Highly recommend Felicia in Waterville. The office is comfortable which is hard to find these days. Family atmosphere and nice people. Ive never had a hearing exam like the one I had here. Hearing loss runs in my family so I check it yearly. I had never had speech testing performed before. I didnt even know that was a thing. I feel more informed about hearing loss and how to keep preventing it. I will be back next year for sure. Thanks ladies!!

I am so grateful for Felicia and her team. I lost my hearing when I was 20 in my right ear and being a truck driver all my life it took a toll on my left ear. She made me feel so comfortable and recommended the hearing aide I have now had for 2 years. My wife and I cried when I could hear my grandson laughing from the other room for the first time. I will forever be so thankful for all she does!!!! They are so professional and extremely knowledgeable!!

My husband and I both have hearing aids. we have been to several other hearing aid places and we like the Beltone audio place on KMD in Waterville the best. they are always willing to answer our questions and are never pushy about trying to sell their products to us. they have things on display so we can check them out and inquire if we are interested. the equipment they use is very up to date, They dont try to tell you that you need hearing aids when you dont need them. they are very pleasant with a friendly atmosphere when you walk in the place is always clean and they followed the covid guidelines so we always felt safe when there. I would totally recommend them to anyone one especially if you are new to hearing loss. They were so good at patiently explaining everything they did for us. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great service, great knowledge with what they do, and very informative with the procedure, explaining everything step by step so that I understood everything. Service with a smile on thier faces. I would strongly recommend NEVER going to this office! Felicia was incredibly mean and vicious to me. She screamed at me so loudly and for so long that I was driven out of the building. All because I was having trouble with my equipment! She is a nightmare.

Felicia is awesome. I’ve been a Beltone customer for almost 20 years and I’ve worked with seven Beltone practitioners. Felicia is definitely the most professional and thoughtful of all of them. She listens to whatever minor complaint I have and helps me with whatever little tweak I need. It is a great pleasure to work with her. Also, Whitney is very helpful, and Tabatha is a delightful addition to the office.

I could have used hearing aids 10 years ago but was stubborn. I finally decided that I needed to bite the bullet and get some. I visited 3 different places with Beltone being the last one. What a great place. Lynn greeted me when I walked in. Very pleasant. After filling out the paperwork Felicia came out and introduced herself. We went back into her office and she proceeded to conduct a hearing test on me. Sure enough, just like the other two places, she told me that I was a good candidate for hearing aids. After talking for a little bit I decided to go home and think about it for a little while. After about 3 weeks of going back in and asking a ton of questions I decided to take them up on their offer of a free trial period. Im glad I did. What a difference. I even bought the TV remote that they offered. Unbelievable. No more turning the volume up to 25 so I can hear it. No more bulky headphones. Crisp clear sound. Best investment I ever made.
