Received this passive aggressive letter after writing my review which I still stand by. We signed up for our mailbox over two months ago, how would you remember anything about the specific day? He walked away when we were done with the form not while it was being completed. He NEVER came back to help, a lady had to step in to complete the transaction. IF you are you going to take over a day and thats normal policy to unload packages I feel that should be put in the contract, I understand you get a lot of packages, but it also isnt cheap to get a mailbox here. And yes as I stated once I did forget my keys and wasnt able to get my package, I have been here before without my keys or a slip and was handed my package, and just today my husband witnessed someone without their key, ID or slip get their package. Its also false about the UPS requiring the slip, at least in my experience. When I lived in an apartment in Eagle River I never brought a slip, just my ID and told them my address and was handed every single package multiple times a week. MAYBE thats your policy but you should stick to it daily and not make exceptions. Thank you for the time for writing your letter. I still stand by what I said.
This UPS store does not deserve even 1 star. I overnight shipped out fresh fish to my dad for fathers day and if it arrived past 3:00 pm the shipping fee would be refunded. Of course the fish was delivered past 3:00 pm and was ruined so I called to get a refund. Theresa who is an employee at this location told me she submitted a GSR request and that it was approved and that the refund would arrive in my mail in 10-15 days. 20 days later I still hadnt received the refund. I called and Theresa told me she would contact corporate. After weeks of calling and receiving the same answer from Theresa one day I called she told me the check had finally arrived but at their store so she had to request a new one. It is now AUGUST 25 3 months past the shipment day and I still have not been refunded. I decided to take matter into my own hands and contact corporate myself. I got in touch with them immediately and they told me they have no record of a refund. I called Theresa back and she said I contacted the wrong department and then proceeded to blame corporate for this mishap and told me she had been emailing them so I requested to see the emails and she said she would email me the emails. Never received the emails she apparently had speaking to corporate. I believe Theresa stole my refund and is covering it up. They are now refusing to answer their phones. I had to open a dispute with my bank because of this incident. Incompetent store and people working there. Please do not come to this store and get robbed of your time and money.
We shipped family heirlooms. Staff was kind, helpful, patient. Everything arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition. So thankful for their help. Would definitely consider using their services again if needed.
While trying to sign up for a P.O. Box the kid with the long hair and glasses mid paperwork just walked away and decided taking out the trash, while I stood there waiting and confused, was more important. Should’ve been the first red flag. I have come here multiple times to pick up my packages to be told they didn’t have time all day to unload the truck and try again tomorrow.Today I forgot my keys but needed my package, had IDs and everything, was told he couldn’t hand me my package because “it’s a felony,” when that’s literally how you get your package at any post office??This place is trash and overpriced for the “service” they provide.
Closed at 1830 but the store hours on Thursday are until 1900. Knocked on the door, got an eye roll from the older female, after which she came to the door to open it. Visibly acting annoyed, she pointed to an associate working in the corner and said “He will help you” and she just went back to her own thing. Despicable service.
Came in for notary services. Great service. Good price. I would stop here again.
I love going here! Their Customer Service is outstanding! Courtesy and Costumer Service ranks extremely high in my books. If you need something sent, copied, faxed, or whatever, they are ever so willing to accommodate.
Slowest UPS store. One cashier. Others in the back without coming to help customers. Wait is always 15 minutes long
This place is clean, modern, and friendly. They do fax,, and have p.o. boxes. They know all the ins and outs around shipping. Get good quality copies and even surf the internet too.Good place to visit and intelligent employees that are pleasant to talk too.Ill cya there!!!
Employees are extremely rude. Same older lady is nasty to customers everytime Im there.
I went here for a passport portrait and was in and out of the store in about 5 minutes. It was so quick! Id never done a passport portrait before so didnt know what to expect but the lady taking the photo was just fine and instructed me what to do (except advise me to fix my hair so I didnt look like I had just rolled out of bed... but thats beside the point). Friendly staff and very quick service.
This UPS store is lucky to get a 1 star rating. My sisters needed to make color copies of a program and we were under a time crunch. The price of printing was outrageous and the color print quality was awful. Whatever scanner they have needed cleaning because objects were printed in areas where it should not have been, the color blue came out as green. I could go on but I’m so frustrated with the ugliness of the quality. We paid approximately $145.00 for 50 ugly copies which we ended up having to go somewhere else to re-do. DO NOT waste your money like we did. I am so disappointed and appalled that they allow this unprofessional type of work leave their establishment.
Very friendly staff and nice and quiet.
Worst ups store in alaska, dont bother wasting time here
I had to send a fax right before they closed for the day. They were helpful and nice. I would definitely go back again.
Do not have karen be the employee you talk to. She was extremely rude, rolling her eyes, not helping me find alternatives, and refused to get another employees help that i requested for.
UPS damaged a valuable item of mine during shipping, and then lost the item while trying to return it to the wrong address after the damage claim. Nearly a month later, my fiasco with UPS is coming to an end. Manager Theresa mediated the situation for me, and was nothing but kind and helpful. She spent hours on the phone trying to track down my package and disputing my claim with UPS officials, and even would call me after store hours to inform me on updates. I am so thankful for her assistance! Even though I am furious at UPS for their carelessness and underhanded policies, Theresas willingness and effort to correct what was wrong should be commended. I consider her a rare gem in this day and age! ;) thanks again!
Awful experience. They cannot be trusted with important documents or global priority express. Untrained woman forgot customs declaration and postage. They denied wrong doing sent me to PO. DOCs are “lost” had to fight for refund. AVOID THIS PLACE.
Great business and knowledgable staff. They always keep the line down and work hard to answer all my questions.
Poor customer service and lack of knowledge. Very disappointing
Best staff, always friendly, helpful, and efficient even when I have a large load of work
We get a lot of print work done at The Ups Store in Wasilla and they are always timely, professional and accurate. Im not sure what your experiences are at other places but these guys have it dialed in!
If youre looking for printing services, save yourself time and money and go somewhere else! I needed a 5x7 card (two-sided) printed on card stock -- I brought in my pre-designed electronic documents on my flash drive all in the correct format (CYMK color, with 1/4 bleeding edge, PDF, etc). Two workers tried to print them, but they didnt know how to fit the images so that they could print two on a page. After a half an hour of trying to figure it out, they said to come back when the manager was there to help... I came back, but then manager didnt know what she was doing either! She then spent 20 minutes trying to get the 5x7 documents to print two on a page; she eventually decided to manually put two on a page with Adobe Illustrator (which I could have easily done myself at home and saved both my time and hers!) and then charged me an extra $3 for computer time and $5 change fee for having to manually move the photos. The total came to $86.45. Just out of curiosity, I emailed the UPS store location on Parks Hwy and asked them for a quote for this same service... and the lady there gave me a total quote of $55. Not sure why there is such a price discrepancy between the two locations, but I do know that Ill be using the Parks Hwy location in the future for any printing services!
I have a PO Box here. I love it. Very happy with the customer service.
Got a bid from this store to print 75 color copies, $75. Called one in Anchorage and got a bid of $36 . . . a 52% savings! If youre headed into Anchorage take your business there.
Super quick and helpful!
Not sure why, but the USPS still delivered my forwarding confirmation to this UPS store but it has Suite D, not Suite B like I put it on the USPS website when I did it online. Im thinking since there was no box number associated with the confirmation, they understood where it had to go, but Im also confused more then I was before. Should I do another forwarding mail request on USPS website to make sure? Hope I can get some mail that has been being sent back to sender still.
