I am posting my review because I don’t want anyone else to get there money stolen from the ridiculous quotes they give. Best advice i can give is to find literally any other repair shop.

Todd is by far the most total professional and perfectionists of a mechanic Ive had with on any of my car. Total honesty and doesnt beat around the bush just to get your money, quite the opposite. Hes has my business now and in the future hands down.

I dont know what any of the other reviews say..bit let me tell you this. E.A Phil and the rest of the staff have been absolutely amazing with the service and care of my sons vechile. I cannot say enough about how compassionate Phil was in understanding our needs and finances. Sure they took a minute to complete the job,but there were other cars there. Being worked on. I cannot thank them enough for their services.

Horrible service they lie and scam you on everything your better off going to the dealership with the prices you get from these guys. If they break something of yours you have to pay for it not them. If you pay for something to get replaced 9-10 times they just cleaned your part off and upcharged you. If i could leave a no star review i would because they dont even deserve one star

Definitely the most unprofessional shop I’ve ever used, I would recommend using these guys, i heard alot of bad things in the past about them but what they did to me last time i was there was straight carelessness, I would recommend going to any other repair shop because i have seen prices like what these guys charge, 662 dollars for brakes and 140 dollars just to drain a ac line on a civic lol.

I debated whether giving just one star. But, we did have some good repairs here over the years.Why Im not coming back to this shop is because two times now Ive gone for second opinions only to find out that the cause of a problem was bad work on previous installs from everything auto. Everything auto wanted to charge over 1k. We ended up paying just a few hundred somewhere else.In both cases the other place charged only labor because they removed and replaced parts. Basically, fixing a problem by correcting mistakes.Something is very wrong with everything auto. Whether its a lazy mechanic, incompetent management, or a combination of all I do not know.I will not be bringing either of my cars back, not even for oil changes. Which, by the way, advertising a $15 oil change and yet always being out of it is kind of false advertising... And please put down mats or something because getting oil all in my car anytime I brought it in just made things way worse.

Phil, Phil, Phil, go see him! Dude is lights out on top of it ! Not sure what these other people are saying because ...look I’m not gonna lie, the repair did cost but anyone that takes your car to a mechanic will pay unless you roll up your sleeves and do it yourself. But since many people don’t have that kind of vehicle knowledge I definitely would recommend Phil. In the past they probably have had some bad apples but what I really recommend is the fact that he kept me updated the entire time and never once did I have to call him to check on my car and that is very important to me. Even if it cost me a little bit to do certain repairs which is understandable considering that they’re a business that has to make money as well I will continue using just due to the fact on how updated he kept me with everything and just gave me straight answers. And how quickly he work. I never give reviews so me giving a review means something to somebody that is reading this ...looking for a tech that knows what to do. ...he is also reasonable so in working with you on discounting for services as they search for the issue which is awesome . Highly highly recommend .Oh and by the way this is a guy that has been in the repair industry so I do a lot of my own repairs when stuff goes bad but I still use this place so that says something

The owner here does not care about solving problems or tending to customer complaints. He treats the employees poorly and the customers even worse. Not to mention he’s one of those lying auto shops. Not surprising that he was sued and didn’t even bother showing up to court and now is avoiding paying the fine. Don’t go here.

Phil and Shawn were great, they got me in last minute and hooked up a great experience. Definite recommend.

First off, Phil is the man! He will not only fix your car he will identify and diagnose potential problems(not just trying to make a sale either) and will get it done correctly. I can tell this is his passion and it shows in his work!

Excellent service!! My mom went for an oil change, told her oil is still clean and would be dishonest to change or charge her. Employees where nice and welcoming.Side note: we visited after openings.....so cant vouch for employees who come in after 11am🤔)

After initially quoting me a price for an oil change and rotation of tires, I asked them to check my power steering because it was making a sound, they call to tell me that the fluid level is fine but dirty and need to be cleaned. I okay the work, and it takes them another hour to complete. No big. When I arrive to pick up my vehicle, I notice that there is oil splatter all down the lower section of my car on both sides. I bring it to the attention of the customer service representative at the counter. This just thrilled her 🙄 she tracks down Jorge/George and tells him to check it and clean it up. So he pulls my car back in. I watch him through the manager office window walking around snacking and the grabs a towel to try to just wipe off the oil drenched vinyl. Pictures show the splatter that he claims is road grime. When I told the lady that this was not acceptable, she became argumentative and of course I did too. She then tells me she can cash me out and I can go wash it. This is the service, and the reason their Google rating is a 3.6 stars. Poor customer service. Low quality work. Very disappointed in this facility. Then wants to tell me she did me a favor by not charging me What should have been charged. Because its my fault the girl they had open up was new and quoted me the wrong prices. Perhaps you should have called me with the correct prices. Maybe consider more thorough training before you leave someone alone. Now Im off to wash my vehicle for the 2nd time this week. Id suggest pay more at a more reputable service center.

DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! They sell these coupons, door to door, for $50 with coupons saying free oil change but when you go to check out they tell you there is a disposal and tax fee! False advertising! One time I went and the guy didnt put my power steering cap back on! I dont know if they are under new management or what but the chicks who work at the front desk now are no where near as nice as Robert was and just want to charge you more money. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

Please do not take your car here for mechanical issues. They are very very dishonest, will change parts out of your car that where not broken in the first place. They use after market parts, I have taken my car here for years for oil changes so I have trusted this place however after allowing this shop to fix a knock in my engine I feel so ripped off. 800.00 later my car still not fixed and they changed parts that didnt need to be change in the first place since problem still exists. When I got a second opinion my thoughts were confirmed, it was a totally different problem. I am hurt since I feel I have been very loyal to this place. Their new employee at the front desk charlene is so rude and disrespectful. I will never ever bring my car back here.

I have only done a handful of reviews..after living here 22 yrs i started taking my mini there because my service contract is with them....they are always up front and I always have great service. Ive been to several places around here over the past 2 decades and been over charged and told to do unnecessary things(which I havent done).Ive been here 3 times and have always left there without feeling like someone was trying to take advantage of me.....its a little place and had it not been for my service contract I wouldnt t have known to go there..yall are the best and thank you!

Their waiting room was NASTY the chairs were falling apart and the floor was dirty. The man upfront needs to be in a better mood. I greeted him with good morning and all I got back in return was a very dry and sad what can I do for you. But the thing that really made me leave this review is the fact that whoever changed my oil was smoking then got into my car and my car smelled like cigarettes! I did not appreciate that at all seeing as I have kids with me! This place has gone down hill bad and I will never return here.

Knock in the rearend or drive shaft. Lady up front said i needed a new rearend for 2014 charger $8000.00 from dealer and $400-600 labor. Charged me $33.00 diagnosis problem. Different shop tightened driveshaft bolts. Showed reciept,refused to refund $33.

I have used Everything Auto for two major repairs in the last three months, and I was equally satisfied both times, which is impressive because I have high standards when it comes to service and to spending my money.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now for my cars, and the service has always been great. But yesterday when I went in for an oil change, the mechanic who did it took my phone number from the paperwork and proceeded to text me asking me if I was single or not. I’m not sure if management knew he was doing this, but it was totally unprofessional and should never happen to anybody. The service is always great, but it will definitely affect my decision to come back.

Arrogant owner who does not know much about his industry. Refused to honor his own warranty. Always had to go back for a problem AFTER I got my car serviced by this company. Owner got furious after requesting a refund for the incompetent work performed at his shop. He threatened to call the police because hes incapable of maturely handling when he is wrong.Went to another shop and my issue was fixed appropriately and the problem was solved. Everything Auto put in the WRONG part. I took my old part back to Everything Auto and showed them the part they put on and it was not the same. The owner went on and on as to how it was the right part but clearly could see it was NOT! I will NEVER go back to Everything Auto for anything, not even for them to tighten a lug nut. One ⭐️ is too high of a rating.There is another car shop in the area, Daddys Toolbox. This guy is an EXPERT, extremely knowledgeable, customer friendly, and affordable. A jewel!!

Love this place! I drive higher mileage vehicles and they do a fantastic job of keeping them running smoothly all the time. Tod and Robert have always gone above and beyond to make sure I have what I need, and never pressure me into making a repair. They give me the info and let me make my decision. After using them for so long, I dont second guess them. They prioritize the needs of my vehicles and tell me if I can wait on a repair due to $$$, or if something needs to be addressed right away. Every repair Ive had done, has been fixed correctly and Ive not had a repeat problem. Based on where I live, I drive out of my way to use these guys. I pass several well known repair places on the way (that Ive used in the past) but I cannot rely on them like I can at Everything Auto.

This place is dishonest. My son went in for a $15 oil change, despite what he asked for the OWNER put in synthetic oil and changed my teenager $54!!!! It was not explained to him the price difference or the difference in the oil. I’m outraged that ANY company would take advantage of a kid.

