This place is GREAT! Good furniture for great prices, The guy who attended us was very friendly and helpful. Customer service is a PLUS! They also don’t ask for you to have a crazy good credit score, In fact we don’t even have credit and we only had to put down $400 for a couch. They are pretty flexible!If you have a decent job, You will be able to afford it without a problem. I will definitely be going back there for all my furniture needs 👍 Thank you Elegant Furniture!

Kirk was our salesman and he went above and beyond to get us the vanity and mirror at a great price. The owner Eddie gave us such a great deal, we purchased a chair and a painting as well. They were both with us from the beginning to it being loaded in my truck. While we waited they made sure we had snacks and drinks. We’ll be back, this is a great family owned business.

Wow, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service. A couch that we ordered was not in stock, we didnt find out until the day they were loading the delivery truck at the warehouse, but Eddie and son Billy moved heaven and earth to locate the piece. They express-shipped it from out of state at great expense to themselves.I dont recall the last time I was treated so well in a retail store. We dont buy furniture often, but when we do, thats where well shop.

Placed order at this place for two items paid for one and put some money down for second item. I was told the next week one item would be in come in a week later and item not in stock. I was told That he had to order from LA. So I asked for the money to be refunded and contact me soon as item come in I will come right to pick up same day. Remind you I waited prior to putting money down two weeks. Came back in to show consistency and interest in another item. Now when I received my money I was told soon as item come in I. Will call you. Now call and Im told item came in 3days later and it was given was to another customer. The owner and his Son of this business are amazing . They go above and beyond to help the customer in any way they can. It is a pleasant experience when you walk in.
