We had had our car serviced but immediately garaged it while we went away for a vacation for 6 weeks. We noticed a strange noise upon our return; called Lexus who said theyd check it out. Initially no noise while driving but the service center checked and found a loose heat panel which they repaired with no charge. Service was timely, efficient, and super cordial. We were impressed!

I just wanted to take some time to recognize the superb service I received from the Lexus dealership in Warwick Rhode Island. From the beginning of my appointment being scheduled to the completion of my service, the experience was most professional. The woman who assisted me in scheduling my appointment was very helpful and patient, taking the time to look into my specific vehicle’s history and to inquire of any possible extended warranties that could assist with the cost of my service. She was pleasant on the telephone and was helpful in scheduling my appointment and setting me up with a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. Jason Costa, who assisted in the coordination of service for my vehicle, was very helpful in explaining the extended warranty coverage that applied to the cost of my service and was helpful in recommending/scheduling additional upcoming services for my vehicle while it was there being serviced. I appreciated Jason taking the time to do this for me because it actually saved me time from having to come back to the dealership for those services in the near future. Jason took the time to answer all of my questions and kept me posted regarding the service taking place on my vehicle throughout the process. Jason went above and beyond with getting me settled in the loaner vehicle, replying to emails throughout the day I sent him and took the time to schedule a vehicle swap so I would not have to make a trip down to the dealership to pick it up. I just wanted to take some time to recognize the superb service I received from the Lexus dealership in Warwick. From the beginning of my appointment schedule to the completion of my service, the experience was most professional, easy and enjoyable. I was very impressed with the workmanship on my rim. The damage that was done from hitting a curb is no longer visible. The service technicians truly did a super job!! I hope that the management at Lexis of Warwick spotlight Jason and the woman who assisted in scheduling my appointment for their excellent performance. The Lexus of Warwick was phenomenal, usually at a dealership you’re used to working with just two individuals, the sales person and the finance person, that is not the case here! I loved how all if not most employees and managers would introduce themselves and give and provided a tour of their facility while we waited to be seen in the finance office. The clapping and cheering we received once we purchased our new car was great my fiancé and I definitely felt a sense of belonging and it amplified our excitement of our new purchase. I look forward to our new SUV especially now knowing we will be serviced by such a welcoming staff.

As we walked in the parking lot, approaching entrance, our sales rep ( Gaby) recognize us with only a look, our eyes met and we felt recognized before we even got to the door. When I walked through the door I was immediately recognized for the second time, the first was the eye contact before entering the door. That alone already made my day after a long day coming from work. She asked how she could help we told her, she gave suggestions and in four hours we were driving out the parking lot. She was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and a great listener. The enter team was amazing Cara in finance, Ben thought us about the features. If you need a wheel! Mark and the manager Jeff helped me so much! I moved from out of state and I only had 5 days to get the car inspection. They both helped me get my car inspection, mount the front license plate, and remove the window tint on my car all in the same day. Finance manager Dave reminded me of a used car salesman from 20 years ago. Disrespectful, angry, with bogus print-outs being shoved in front of your face. He told me that his used Lexus is worth the price of a new one. Not including any options on my trade-in. Using “fair” value on a very clean trade-in because its “what we start with”. And getting angry and snippy when I stood firm that it doesn’t work for me. I have to say that this was one of the worst experiences while shopping for a car. It’s ok to not agree on a price, but no reason to be shady and disrespectful.

The one star is for service after purchasing a vehicle and within 30 day warranty. The actual sales person Matthew was great and the manager at first was accommodating in order to help with the sales process. We even purchased a 4 year warranty on the vehicle for peace of mind. However we had issues within first week with the car almost stalling and vibrations being felt on highway at higher speed and with the brakes. My husband is familiar with cars and we have family who repair cars and had them take a look at the car before deciding to go back to dealer. We ended up replacing spark plugs as they were completely burnt out and the cause for the stalling then decided that the brake issue was a safety concern and we should address it with the dealer’s repair shop as it was still under warranty. After some back and forth the manager agreed to do the rotors and brake pads and within about a week and a half we were experiencing worse then before the new rotors and pads we did not feel safe at all with these “new brakes”. Needless to say we had no faith in the service done and by this time we were nearing the end of the 30 day dealer warranty and we believe they did that purposefully, putting in the cheapest brakes on the market just to get them thru the warranty period, it didn’t and we no longer wanted them to touch the brake system.My husband went out and bought the correct Rotors and pads specifically for our Acura and now it feels safe and we have no issues. Regardless of mileage on a pre-owned car safety systems like the brake system should be dealt with seriously by any dealer when selling or replacing, there should be no short cuts or excuses like “well it would pass state inspection” short term fixes are not the way to retain customers who will need to purchase vehicles again in the future. The thinking should be is it safe, peace of mind that a family will be safe on the road because safety is your priority.

Nathan Read and his entire staff from financing to delivery made my recent car buying experience excellent.I ordered a 2020 RX450h two weeks prior to the Lexus assembly plant in Cambridge, Ontario closing due to the Pandemic. I chose Lexus of Warwick to purchase this Lexus from as my last two buying experiences with Lexus dealers were less than enjoyable. Lexus of Warwick, specifically Nathan Read, the sales manager offered a simple special ordering experience for me with excellent, straight-forward pricing and unequalled customer service.When the assembly plant reopened, Nathan called me to give me a new expected delivery date. At that point, I asked if I should leave my order for the 2020 intact or resubmit it as a 2021. He said the choice was totally mine but the 2020 would be available about 3 months sooner than a 2021. We resubmitted my original order for a slightly updated 2021 and my new Lexus arrived last week. An extremely knowledgeable assistant from the finance department drove to my home in Centerville for me to sign all the documentation papers which usually happen only at the dealership. This past Saturday my new MA registration and plates arrived in the mail and I notified Nathan that I was all set to take delivery of my new RX450h. Delivery was arranged for this Tuesday around mid-day. I received a phone call from the delivery specialist 90 minutes before his arrival to insure I would be available to accept the car and at that time he gave me instruction on all the bells and whistles; programed my garge door opener to the Home Link system in the Lexus and did the same for my cellphone so I can take full advantage of Apple Car Play with all the included features.The whole experience with Lexus of Warwick was easy, enjoyable, and handled with care and precision. I highly recommend Lexus of Warwick to anyone wanting or needing to buy a new vehicle. I especially recommend Nathan Read, the sales manger for allowing me to do the entire transaction from ordering, to financing, to taking delivery all without ever going to Warwick. I have never personally shopped at this dealership so though I may not have any review on the dealership itself, I was on my way to work this morning in Connecticut and who ever is responsible for driving the “I love Warwick Lexus” dealer car should never be allowed to represent the business. He/she almost caused multiple accidents. Cutting people off, swirving in and out of lanes and going over 90mph. Not exactly a great image for the dealership at 6am! Thought this may be helpful