Took my truck just to check and they said it $85 to check it If I don’t let them fix my truck there,after they check it they call and told me about the price whatever needed to be fixed it Over thousand dollars I told them I’m coming to pick up my truck,got there they charge me over $200 just for check up my truck after they told me it $85,poor service and rib off and good to know never ever take your vehicle to this place they tell you something else and later charge you more😡😡😡😡

I had my oil change by them for about 4 years and the last time I used them they didnt do it right and they put the wrong oil in my car and didnt do the plug right, 2 weeks later my engine seized up in the middle of an intersection when I called them they got my car towed to them checked it but refused to fix there mess up, thankfully the dealership I got it from fixed my car with no charge for me, do NOT take your car to this place! They will screw you!

My first thought was WOW..an oil filter and oil change for $15 (This must be a joke). Guess what? Not so! I was very pleased with the fast and friendly service. Robert was the highlight. He was so informative of the different oil changes and types as long with a great personality. I will DEFINITELY be back this week to have my other vehicle serviced.

Took my wifes Nissan here to get brakes serviced and the next day she noticed a hubcap missing. Called the shop and Todd checked the video footage and verified that it didnt come off in the shop (we would have noticed if it had anyways), but he still ordered a new hubcap and put it on free of charge. Will definitely continue taking our vehicles here.

Upper management generally doesnt care for you or your employees also treat employees terrible and and plays with your check.

There Staff is extremely knowledgeable and are capable of performing any type of service. I would recommend them to any family member or friends looking for a good shop in the area.

Tod and his team have been taking care of me and my family cars for years! They are honest and fair - I started with the $15 oil change but now go on a regular basis for all my maintenance needs. They are always looking to fix the problem but being aware of budget items and only recommending what needs to be done. They are not pushy at all. I recommend all my friends and family to them!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! Worst service Ive ever received from a shop! These people are dishonest and crooks!!! I came in for an alignment and tire rotation. First they did the alignment and brought the car out without rotating the tires. They took it back in the shop and rotated the tires then I left. On the way home I realize the steering wheel is no longer straight. Take it back the next day and was told were not taking anymore vehicles today. Bring it back tomorrow and well get to it. The guy was offended that I brought my truck back to be fixed right. I brought it back the next day and dropped it off. An hour later, I get a phone call saying I needed $800 worth of front end work for them to be able to align it. The guy then proceeded to speak to me in a very demeaning way about how the front end of a vehicle works. 1. If the front end was in a position that it needed $800 worth of repairs to be aligned, then it never would have been aligned the first time! 2. They didnt fix the alignment or fix the offset steering wheel that I even brought it in for and refused to refund me my money. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GOING HERE!

I brought my import sports car in for timing belt replacement. I know what usual cost is for that repair. They only charged me just less than half price!!! But I only will deal with service advisor Todd. Why? Cuz mom brought her luxury van in for a strange front end noise. Talked to another service agent, that gave her a $600 estimate for front end work. Another mechanic at another shop fixed moms van for free! Diagnosis, was a loose lug but! So I recommend service advisor, Todd, ONLY! If he is off, return when he is there. Thank you for your friendly honest service,Todd!

Todd has always been honest and even worked with me on cost in some cases. Dont be discouraged by reviews from folks that were turned away an hour before closing for an oil change. They know their business at Tilden and its better to turn away a customer then to deliver a poor experience.

I was really disappointed in the owner who didnt apologize for the poor (lack of) service as I picked up my key. Back in February I had some service done and because of my personal loyalty determined to return. The Saturday before I made an appointment for Monday at 4pm to drop the truck for next day service estimated 4hrs and probably $500 cost. Tuesday morning 9:15am I had to call them then at 10am they called me to say the pickup was locked outside of the garage area and they didnt have door key. Fuming mad, I held my tongue but told him I would be there in 30 min and the work order is CANCELLED. I arrived without acknowledgement, asked for my key then turned and walked out the door. Too bad, I was really pulling for the success of this minority owned small business, but they dont deserve my $$$$$.

Erica hate to say YOUR wrong but you are.We had great service with the other guys. These guys not so much. Lol change debatable. We took 2 vehicles in last 2 months car ran great for several weeks. Got oil change went to pick up sounded awful no oil showing on stick. 2nd vehicle alignment paid for all work they said it needed still not right we took it bk. It sits on their lot SEVERAL DAYS NOT Touched.They are NOT what it was. Business gone way down hill.Never recommend them to anyone anymore.Erica just because you havent had a problem you cant tell others that they are wrong when they complain.We are still waiting for it to be fixed properly.I guess our car will have to have new engine.

