Good people, fast work. I made an appointment for a state inspection on a Sunday morning. Showed up to find that other cars are before mine. No problem. Left my car with the shop. An hour & a half later, got a call to inform me the car was ready. Nice & easy! Thats the way everything ought to be!

I dont recommend getting repairs here. The quotes on parts and im gotta assume labor is included are ridiculous, its almost like they purposely want to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. I highly suggest you go somewhere else. I suggest having three(3) different mechanics shops and always checking the labor cost on those three. And Always buy the parts yourself, thats another way you can get squeeze every dime out of you.

Went to this location last year in April to get my grinding brakes checked. Was told it would cost over $900 with whatever “issues” they came up with. Had no choice and paid it, for my car “fixed”. Showed my father, who is a mechanic, the bill and he even said I got screwed over. Let it go because the issue was fixed. Well, lo and behold, a year later my brakes on the same side are grinding AGAIN. I don’t drive this car that much, so it shouldn’t be doing this again already! Stay far away from these guys.

I went to Monro Muffler to get an oil change and I had a wonderful experience. I met the manager, Jim. He was extremely helpful and kind. I have gone for other oil changes at other places before and they were fine. However, I will definitely be going back to Jim at Monro Muffler for any issues with my car. He has the experience and knowledge to make me feel that my car and the way it operates was the most important thing. Thank you, Jim for all your help and guidance!

I went here for the first time to get my oil changed. They offer the best price. The service was great and I went back to get my tires rotated and a couple new tires. The new wheels feel great and I made though the latest snowstorm! Thank you!!

Excellent workmanship, Great price, I liked Tyler the assistant mgr he was very professional and confident. I would definitely advise others to seek theyre assistance when they have auto issues. I would recommend people to call in advance because I have a feeling they are going to be very busy.

These guys at Monro Warwick are the best. Busy Friday and I was traveling through Rhode Island. Noticed i was a 1k over in miles and had a long way to go. They took me in as a walk in and I was in and out. Management team worked on my vehicle together just to speed it up. Fantastic, professional and friendly crew! Keep up the great service. Not a disgruntled customer....LEGITIMATELY..... The most INCOMPETENT.... DISHONEST.... DISASTER.... spent literally 5.5 hours of my life ... new part.. THEY PUT IT ON BACKWARDS (proven when I took it to the next closest Monroe.... because I wasnt paying for nothing) still leaking exhaust WORSE than when I got there.... they IGNORED me...LIED to me AND CORPORATE.... they were literally going to let me leave that way without telling me a word... REFUSED me paperwork..WAY TOO MUCH MORE TO MENTION BUT COST ME TOO MUCH TIME ALREADY.....DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR THERE AND TELL YOUR LOVED ONES THE SAME. PLEASE... buyer beware and if they responded to this rating I will GUARANTEE it will be with a plethora of more lies to somehow keep their doors open.. One hour fifteen minutes for an oil change with an appointment. Tried to sell me a transmission gasket and the labor for it. Transmission is brand new, they couldnt show me the leak when it was on the lift.If they recommend a repair to you get a second opinionAnd they left greasy fingerprints on the side of my white truck. I cannot overstate how bad this place is

The guy missing a finger tried to screw me by charging me extra for my oil change, saying he had to add an extra quart. The fact that they would do this without the owners permission, frivolously overcharging customers with no consideration, is disturbing and crooked. They post an advertised price on their signs to get you inside, then apparently take advantage of unsuspecting people. Thankfully I had a coupon that nullified his attempt. I’ve been going to Walmart since.

Wife’s car needed brakes (pads and rotors) to pass inspection. Bought the parts, didn’t have the time to do it myself. Called Monro and they had me in ASAP with a really good price on labor and job took them no time at all. Recommend Jim for doing a good job!

Warwick location is the only one I consistently go to for service (since 2015) and will continue using in the future. Never had a bad experience with them ever and everyone I’ve dealt with there is pretty nice and very professional.

