DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES!!! Made a order for two toasted gluten free bagels, cashier says, two plain bagels. I correct her and say two gluten free bagels, she says, okay. I check when Im at the car, bite one and can tell its a plain bagel. Go in, she tells me I definitely said plain. She says gluten free costs more, so either wants me to pay full price to replace her mistake or upcharge me because she gave me a bagel Im allergic to.

They screw up orders all the time. Maybe read the order back as you hand it over? Write details on the paper and foil with a marker? I asked for Taylor ham egg and cheese on a plain bagel and you gave me poppy seed bagel with cheese.You have a prime location, but I have to go elsewhere my order is wrong 50% of the time.

I have been a customer for years and all of a sudden, no one can read an order! You text something in as clear as can be and expect to receive it but when it comes…there is always a mistake. The food itself is good but my last 4 orders in a row have all been incorrect.

This is the most poorly run bagel place I have ever seen and we are famous for our bagels in NJ. They rarely to ever get your order correct. Their bagels are not very good either. They can’t even figure out how to have a proper line when it comes to ordering. Please go to manhattan bagel, sunrise bagel. I wish Sam’s was still around. I honestly should never give this place a dime ever again but it’s located across the street from my house.

I love this bagel shop! Super delicious food and super nice, friendly staff. They have many types of foods beyond bagels; cupcakes, salads, sandwiches, you name it! A great small, local business - should be supported more! 10/10, highly recommend. The woman at the cashier is especially nice, as I was short a quarter and she told me not to worry about it and to have a great day. More businesses should have this level of customer service and food.

Worst place cant make scrambled eggs dont have any idea how to make them, extremely disrespectful woman behind the counter, told me Hunny these are scrambled eggs no hunny they definitely are not. Never going back there ever again.

Just got home with my order and very disappointed. I ordered four bagels and stated specifically I wanted toasted. Come home and none of the bagels are toasted. It was disappoint for all. Not what I would want if I am paying for it. Please next time don’t do it to anyone else.

Sin says store closes at 2pm. It was 1:30, I was told the grill is closed. 2 people came in after me and was told the same thing. I asked the young man why they closed early, He said “the ladies closed the grill “. I will not be coming back to this store

You only get one chance to make a great first impression.....so true! I work in the area, looking for a new coffee and bagel place....a young blond girl took my order @ 7:30 am ...a bagel (plain) which was $1 and a small coffee which is $1.80...total of $2.80....she charges me $3.80? I explain that 1.80+1.00=$2.80.....she looked through me like a politician....I tried to explain that my change was incorrect but she would not give an inch! I said since you changed me for a buttered bagel, please butter my bagel....I got the rolling of the eyes......the other guy behind the counter buttered the bagel for me and tried to save face....oh, by the way...the coffee was cold.....needless to say, I will not be returning here...a shame because its a convenient location. Oh well......

I have been going to this place for years and have seen it under different ownership. This current owner is so great at really perfecting systems to make food ready quick and simple. There is great customer service amongst the employees I have seen. Great place with delicious bagels.

Last sunday ordered a taylor ham and egg on a bagel and half way trough I found a long hair, trying to support local business on these tough timesand all the things we have to worry about this days with the virus and this happens, inexcusable

The breakfast sandwiches used to be better under the previous owners, which seems to change a few times over the years. But its not a bad breakfast on-the-go spot.

New owners over charge. If it happened once or twice it would be an accident. But it has happened to my mother twice, my son, and to me. They also charge a 4% credit card fee. The flat bagels are double the price. When we questioned it. We were asked what the previous owner charged. Since we said the price was double that would mean the former owner charged half of what they do. Ordered four bagels today. Were charged for six. Said something. They gave back the difference. Third time. Three Strikes, they’re out. They’ve seen the last of our family. Today was the last straw.They are located across from WV High School and I’m sure will take advantage of the students. Save your money in the morning, kids, and go to Neil’s instead in the afternoon.

Pretty good bagels spot. The texture of the bagels is very good, but theyre not booming with flavor. The service isnt rude but theyre also not particularly friendly.

Simply THE WORST customer service!!! I gave them many chances but they just dont care about their customer relations at all! The latest experience today I ordered my bagels which I saw in the bin. I waited 10 minutes to find out they dont have 2 out of the 3 bagels I ordered and saw in the bin. They waited to tell me after my 1 bagel was done ( yes 10 minutes for a bagel with CC) . I think they were recently under new management but they still cant run a business yet.

Literally asked for taylor ham and egg on a plain bagel, NO CHEESE because I’m allergic and they still managed to put cheese on the bagel. The place was dead and for them to make a mistake like this when i specified this, it is ignorant and could of caused me an allergic reaction. They lost my business.

I come everyday to get bagels here and it’s simple. A plain bagel with butter. I ordered 2 plan bagel with butter (one for later) and they burnt them. Never asked for them toasted because the staff there cannot handle more than 3 people at a time. Sadly I think it’s time to find a new bagel place they have gone down hill

I’ve grown up with this place and I know it’s changed management over and over. I’ve given them chances over and over as well, but customer service is absolutely horrible. I order the same thing at least 4 times a week and they still cannot get a sandwich right!! I do not know what happen with this place but so disappointing. There is one girl who is absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service, she doesn’t care at all...I do not know how people have not complained!! The gentleman who is the shift manager when he is there, is the absolute best!!! Wish they were all like him!!!

This place always gets our order right amd the people have always been nice to us. I use to go to the bagel store by shop rite and just couldnt any more so I came here and it is the same distance from our home and the food is better and the people are nicer and they get our order right!

They dont answer the phone and they run out of everything bagels.

I eat there every Saturday morning, I would recommend it to everyone and often do.

It literally says no ketchup on the receipt (No SPK) and this sandwich is drenched in ketchup...Update December 2019: the text order system didn’t work and they still messed up my order in person. Tough to win here to say the least.

I called the store to order a bagel on my lunch break and it took 4 tries for them to answer. The woman on the phone rushed me and told me they had no sandwiches when I asked about specialties so I ordered a bagel. Immediately after she hung up without asking my name or giving me the total. I get there and it isnt busy and they have plenty of specials. The lady then rudely rings me up.Bagel wasnt even good. Wont be going back.

Theres an older Mexican manager Sirita, whose so unprofessional and unsanitary with the handling of food and customers I would strongly advise people to stay away. She makes sandwiches without out gloves and doesnt wash dish wear. On more than one occasion Ive seen her drop a sandwich on the floor and still put it in for delivery. The floor in the place where the employes work is absolutely disgusting. A few days later I was diagnosed with food poisoning n it took awhile to recover. They should have a sign outside that says EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Good bagels and breakfast sandwiches.

I ordered a 1egg veggie omlette with home fries..it was no omlette. It was scrambled egg formed into some sort of burrito which housed the veggies. Adding insult to injury were the raw potatoes that came with the order. Never again.
