Recently visited the new office. It is well designed and has a nice atmosphere. Staff were all very professional.

My husband was seen by Dr. Becca at Waterville Audiology. Dr. Becca and the whole staff at Waterville Audiology were awesome! They explained everything clearly. The worked through any questions we had even questions about our insurance coverage. Such an inviting atmosphere and they go out of their way to help you feel comfortable while you’re there. I highly recommend this team of professional, caring & compassionate providers.

Drove about an hour just to get to the office, for our daughter who is only 22 months old. Upon entering they stated that we needed $150 for the discount price. Stated that we did not have $150 today, and was not informed ahead of time. Since we didnt have the $150 they refused to see our daughter, after waiting months just to be able to get in.

Been to many audiologists in the past. She is absolutely the best. Her knowledge and experience will help you on your way to better hearing for sure.

The audiologist working here is a sweet, older woman who makes sure to make you feel as comfortable as possible. She is very informative, and truly wants the best for you.