I’ve been coming here for several years for my oil changes. $15 plus tax, can’t beat the price. I normally go during the day when there is no wait. There’s a large waiting room with cable tv and feee WiFi. Never had any other work done, and no issues with oil changes. Can’t beat the price!

Everything Auto is total rip off. They dont know how to fix cars. They made my car worst. They got all my money then want me go back the third time. Please dont take your car to them. I love Tilden on Alta mere and White .Settlement.

I had purchased a new pack of cigarettes on the way to get my oil change and placed the unopened pack inside a dashboard compartment. After getting my oil changed I went to grab the pack and it was gone. Someone found the pack of cigarettes and stole them! When I brought it up to the owner, he dismissed it saying that the pack must have fallen out somewhere. From a closed compartment in the middle of the car?! He shrugged it off. I will not deal with shady people and businesses who protect dishonest thieving employees. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

I had to give a star in order for this to be posted; otherwise I would give a negative! Do not use this shop!! Although we have been using this repair shop for a few years, I will NEVER go back. Earlier this week, I took my car in for a simple alignment after noticing a negative camber issue with the drivers rear tire. Upon arrival, I was told it by Tod was not going to be a simple alignment fix even before the car was put on the alignment machine. After further discussion, I was told he would need to charge me for the alignment in order to take the measurements but that would tell them where the issue lies and then we would start on resolving the reason the alignment was out. I consented (trusting in this place). After over an hour, I was shown a printout showing the measurements. I was then told my car did not have a camber adjustment (true but does NOT mean an adjustment cannot be made in order to set the tire in correct alignment) and there was no way to fix this without doing more research.I was then asked how long I had owned the car and did I know this car had been wrecked down the length of the drivers side? No... Tod then proceeds to tell me the paint job pattern was different from the drivers side to the passenger side (no it isnt) and therefore, the alignment would not be done since there had been a major impact causing the alignment to be out. I was however still responsible for the charge for the alignment of $95 but no adjustments made. The following day, Tod calls me telling me he had spoken with KIA and based on the information given, would need my car for a few more hours to take some more measurements to determine what was bent - mostly likely the strut or the frame. This would cost an additional $180 for his time of approximately 2 hours. I said I would get back with him. I then called another shop and scheduled an alignment for the following day since we wanted a second opinion prior to spending that much more money. The second shop spent 40 min correcting my alignment saying there were only minor adjustments needed. The printout showed all within specs and no issues noted for tire wear or indications the car had ever had an accident. I returned to Everything Auto to talk with Tod about a refund (new printout in hand) but he simply told me he was going to need my car for a few more hours to do the measurements over. When I relayed this to my husband, he called and asked to speak to the owner (Tod had answered the phone). Tods response was In regards to what? My husband simply repeated his question, not feeling it necessary to discuss with any one else. Tod repeated his question again of what the call was regarding. After a few more rounds of not giving my husband any information, Tod finally admits he is the owner. When my husband asked him why he didnt just say this in the first place, Tods answer was because he didnt know who he was and why he was calling. The call was heated but again Tod tells my husband he will not do anything until he has my car again. NO! They will never touch any car of mine! They were willing to let me go through the process of spending hundreds to then spend thousands for something simply fixed with an alignment!! Take your car any where but here!!Update! I reported this incident to the Better Business Bureau. They attempted to reach the owner for resolution for me. We regret to inform you that we have not received a response from the company despite repeated attempts to reach the business. This place is a joke!! Went in to get an oil change and was told they took in their last car at 5 oclock, but they are supposed to close at 6 oclock. I would not recommend using them it is obvious they cant tell time or read.

Have been to Everything auto several times now with my personal vehicle and I cant speak more highly of the service Ive recieved. I have a 2017 Porche Panmera that everyone warned me would be extremly expensive to service, which is very true, until I found Everything Auto that is :) Not only would I wait hours, if not days, for repairs when I would take it to Autobaun, but the price would average between $1500-$3000 per visit! now taking it to a dealership you just have to trust what they are saying and hope that what they are selling you the vehicle acutally needs. The vehicle is my daily driver so ive put a lot on it and expect to have invest money to keep it running properly, but I felt like i was getting taken adavantage of. Anything European Everything Auto can save you thousands!Lastly! there custom department did incredible job wrapping my car when I decided I wanted to black the entire thing out! I was quoted nearly $2200 more by two other wrap companies that were local!Cant thank you guys enough, keep up the hard work!

