 8 days after I paid for it on November 29th to mail item . As a result I just received item today after Christmas. There were delays but if they didnt wait over a week to mail item I would have received in time. This along with poor customer service at FYE I will no longer order from them.

Not sure how this place is still open..you can literally find anything they have elsewhere cheaper...sometimes in other stores at the mall.

FYE is a great store i go in there and i say to myself im not going to buy just look, but is impossible. To many great items, i always end up buying something.

They have some good stuff here but many items were overpriced. The staff was rude and kept pushing their rewards card which we told them we did not want. I nearly missed my bus because they kept pushing it at checkout which slowed the transaction down. I get that you have goals to reach, I’ve worked retail, but when the customer says no, you move on.

I love this place, it brings back all of that good nostalgia! Has all the things I used to/actually love! It not only offers movie merch, but anime and manga aswell! Its wonderful.

Neat store cool stuff

I only come to this location once again m a while because the customer service is lacking. When we walked around n one associate, I assume was the manager because I later witnessed him yelling instructions at an associate, was yell at someone about her spending habits quite loudly. Completely unprofessional. Its a shame because the prices are pretty good, although Newbury Comics beats the pricing hands down. I did get a great deal on Aquaman so thats a plus.

Good selection of entertainment goods such as movies and shows, plus other neat merchandise. Though beware the subscription service all employees offer as it can continue charging you $11 a month without you knowing.

WOW! Im amazed at the selection of K-Pop stuff! They had all the bands and even posters! Definitely go there if you are in dire need of K-Pop stuff

Good sales, but generally pricey with an overly helpful staff that teeters on annoying who doesnt really know very much about music. This is a prime example of impersonal, low quality service stores put forth by corporate America. If you know what you want and it is on sale because its new, then FYE is worth a stop. Aside from that, get your music at a local record shop where the owner cares about music and has a knowledge of the subject.

It was Awesome!

Every time I go. The electronics are malfunctioning, every time I buy something for food. It tastes aweful, The customer service at the desk, The guy could barely pay attention to me. Miserable. But, the merchandise is funny and memorable. Not worth the price and heartache.

Wish I could rate it lower. I was in an obvious rush while shopping there and completely taken advantage of and conned by the cashier into getting the backstage pass card which I was assured the first month was free and any months after payment was optional. I didnt give them any payment information and had used someone elses card that day as I was running an errand for that person and didnt think anything of it. Well they call me furious saying these people charged their card and overdrafted it. I call and cancel the card but they refuse to refund my friend so now I owe this person $50 because of their misleading and desperate actions.. so thanks a lot F.Y.E. I find it audacious you would charge a card used for a one time purchase not even confirming the owner of the actual card. Criminals.

The FYE in Warwick is awesome. They have a wide variety of music, dvds used and new. They have a loyalty program and the staff is extremely helpful.

I dont what it is about fye, but all the stores feel very stuffy. Im happy that this is one of the few stores where I dont feel the staff are following me and WAITING for me to steal or something...but the store itself is subpar. All the music available for CD burning seems...dated or too trendy. They finally caught the kpop bug, but a little too late. Hardly any decent sales and wayyyyy too many DVD options. I do love that I can get a lot of import snack there though. All in all, better than hottopic (cause the still sell music) but definitely not the best.

I love this store. Theres not a lot of places left to buy CDs and DVDs They have an extensive collection of movies and TV shows on DVDs and a long row of CDs. They have used items so, you can save a few bucks.They also carry candy, some from other parts of the world, and tons of merchandise for the hottest videogames. They always have a $5 bin for DVDs. Yesterday they had $5 CDs too. They also carry posters of various movies and videogame.My kids and I always check this store out anytime we see it; its that good. They had these blankets rolled up like sushi with a fish pillow on top. Hysterical!
