Staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, helped me find what I need quick and fast with minimal effort. She is an absolute treat to deal with and I’m thankful for the time she took to help me.

Busy store with only one employee running the place. Shafiya multitasked to help as many customers as possible and never lost her calm. My phone was stolen and to track it, we had to be creative about working around apple’s two-step authentication. She activated a new SIM card and used her own phone to get me into my apple account. Shafiya is a great problem solver and I’m not disappointed in the Waverly Verizon store!

We had a few glitches when transferring over a phone and our representative at the Waverly store was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Wonderful service! Scott, and the rest of the staff, did a great job of helping me trade my phone in for a new iPhone. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all and any questions I had. I traded in an android (for personal preference only) in which Scott did a lot, of not all of the tedious transfer work. That was very much appreciated. Their service after the sale and willingness to help me over the phone has been appreciated as well. Great location! Highly recommended!

I rarely post reviews, but this store lied to my husband and I. They promised us a buy one phone get one free offer when my husband went to get a new phone. Not only did they not deliver on the deal one year later, but they also didn’t fulfill their promise of a new screen protector if the one they sold us broke. I had to change my phone number, an extremely tedious task to get this deal and then we’ve found out the deal was nothing more than a lie to sell more phones. We’ve called their Corporate office and have not received a call back. Bemobile, specially their Waverly location nothing more than a scam operation.

I think everyone was very accommodating and very helpfull. Always smiling and great motivated atmosphere. 5 thumbs up.

My wife and I were completely lied to by this store. I went in to get a new phone, and was told that we could get $700 off our next phone, so since my wife needed a new a phone as well we got her a her one with what we believed was a discount. A year later we have yet to receive the discount and were lied to about being promised a warranty and free screen protectors. My wife had to go through and change her number too because she got a new phone. We’ve called Verizon and we were told we were lied to. I’ve tried calling the store’s corporate office with no success or callback. These people are con artists and liars.

This trip to Verizon was by far the best more pleasant trip to a phone store EVER! The girls were so helpful and nice!

Manager was super rude and did not even bother putting a effort in trying to fix the problem. I will never ever recommend verizon again. Anyways called the Waterloo store, and they are Corporate and wave a lot of fees and charges. Waverly is a retailer and can not. I would highly suggest going to the one in Waterloo, and not waste your time. Managers name in Waverly was Megan

Low staff on a sat. And doesnt even greet or say high to customers very slow worker no sense of urgency

I get it, sometimes you have to wait because of other customers.. but another customer and myself waited over 20 minutes for Megan to get off of her phone

Went to the store a little bit ago, after the manager Megan was very rude to another custom, she took a 25 minute phone break before even acknowledging my presence.

So they keep giving my wife and I false information about adding her line to my plan. It is wildly irritating. Originally they told us everything would be done two weeks ago.
