Thanks for making me pay for a venti when you most likely gave me a Tall with a bunch of ice. Really upset right now. This was not worth $7. I haven’t even taken a sip and this is what I was given… seriously? But for the sake of the line, I didn’t bother saying anything.

Unfortunately, I really wanted to love this place, but there is always an issue when I go here. I just moved to the Wax and I have only been to this particular Starbucks a few times. The line is always wrapped around the building, its ok though I am willing to wait. Every time I order the exact same thing, but somehow the prices are always different. First time it was 4.56, second time it was 3.54. I just would recommend better service here.

Expect to wait for your drink. I walked in and ordered food and a misto. The food came fairly quickly, but I waited a bit longer for the drink. They were busy making mobile orders. My drink also was not full. Staff was friendly.

This is the BEST Starbucks. The employees have the best attitude. Even with angry customers before they get their coffee. It’s just hard to find a place that still has great customer service! Good job guys!

The employees are more interested in their phones to help people. And there prices are to high. I left and went to Racetrack and had a better cup of coffee there.

I genuinely do not know what happened to this place. A couple years back they were so good about getting my order and I could get through the drive-through within minutes. Now it takes forever to wait in the car line and they are always out of everything it seems like. No matter what it is I order all I hear is “oh sorry we’re out of that.” It is so incredibly frustrating!!

I dont even know whay they take orders at the register, they pull the app orders first. I waited 15 min and still no coffee but all the app order sure were flying off the shelf. Long store short I got my money back and left. How about a bigger building with more staff?!?!? I wont be back sad thing is I work in the same parking lot!

On this day they was short staff by one and crowded. I picked the wrong morning to go. Previous visit was fast and less busy. Be patient and courteous.

How am I the only person in line, order two drinks, specify twice that one of them should be Oatmilk and STILL get regular milk for both drinks? I go to Starbucks maybe a few times a month and this isnt the first time my drink has been messed up. Ill grant you, 80% of the time, they do a great job, but today was just unacceptable. Mistakes like forgetting to make something non dairy is ridiculous when theyre not even remotely busy. I paid for something I cant drink.

I Got to the drive thru at 8:20…. There was a car In front of me that had been waiting for a while I thought maybe he just had a long order, waited and waited in silence till about 8:30 when he pulled up to the window, I followed after thinking their radio wasn’t working. To only see that there were 10 workers who were plain out ignoring the customers. Doors were locked and employees wouldn’t even look up with cars honking to try to get their attention. I understand that kids might want to close early on a Friday night; but at-least have the courtesy of answering or acknowledging the customers. Mind you, the website says they close at 9…. They stopped taking orders and locked the doors by 8:20

Couple of yrs back, they Sadly werent Trained properly as my 5 Dollars and something hot bev. was either never Mixed or the requested syrup was never Added .. it was like drinking ..maybe gasoline or...kerosene-Lol???... I Chunked it in there outside bin and Left :( I went there a few months later and friendly experience, In the drive Thru Yes ha and good cake pops and the fella Pleased me with a Perfect white choc mocha:)

Seems to always be out of ingredients. Dont waste your time here. Go to Fresh coffee shop. Great customer service, always have what you need, and you dont wait around forever.

Just received an awful drink that I consistently order around the Nation (I travel for work) from the DeSoto off 35 location. I mean not drinkable, disgusting and a color I’ve never seen before. So I went to the nearest Starbucks that was convenient for my drive, held my nasty drink up to make sure it wasn’t that color and to make up for my terrible experience, she offered my newly made drink at no charge. Talk about amazing!! Thank you Waxahachie Starbucks!!! 💚☕️

Never have Nitro cold brew, but if I order it on the app and it says they do have it in stock, they just sub it with regular cold brew and dont say anything. Wait is horrendous, and everyone in there looked stressed and overworked. With all the new locally-owned coffee places popping up, why bother? (Three Rivers is faster than the rest)

The people here are so nice, they make me feel comfortable & very welcoming each time.

I like Starbucks because their drinks are great but a little costly. Their crew is polite and well trained. The drive thru line was not speedy but it was early when I went. I understand u still trying to get a nod on. But overall I enjoyed the visit.

I don’t usually drink coffee and now I realize I don’t have time for it, I will never come back to a Starbucks with a line. It took over 20 mins to get served a drink. Where are the automated ordering systems, why is there only a small work area with 2 people making drinks.. why hasn’t a smarter coffe shop popped up yet, this is run by idiots!

Worst service, not the first time. The quality of Cheese and fruit protein box was poor quality. When I brought it to the attention of the barista she said, well, its not that bad, do you want it or not? When I asked, would you eat it?, she said she didnt know. Shift manager Shay came over and asked me how paid, I paid with cash. She said they could not refund my money and gave me a gift card.

