My dad and I went in shopping for a walker. The service we received today was exceptional. Tonia was helpful, informative, and answered any and all questions we had. For the quality and features of the walker, the price was fair, and lower than all local medical supply stores in town. The personal service you receive here, you cant get from the internet.And knowing that they are right down the street to help you with any adjustments or questions you may have, gives me and my dad peace of mind.Thank you!

I have a great experience almost every time I go, whether it be for prescriptions, or for durable medical equipment. When my Grandma needed equipment for her daily aids, the quality of items were great! I felt comfortable buying them and using them daily for her needs. When my prescription is ready for pick up, they call me and let me know, and the drive up is quick and awesome.

My family and I have gone to Geneva Woods for many years for many different reasons between the weekly Medical dispensary program they have. Sometimes it was for medical supplies while working as a PCA. And other times it was simply filling a prescription that another Pharmacy did not have in stock. They also have many flavors to add to liquid medicine for children to make it easier for them to take.

The staff at this pharmacy are the best! Efficient, Kind, Patient and friendly. The transition to CVS was a huge & would be a huge deal for any company. Stressful for ALL involved, however I watched as staff was Dealing with angry & impatience customers and they maintained kindness, compassion and empathy towards the disgruntled customers with a kind face and smile. Never showing any frustrations or negativity. My hat is off to ALL of them girls. They truly are amazing people. I couldnt have been that kind back. I drive 50 miles from my home passing 10 plus pharmacys just to get my medication filled here. And I will continue to do so.Thank you Geneva Woods Pharmacy for the BEST service I have EVER received EVERY TIME I go to you. MJP

The employees at Wasilla Geneva Woods work hard to provide an excellent level of care for their clients. They offer a wide variety of services, work directly with insurance companies, and offer delivery service from Trapper Creek, to Point Mac, to Chickaloon, to the Butte, and can arrange ship out to places beyond that area. As both an employee and someone who has used their services personally and for my family, I would recommend them over any other local competitor.

I would give a half star if I could to this business. They are unhelpful, unavailable, and have no supplies. They do not carry CPAP supplies at all in house, they are very bad in any assistance in learning about sleep apnea. Do not go here at all. I am happily taking my business elsewhere !

Slow but thorough. Love the drive-up window. Sure would be nice if they were open Saturdays, at least for a few hours to help out people who work M-F. Just the drive-up would work.

I will never go through this pharmacy again! I had a compound prescription sent over on Monday and they said it would be done Wednesday a little after 3pm. So I go to pick it up this morning and pull in the drive through wait a minute then push the call button. a lady sees me comes over pushes the button to stop the call and walks away and doesnt help me, she looks at me then gos back to what she was doing.. I then go inside for them to tell me that the prescription wont be done until today around 3... So I called them at 3:45pm to see if its done before I drive down there again and the lady tells me its not done and they dont know when it will be done.... so frustrating!!!

Good pharmacy, but the fact that the fan in the bathroom doesnt work and half the time you walk in and the entire place smells like an outhouse is really off putting.

Worst customer service ever. Employees with no knowledge of what they are doing or the equipment they provide. What a waste of time to go there. NO stars!
