We came here around 4:50pm on September 16, 2021 after reading the reviews on Google and Yelp about the food. I have been craving Filipino food for some time so was excited to try this place out. I was not disappointed at all. Big portion sizes, low prices, and delicious food! Really, what more could you ask for?
Food was very tasty. Friendly service. Good price. Will definitely go back
I am so glad I came across this store about over a month ago. The woman who was working at the cash register is so kind! I had told her I never had Filipino food but have always wanted to try so I asked for her suggestions, she gave me the Beef Steak and Lechon Paksiw. Delicious! Im from Providence so the fact that I am willing to go back and make that 20 minute drive says a lot .. a true Rhode Islander. They have extracts that arent commonly found in your average grocery store (Ube, Jackfruit and Coconut Pandan), they have many Filipino classics (Longganisa, Pan De Sal, Lumpia and more!). Definitely worth a trip!
I come to this superb restaurant every couple of days because I enjoy the special air that is outline this restaurant. The team is highly loving and experienced. The service is pretty efficient. Not to mention, the food they prepare is magnificent. I frequent often and I was always pleased. The price is modest. I highly suggest this place to all my friends.
Great little place. Come early they can sell out sometimes.
Low variety of food. Lacking many common Filipino dishes.
Pinoy Lane where you can taste authentic phillipino cuisine without any jet lag. This store is not intended to compete with major chain stores or Asian stores twice the size. Rather, this store stocks phillipino food that is simply not found elsewhere--including ready- to-eat entrees. My favorite purchase is Halo Halo, a shaved ice treat that includes purple yam icecream (ube), various exotic fruits, and beans--certainly a cooler and tastier alternative to Dels Lemonade. The last time I went, I arrived 10 minutes after closing, they opened the door and let me in. While I shopped, I witnessed the staff scouring and disinfecting the entire store as if prepping for a surgery. I was quite impressed by their efforts. I feel confident to proclaim that the quality and service they provide is Superior to their competitors. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
5 stars for the only Filipino restaurant and store in Rhode Island. it can be very hard to find filipino food, let along ingredients around here and I really appreciate that I can come here and they always have adobo and lumpia available (mind you have to call ahead for the lumpia as they fry it fresh). I must say too that I love! love! love!!!! the adobo here, it might be better than my moms-- but dont tell her I said that lol. It isnt a huge establishment and not much room to sit or anything but for take out its great!! If you have never had Filipino food before come here and try the pansit and adobo to start you off and im sure you will want to come back and try other things too.
Low variety of products. They do have a lunch special although it was around $8 it came with 2 sides.Did not have fresh herbs and spices like most Asian stores
Great selection of authentic foods, very good value. Imagine a setup similar to something like Panda Express. Food was hot and serving was generous. Will go again!
My first time in this store was really humid and they have few variety of foods which are alot of filipinos like me will enjoy the food and tasty food because near to my house