This place needs a bigger place. The drive thru line is so long cant get passed thru the other side to get to gas station. 😡

Went in 20 minutes before closing and they were out of my green tea so I ordered this delicious passion tea and they comped it to me. What a sweet young lady It really made my day

The only downside, is the wait we have been here a few times the wait is over 10 min up to 20 min on a Sunday. They need to make another drive thru store since the target locations cant use your phone app for points or to pay.

They ran out of the brown sugar pump :( while I was sad, the batista handled it like a champ. She was so sweet and tried to make it up to me. I ended up getting my usual and as always its delightful.

I ordered from my app as I’ve done many, many times before, and I expected a long line. But today the line was incredibly long, all the way to the end of the WalMart parking lot. After waiting a while to see how fast the line would move, I decided to leave the drive through line and just pick up my food from the counter (as the app says I can do) but on the door was a sign that said “drive through only”. So I lost my place in the drive through line and then had to get back in line at the end Maybe I should have expected a long line, but they could have at least made it clear on the app that it’s drive through only. Besides, other fast food places have found ways to make the drive through faster and more efficient. I tried to cancel but they give you no option. I sure wish I’d waited to order after I got to the store. I waited as long as I could and then had to leave the line, wasting $18. I used to love going to Starbucks. Just not worth the wait anymore.

Very nice employees. Made sure I liked my drink (I get extra Mocha syrup in my Java Chip Frap) before driving away, just in case (they said they would make me another if I didnt like it.) Very kind. Also, as we stopped during a road trip and they have a nice little patch of grass in the parking lot that we all were able to get out at and stretch our legs and drink our caffeine.

Wish they had a longer drive through class try and come out of Walmart and they’re blocking the road

I like Starbucks and every one in store was very polite; however, the wait for drive thru pick up was insane. Waited to pick up drinks for good twenty five (25) minutes. Definitely will look to order at another location.

It takes 30 min to get through their drive thru. And when I got to the window the order was not in!The drinks and food are great.I’ll update if things improve with the drive thru wait times.

Ordered to go pick up in store but upon arrival was told to wait in the drive thru. Couldn’t get a refund. Couldn’t call and get help. This is the order receipt. The drive thru line isn’t moving and there’s at least 10 cars waiting. Slowest service ever. Get your availability right Starbucks.UPDATE:They’ve improved. If you go within 30 min of opening or closing time then the wait isn’t too bad. They opened the doors so you can go in and pick up your coffees. Depending on the day -you could go in and sit down. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are just a couple of ladies that have a bite. No worries. People that haven’t had their coffee yet tend to bite back 😉

When they are open they are great, they have chosen to be closed this whole week of the storm. Mon-wednesday I can understand, but Thursday on is unacceptable. Every other business around them has been open, they have not lost power or water. For a customer that gets starbucks every day this is extremely disappointing.

9:30 am and there’s no cold brew. I consistently have a bad experience at just this specific location with promotional items being unavailable and/or whatever it is I’m trying to get. I love giving great reviews when it is deserved but I can honestly say it’s 10/10 times I’m disappointed when going going here.

I normally have really good visits at Starbucks. I know that their policy is to make the customer happy. So if a drink isnt the right color, look, taste, or whatever, they are supposed to replace or fix it. Not this place. They wanted to argue with me about the foam on top when I stated, I want more of the actual drink in my cup. I ordered 2 to make sure I got enough to drink and half the cup on each were foam. It wasnt fixed. Wont go back to this one.

Went in there, got a drink which came out surprisingly fast, I ordered a scone as well and they completely forgot about it until I asked. Saw 3 employees wearing their masks down to their chin and I do the same job and mine up above my nose for 8 hours a day. Terrible service.

Its Starbucks, you know what to expect with their coffees and snacks. This location had everything in stock, which was good. The service though, was very slow, took forever just for 3 cars to get through the drive through window, If they can speed things up theyll be fine.

Cannot complain about the employees and how they treat their customers. Always super friendly!I will say though that I have never been here and not had to wait at least 20 mins to receive my order. Today they had the inside shut down so my wait in drive thru was pretty long.Also, the young man who helped me at the speaker repeated my order back correctly, but once I got to the window I was missing an item on my ticket so had to wait even longer to get that item made and rang up/ paid for.And on top of that, once I had drove off, I take my breakfast sandwich out of the bag and it is not what I ordered :(Definitely could use some improvement, but I will continue to be a customer. All I can do is hope for better service next time!

Its the worst drive thru Ive ever seen on any Starbucks (besides the one in Addison) Google map it & see it. And it has an awful location inside of a Walmart parking lot. Smh.