If theres less than one star I would give it to them, 2 times they missedup my vehicle, one time with me and they lost my oil tank cup and let me drive my car with out it and suddenly the smoke start to come out, the next time my wife went to chang the oil for a new car and after that the car start to lake the oil.Also the manager (the black guy) is so rude.

Ive had mixed experiences with these guys. But yesterday was my last. Went in to ask about an alignment. Was told there is a 2 wheel and 4 wheel alignment and my Honda Civic needed 4 wheel. The guy at the counter was so condescending about it, like I should know better. Im not a MECHANIC. Left because of his attitude (which I had experienced before). Went half a block down to the new shop and those guys couldnt have been nicer. Got the more expensive oil change just because of the way I was treated (English wasnt even his first language and he worked so hard to make me feel valued).

I have read a lot of these comment that people have left about everything auto, and they couldnt be more WRONG! I have personally been taking mine and my families cars to everything auto for the past 5 years and I couldnt recommend them more to anyone thats looking for a fair and honest shop. I understand that most of the time people only take the time to write a review if they have had a bad experience, but Im more then happy to take the time to write you a good review because they truly do deserve it! they have also saved me and my family thousands with there very low pricing. We just had them replace a radiator on one of our vehicles for $450. I called a few other places just to see how much i was saving there and it was astonishing. Hunter automotive wanted $788, and firestone wanted $862!!!!!! Robert and Tod have always taking great care of us and are extremely friendly :)Keep up the good work guys and thanks for being a reliable shop that we can count on!Erica

Im not sure if it was because I came on an early Saturday but the bald guy had the worst attitude. No smile, no greeting when I came in...nothing. I had to double back and ask for the price of my services and when I did he told me in the rudest way. Cheap oil change even cheaper customer service.

I went in for a oil change. 3 months later when its time to change my oil i decided to have my boyfriend change my oil this month. While he is trying to change it my boyfriend said that he couldnt do it because they stripped my oil pan screw. I went back for them to replace it. They refusef unless i payed for it or another oil change. Why in the hell would i want them to give me another oil change when they stripped mu screw. When i asked for managers named they decided to lift my car back up and take pictures of the stripped screw. For what reason?? This place has horrible customer service.

THEIR MECHANIC BOB WAS DRIVING IT ONTO A RACK AND HIT THE GAS AND BRAKE TOGETHER INSTEAD OF JUST HITTING THE BRAKE! THIS WAS DONE IN OCTOBER 2017 AND WERE STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO CALL US TO GET IT FIXED! I WOULD NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLE TO THEM EVER AGAIN!

This is place is a total rip. The manager Tod is a liar and does not keep his word. The communication well better said there was not any. I took my axles there after being told they can do it. And Tod the manager as he calls him self told me they would be done the next morning. I took the day off so I could fix my truck. It wasent tell noon that I had to call back for them to tell me they were just getting started on. Called back around 4 and went and talked to there lead mech. Such he told me that they didnt have the right tools but they would get the tool and have it for me by 6 pm. 5:50 came along no call no nothing. I called no answer. Then I did called the next day at work by TOD to tell me he did going to charge me more if I wanted it done there. After giving me a set price and giving me a time witch he fell too super short. They guy is an a hole and liar dont trust this guy. The guy couldnt even wait there to apologize for him dropping the ball. What a manager the guy needs to get fired. Find a new career or something. FYI just honest with ur customers TOD it will get you a hole lot further....

I even hate to give this place one star. My husband rented a Uhaul trailer from this place. After 5 hours of being on the road, we noticed the trailer was swerving really bad. The trailer came OFF the hitch and slammed into our brand new suburbans bumper and damaged it to the point of it needing to be replaced. The moron mechanic there cant even hook a trailer up to the hitch right. Thank you Tilden for damaging our new car AND trying to blame us because we touched the trailer.

Economical oil change, really helped my sister out

Very poor customer service! Workers ignore you and when they do speak to you they are rude. Tilden should remove all partnership with this business before they ruin Tildens reputation. I recommend going to Tildena Alta Mere location (5 stars!)

Horrible serviceI went in for an oil change and they didnt tightened the drain plug I had oil all over my garage and had to take another day off to go to Infiniti dearler next time i wont cheap out ill go to the dealer!!!!
