Great store so many things to look at

Not enough sales associates in the store. No one to help us find what we were looking for. Only one register open with a line at least 5 deep.

I just tried to purchase several pieces of fabric but could not get either one of the two associates at the fabric counter to acknowledge me. They felt it more necessary to engage In a conversation about a phone call from a customer in Presque Isle rather than wait on me and cut my fabric. They easily had a fifty dollar sale go out the window as I left in disbelief about their rudeness. I won’t be visiting this store again.

Store is well stocked. But I used to love their weekly coupon. Miss that.Staff was very helpful.

I go to all of the Hobby Lobbys in Maine. Its a great craft store. It has everything from fabric, jewelry, wood, flowers. Its a combination of Joanns and Michaels together.

I have never shopped at this craft store before, but went because I needed a replacement bulb for my sewing machine. I checked online and this was the only local store that carried them, as I was racing for time because they would be closing soon. I was able to get exactly what I needed with the help of two employees. Thanks again Hobby Lobby for saving the day.

Picked up 6 items from a shelf that was clearly marked as 50% off and when took the items up to the register to pay I was told they wouldnt honor the sale price advertised. There were several of the same item on the shelf under the sale sign. The guy was rude and completely unprofessional. I suggested that they not put those items under the sign if they are not on sale his response, I can do whatever I want!Wow. Last time I will shop here because of the terrible argumentative attitude.

My first time in this store and I absolutely love it! Though the prices on some things are way too expensive, they seem to have just about anything and everything you need for crafts. Its amazing!

The store was cool and clean on a hot summer day. The staff was friendly. I found what I was looking for, and saw much more I wanted!

One of the only fabric stores locally, making frequenting this chain store a necessary evil. If one can call visiting a store with clean aisles, a great variety and decent sales a ‘necessary evil’. Their only minimal fault is their tchotchkes are criminally overpriced- to the tune of $160 for a flimsy, factory-produced candle holder. And I’ve never forgotten the infamous $90 “Life, laugh, love” frame.(... but then maybe I just don’t get true art)

Hobby lobby is An excellent resource to help people find things they like and didnt maybe know. And the Picture frames are absolutely 💯. Actually waiting to pick up 2 from today.

I cannot get enough of this store! I love looking at all tbey have to offer. They always have some deals going on making their expensive orginal prices affordable. I do wish however that they were open on Sundays.

I love the stuff inside but a lot of the employees act like its a problem to help you when you ask a simple question. I bought an expensive piece of furniture and wasnt assisted with it and when I asked for help the cashier said he couldnt leave his register. I get that I mean if he was told not to, fine. Just a really unwelcoming environment. The lady at the first register when I walked in had her eyes on me the entire time I was searching for flowers. -_- not welcoming at all

Very nice store. Everyone had a mask on and only encountered one person who didnt respect social distancing. This was my first visit to the Waterville Maine location. I purchased crafting supplies to keep me busy this winter while we are in this stay at home to be safe pandemic.

I didnt care much for Hobby Lobby, in fact, I didnt see much in the way of hobby materials. All I saw was a ton of overpriced Chinese products that had nothing to do with any hobby.You can do better shopping at Michaels, Big Lots, or the Christmas Tree shop. Im giving one star as I just cant understand the hipe around this store.

Our cashier Cynthia took a year to ring every item, state its price, bag it, and then make an unnecessary comment. Literally from the time she started ringing us out to actually leaving was 21 minutes. Then she had the audacity to make not one but 2 condescending remarks about how long she was taking. Ive worked years of customer service, she does not belong in it.

They have something for everyone there. I have a hard time not spending money there. Absolutely love it there!

Great store but I absolutely hate how its closed on Sundays. Its maddening when youre trying to finish a project and the only local store that sells what you need, closes shop on Sunday. Nonsense.

Such a huge variety of things here!! From fake flowers, to yarn, to stuff for painting. Lots of wooden items and scrapbooking stuff. Stamps! Stickers! Wall hangings!! I could live in this store!!

I really like the items in Hobby Lobby, they have a neat array of items. However, some are a bit on the pricey side, to me. They tend to run low on certain products I buy for my hobbies.

Theres a lot here! The only downside and reason for 3 star is for all the speciality crafts and hobby products they have, each niche section has too small a selection of goods to purchase. Its a great starter store to get into different hobbies.

Would LOVE to rate zero star. Was in there for maybe an hour trying to get pricing, not one employee to be found. When I did find some one that looked at me and rushed (power walked) into the bathroom. Items labeled half off ON THE PRODUCT were not honored. Everything is way over priced. People I did talk to were extremely rude and impatient except for the blonde kid behind the register. Receipt said her name was Anna C. From waterville location. She deserves a raise for her customer service!