Came here on 12/23 and ordered via the app for inside pickup. I always order for inside pickup because the drive thru at this particular location is terribly designed.This location is in a Wal-Mart parking lot. When it was opened back around 2006 it was ok since there wasnt as much traffic coming through here. Fast forward to 2020 and this location just simply cannot keep up with the heavy traffic. The line at the speaker only fits at most two cars behind it. The rest of the cars have to position themselves in the Wal-Mart parking lot where lots of traffic is constantly coming through.My visit on 12/23 was the worst I have had here so far. The 3 stars is only because Im giving them credit for the great customer service I have received on other visits here. Ordering on the mobile app is usually painless and a breeze. On this particular day it was not. When I was walking up to the door there were about 3 people standing outside waiting. I asked one lady what she was waiting for and she said they shut down the inside that you have to pickup your mobile order in the drive thru. Mind you, the drive thru line is about 10 cars deep. On less busy days when there are about 5 cars waiting you can expect to be in the line for 20+ minutes. I asked the gentleman at the door if I could cancel my order and he asked for my name and I told him. He didnt cancel my order though.A simple tip Im going to leave for the business: dont offer mobile order pickup if you cant keep up with all of the orders coming in. Hire more people to keep the drive thru line down and please be consistent. Ive been to multiple other Starbucks locations and never seen them have to randomly close the inside before.Bottom line is Waxahachie needs more than this Starbucks location. The location inside of Target is more convenient than this one and they dont even have a drive thru.

I dont go to this Starbucks location very often but everytime I do they never get my order right and I have to wait way more time than necessary for my order.My visit yesterday with my husband we ordered a Frapachino and a drip with two lemon loaf cakes and a pumpkin scone. The frap was ready first and was suppose to have mocha drizzle which it didnt so I made them correct (the label on the drink was correct) then we waited 5 more minutes before having to ask for the drip which should have been given to us as soon as we paid for our order. Then we had to ask for our baked goods which they also screwed up giving us two pumpkins scones instead of one and only one lemon loaf cake instead of two, although the labels were right on the paper containers, someone obviously cant read. There was no shortage of staff, 6 employees behind the counter and we were the only customers inside the store! I guess 5 employees were working the drive through. Both napkin containers were empty and there were no brown sugar packets out and only 3 regular sugar packets, no whole milk or 2% milk was out for the coffee and why are all the straws at the mobile order counter and none are on the sugar bar? Each time I say I am never going back to this location but after waiting 6 months or more I give them the benefit of doubt and try them again only to be disappointed time after time. No more I wont go here again. The manager of this location needs to get a grip on their staff and turn this location around, if they were a Dallas store they would have already been shut down. The Waxahachie Target location, just up the street, is better, although a slight inconvenience.

Drinks werent mixed. They were leaking. Had to ask for napkins and straws. They young man at the window says, sorry bro Not at all what I expect from Starbucks.

Typical Starbucks. Staff is friendly and have had very little issues. Only complaints is they do sometimes seem to randomly close and considering I order the same drink most of the time, it always feels like its made a little different, which for Starbucks I would think it would be a bit more consistent on the drink ingredient ratios.This location does get busy, so keep that in mind and dont be afraid to mobile order ahead of time to avoid waiting in a long drive thru.

Super nice people but extremely slow. I placed an order online at 7:50 a.m. for a pink drink and a sandwich. It was not ready until 8:36. This happens every time.

This location is nice and clean. Sarah checked me out today and for the first time at any Starbucks I was asked how to spell my name! Lol she even suggested a drink which I absolutely LOVE!!! Thanks so much Sarah for being awesome!

Bad service that’s all I can say…

This place seems to be busy often, especially in the mornings. That doesnt seem to bother people. The coffee is good, but, as usual, way overpriced. I am glad for the free Wi-Fi a d ability to sit and chat with friends. But for free Wi-Fi, you can also go across the street to Taco Cabana and enjoy more filling food.

The only thing that I can dock points on here is that the drive through is not very well designed. Not the fault of the staff, they are great.

Worst ran starbucks in the metroplex! Spent 45 mins waiting on a grande nitro! 16 people waiting in line. All kids with apparently no training and no supervision! Couldnt use the register, make change or get drinks right. Come on starbucks you cant charge $5 a cup with this kind of service!

I came to this Starbucks while visiting family here.I ordered 5 drinks and all drinks came out in a very prompt time.The Customer service was great and they even honored my bday drink a day after.The drinks all tasted good and everyone was satisfied.Store in clean and restroom in check.

Starbucks can be found everywhere nowadays, but if youve visited many then you know not all are created equal. This one is super clean and spacious. The outdoor seating is a nice, welcoming touch. My Americano with extra heavy cream was made fast, and more importantly, made correctly. Definitely one of the best Starbucks locations in my book so far.

Store hours have changed - website says 5amSign on store door says 10am!30 min out of my way to get coffee and NONE :(

The absolute worst Star bucks I have ever been too. Not clean at all. None of the employees care about you. And it took me 30 minutes to get one drink while people who were there after me left before me. Would highly not recommend stopping by. I will say that the lady who took my order was nice. Everyone else was not.
