Every time Ive gone to Jiffy Lube there is an issue or a problem this time they mocked by mileage completely off by hundreds of miles. I use that mileage to get a discount on my auto insurance. The next time I submit my mileage they will know it is Wes and not more and Im sure they will think I tampered with it somehow. very poor service. Last time I went they came out and told me they were closed it was an hour before theyre supposed to close. The time before that I ask them to replace one wiper blade when I left I looked at the paperwork and realized not only did they not replace the wiper blade but they charge me for two wiper blades. When I went back to complain they gave me 2 wiper blades at no cost but I realized later they had already charged me for two wiper blades so they gave me only what I paid for. Enclosing the time before that they lost the cover to my radiator I realized it only after . I will not be back unfortunately I have been going there for many years and I will miss the convenience but not the carelessness

The service was great, did not try and sell me anything I didnt need. Put my car on machine all tests great just needed brake fluids changed.

Great group of guys, excellent service here. Stopped in with a 10.5 foot tall shuttle bus, fit through the large doors no problem. Got an oil change and transmission flush after a long drive from Cincinnati. Couple young men passionate about cars and mechanics, helps make them good at their job. Shop was organized and seemed to be well ran. This is where I will do my vehicle maintenance when I am in this area, thanks!

They ruined my car. I had to flush out my whole system and replace what those clowns did. They washed my windows and took off the wax job that was just done. I will never ever ever ever come here ever again for as long as I live. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Avoid this clown car of an operation if you can. Go somewhere reputable instead.

I was in need of oil change as soon as possible because all of the sudden before my trip to Boston the oil change light Came on . I always try to take it to the deal I bought the car from but those appointments are given in days sometimes weeks. I stopped at my local gas station they didn’t have openings until tomorrow.Then, I remembered near my office there is a jiffy lube, I have never tried this place before I came in hoping they would take care of the oil change quick . Lo and behold, they did . I had no idea that they do the impossible to take care of your car right away .The guys were nice, they mean business tho. They are here to work on your car.They have a coffee machine, bathroom conveniently located next to the customer service desk . Small waiting room and a tv to pass the time

Went in for an oil change. They took out my air filter for no reason and in the process damaged another component can gave my car back with a check engine light.

Have been going here for quite awhile..unfirtunatelly this last time instead of them putting air in my tires tgey took the air out..now i have flat tire and light came on for tire pressure..not very professional..only bad time ive ever had there😐

They were good but the bill surprised me a bit; Id suggest getting the details prior next time. I got an upgraded oil service that conflicts with my usual service and the wipers were priced each rather than a pair.The website offered a 16.00 discount and they gave me 10.00?Cost me about 150.00 total for oil, wipers and an air filter. Yes, I got the upgraded wipers which are nice. I looked them up and were ballpark to what I paid.

I haven’t been to a JiffyLube since the pandemic started, so I was surprised when they had me stay in my car - and not super confident in my ability to drive up on the ramp thingies without killing anyone but I did it! I actually preferred staying in my car - it was quick and convenient and felt safer (COVID-wise) than someone else getting in my car and me sitting in the waiting room.Staff was nice .

I’ll never come here again!!! I had gotten back from a trip to Maryland, and needed an oil change before going back. I had brought my previous car to Jiffy lube for a quick $80 change. This time with my new car, my dealership couldnt do my car on short notice so I figured I’d bring it to jiffy lube since I always had a good experience before. i was shocked as 4 people were needed to change my oil. I asked for just a regular oil change. They washed my windshield (which i appreciated), but a very rude employee checked my battery (which i didnt ask for) and tried to charge me $200 for a new battery replacement on a battery that has No Issues at all! My oil change was a little over $120!!!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have never had a problem with my oil changes or break work. Good prices, friendly staff. What really makes this place stand out though is their bathroom. I have never seen such a clean and well decorated bathroom in a place of business. They have the Valhalla of bathrooms.

Honestly. The best location. These guys are kind and helpful. Not pushy. Always looking out to help but respect my wishes. As a woman and mother, its a relief to come to a place that I know isnt trying to suck my wallet dry. They always suggest I look for coupons 1st. I will ALWAYS come here.

I used to work here. They offer all preventive maintenance services that your car or truck needs. They know what intervals that each manufacturer recommends fluids need to be changed and they can give you service that will cover most warranties. They offer synthetic fluids which I highly recommend. They will extend the life of any engine or transmission that its put in.

I was on a business trip when my oil light came on. I had recently had my oil changed so I was not sure why it was happening. I went to the 1st Jiffy Lube which was this one. When I pulled in the person working there was very helpful. Pulled my car in and when he checked he said that the oil filter was not put in tight enough. He fixed it and added more oil and sent me on my way with no charge.

I don’t even know where to begin. They didn’t change my oil or filter. Know how I know? I left there with the same oil filter that was on the car when I got there; DATED with the date of my last oil change. So I paid $56 for an oil change that I never recieved. Manager never apologized. They blamed it on the “new kid.” Take responsibility for not changing the oil instead of throwing new hires under the bus. It’s a team effort. Had to go back the next day. They changed the oil and filter and gave me a 15% off coupon to never come back ever again. Best part is, they didn’t think I would check the filter, maybe because I’m a young woman? I change my own oil in my car and motorcycle so I know what to check for. They’re all extremely lucky I did not call corporate, y’all know who you are.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Employees are rude and not helpful in anyway. Extremely poor service. My car was done but no one ever came to inform me that my car was done. I ended up waiting there for over an hour. I got their famous signature oil change where they are supposed to check for all the important components of my car and refill the windshield fluid and check my tire pressure and all that good stuff but they did none of that. They did not even bother to write down my next service for me. I am very upset with the service I received. I do not recommend anyone to take their car in for service at this location. I will never take my car in for an oil change ever again.

Got me right in and out but talked me into the more expensive synthetic blend oil change saying I wouldnt burn oil as quickly. This was untrue. Im still burning the same amount of oil.

WARNING - technicians and the shop manager will try to scare you into changing your oil into a synthetic oil telling you that you have been using the wrong grade oil and that the synthetic is better suited for your vehicle. The PLUS SIDE for the shop is they just tripled their profit when you got intimidated by all the people that work there - the NEGATIVE SIDE for YOU is that ALL Synthetic oil producers DO NOT recommend using synthetic oil if your vehicle has OVER 80,000 miles on it as it will create oil leaks from the gaskets.Just avoid this or any Jiffy Lube if you can as the mentality is the same - I found going to Midas a better experience as they will change the oil to the manufacturers specification for viscosity (e.g. 5W30, 10W30)without creating a confrontation and/or using scare tactics - and at the same time being a lot cheaper.

They are less pushy about the upsells than they used to be. Oil changes are quick and convenient. They have free coffee, which is a nice perk, assuming you like Keurig coffee.

They told me they would check my oil pressure but didnt. They told my oil was 2 quarts low but it wasnt I know because i just checked it. The manager tried to sell me a oil filter $20 when I said no he offered it $10 when I said no again he threw my oil filter back. Instead of getting into with him I decided to share my bad experience. 2 stars because they were fast