Had to edit my review from three stars to one because things have just been getting worse.A few of the issues are: making an appointment and dropping off the truck and then them not looking at it that day, dropping it off and not receiving a phone call having to call them and have them claim my phone service was turned off when I had been receiving calls from others all day.The straw that broke the camels back would be, having them look at my ac and tell me they fixed it to have it work for a day. I had told the guy at the counter about the AC and how it only worked for a day and he started mansplaining the AC and how they fix it instead of being like hey we messed up maybe there is something we can do about it. Now I get to take it elsewhere and spend more money.

Dropped my car off for estimate on midpipe and asked them to check the battery. When I went back to pick the car up, estimate was ridiculously high and they didn’t check the battery. I was told to get the battery checked I’d have to leave the car over night, because they have lots of appointments even though I also had an appointment. Felt taken advantage of for having little car knowledge

My tire blew on the highway and the service I received from Monroe was not only first class but every need o had for the emergency was met without a single issue or question. I can not express how grateful I am to the stafffor not my not the excellent customer service I received but also a speedy service. I was in and out in 5 minutes and on my way! Thank you again!

Would rather give 0 stars. Needed 1 single caliper replaced, my husband went in on the Post Road location and asked a technician for a quote he said 270, sounded about right. We brought in the car the next day the manager Jeff predicts to quote us for anywhere between 385- 400 dollars. We explain whats happened before but he says it is what it is. We let him look at it and sure enough he quotes us for 384 dollars so we tell him we dont get it and thats not how expensive one single caliper is even with labor. He says maybe the tech didnt add in the hose replacing or bleeding the fluid but we tell him we dont want to use his services. He was clearly trying to take advantage of us assuming we did not know what this was supposed to cost. Very disappointed. We took the car across the road to Fire Stone and they did the one caliper, hose, and bleed the fluid for 265.

The manager said that I needed a new front wheel hub at $477, and two front lower control arms at $350 each in order to pass inspection, for a total of approximately $1177. I went down the street to Hillsgrove Service Center, and they told me that my lower control arms were fine, and that the wheel hub would cost $310. My car then passed inspection. Go to Hillsgrove.

This location had my car for a month on and off. Started with the engine light(which they couldnt figure out the code). Replaced the flow sensor, didnt fix it. Then the ac died and replaced the compressor. Now a month later its not working. Brought it back to fix and was told they dont do that there. I have been a customer for at least 10 years and I will not go there again.

Very happy with this visit. A couple of years ago my girlfriend went in for a state inspection. They quoted her close to $3,000 worth of work. I went with her to pick it up. When I started asking what needed to be done, the manager didnt even know the proper names of the parts. One item he said needed to be replaced were the brake calipers, but he kept calling them the things that squeeze the brakes. Cmon, if youre going to manage an auto repair shop, know the proper names of the parts. So we got her keys back and went to another Monro with a manager we trusted and he quoted her closer to $700. Onto my recent visit. I learned there was a new manager. Taking a leap of faith, I had them do the front brakes on my car. They took me right in, looked at the brakes and quoted me a reasonable price. The work took about an hour and a half. The manager was very friendly and no nonsense. The tech who did the work did a great job. I hope Monro keeps this manager around, or at least learns what a good manager should be. Im very happy with my visit and should I need more work done to my car I feel much better about this shop.

Legitamitely created an issue with my vehicle. Went for a simple oil change and 24 hours later, my car is acting up when there wasn’t an issue with my vehicle to create the problem I’m having. I shouldn’t have to bring my vehicle to my personal mechanic after getting an oil change. Will not be returning

Brought my truck there to have my brake lines replaced. Their estimate was 1200$ and included new calipers, pads, and rotors. Tried to tell me only the back lines needed to be replaced and not the front when I traced the line that burst myself and it was a front brake line. His excuse for adding calipers to the bill was that they couldnt get the bleed line open. Which has nothing to do with the caliper. The invoice estimate I received showed brake lines costing them 300$ for 20ft of line. Apparently line costs over 10$ a foot now. These guys are scammers. If you want to overpay for your repairs this is the perfect shop for you.

Initially, it was a 5 star rating however that has now changed to a 1 due to multiple issues within the last 4 days to include having an appointment on Saturday (yesterday) at 7:30am and no one showed up until 8am, then to find out the wrong part was ordered so I had to wait for that too. Now my lights are back on the dash! I do not want to talk to anyone at that store and wish to speak to the Franchise Owner to discuss these.
