I recently leased a Santa Fe. Daniel was front and center as soon as I pulled up in the lot. He got me in a car to test-drive. He knew how to read the room and could tell what features I really wanted and needed.Furthermore, he was the most dedicated sales person I have dealt with. He sincerely wanted to help me and negotiated multiple times to get me to a down-payment and monthly payment that worked for me.He even drove my new car to my home for me.Daniel was most definitely attentive and dedicated and made this a pleasant experience.

Great place to buy from. My son and I went into purchase cars and within 4 hours we were sitting behind new cars driving off of the lot.!!! This was the second time I bought a car from them. I used the same sale person Angel and he was great. Everything went smoothly. Atmosphere is great and the people are friendly.

One of the best car buying experience I have had so far. I traveled all the way from Philadelphia because they were the only dealer in the 100 mile radius who were able to provide the best deal on the new 2021 Hyundai Palisade. My time was well worth it! The entire staff, specifically Allison, JR and Abe, was courteous, respectful and honored the deal that we agreed upon before I made my trip from Philadelphia.

I picked up a lease I got via Robo. Chuck, my salesman, was professional and knowledgeable, and so were the rest of the staff. I normally don’t write reviews but this dealership was beyond amazing so I have to share my thoughts! I have been to other dealerships where you can tell they didn’t care about their customers best interest and just wanted to make sales. However Wayne Hyundai is far from that! As soon as I walked into this dealership, I felt welcomed by the whole team. After meeting Moe, the sales manager, he placed me with a sales associate who helped me through the process. I was a rough customer because I’m very picky and I’m also on a budget! However this entire team was very helpful. They took the time to show me multiple different cars within my price point and made me knowledgeable about every products/services they offered. My husband and I went into this Hyundai a month ago with a 2010 Chrysler Town & Country that we owed $3,000+ on and thanks to our salesman, JR, we walked out with a 2021 Hyundai Venue and my old loan paid off. I had one of the extremely disappointing experience from Wayne Hyundai recently.I wish there was an option for a zero or negative star, since this incident deserves that.After just getting a oil change and coolant system flush, the car would get a warning and loose power. When I brought it back to the shop, they worked on it but the issue did not go away. The car broke down on way to my home from the shop when the valet was delivering it to me. I had to return it immediately.I had some important appointments the next day and even they had loaner cars, they were hording on it and telling me that they do not have one. By mid-day they got me the loaner and ordered some parts etc. to fix the actual problem.Clearly, something went wrong while they work on the care and they do not have a clue about how to treat and take care of their customers.Except for Michelle in the front, she did best what she can do to process my needs however she was limited to what she can do due to their management policies.Mike and Danny in the yard / valet are great, these folks know how to take care of the customer and they are the only reason if I ever return to this place.

Horrible Sales Manager, no one budges on prices, and honestly they could care less if you walk out or stay. Was completely ignored trying to get full DOLLAR price on a few cars because they cant play their games with payments that way adding all kinds of ridiculous fees and charges into payments adding up to thousands in their pockets.

Wayne Hyundai had an exceptionally poor attitude and quality of service. Our salesperson had no knowledge of the car we were looking at; he even asked me if I knew how to do various tasks such as setup the infotainment screen and the instrument cluster. While we were there, there was another customer interested in the car. Suddenly it was a race against the clock as to who would accept the offer first. They raised the price up by $500 from their initial offer but we took to prevent losing the car. The other couple was obviously upset that they lost the car and Wayne Hyundai used this as an opportunity to coerce us into giving them positive reviews. Until this point, we were essentially nobody and once we accepted the offer, everybody tried to become buddy-buddy with us saying that those guys were going to give them a bad review and they were counting on us to counter it with a positive review.We waited about 2.5 additional hours to get the car through the financing manager while the car was being detailed. We were informed that the car didn’t come with a second key, so he would throw in a key warranty package to cut a new key and we would have to go to service to pick it up. The salesperson also had no idea if the car was CPO’ed or not phrased it as “the CPO warranty is an additional fee”. Because of this, the finance manager made us purchase the 3rd party warranty under the guise that this was the “additional fee” that made this car a Certified Pre-Owned. Included in my deal jacket was a legal “WE OWE” document stating that they owe us a CPO and to go to service.I went to service and nobody had any idea what the “WE OWE – CPO” meant. They thought It was a regular inspection. After fumbling around for an hour, they finally deemed that the car was already CPO’ed and that the “WE OWE” document meant nothing. Alright fine – then comes the second key fiasco. As promised by the dealership, I was to be provided a second key for the car. I kept getting punted around between the sales team, service advisor, and the parts department because nobody knew what to do. It was the responsibility of the sales department to issue the order and to authorize the billing of the second key, but they never did. I had followed up with them every week for the better part of almost three months before getting informed that they finally ordered the new key.Also, the car was detailed extremely poorly (the glue from the window stickers was untouched) and the car only had half a tank in it. When I asked about the full tank of gas, they said that it was company policy that they didn’t fill up used/CPO cars. To me, it seemed like they were just lazy and didn’t want to do it because it was the end of the day.Overall, extremely poor attitude, leadership, knowledge, and responsibility amongst a laundry list of other things. I would NOT recommend this dealership in any capacity and this was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had!

I called Wayne Hyundai (because my husband had had good experiences with Wayne Mazda) to buy a car. I wanted to buy it before the manufacturers incentives expired on Jan. 4. I couldnt get a straight answer on the price. I said I would pay cash or finance depending on which got me the better deal. I was told that the car was around $400/month. I said I needed to know the price of the car, the discounts, and the dealer charges before I could make a decision. It took several days for them to get back to me. In all fairness, they said they would honor the price despite the fact that they missed the Jan. 4 deadline. However, they tacked on $400 for etching the VIN number on the window (My insurance company said that would save me $1/month). The sales manager lied to me and told me the window had already been etched. In fact, they had not yet picked up the car. They also charge a lot for documentation fees. In the meantime, I had located the car I wanted at Circle Hyundai (who were fabulous to deal with, by the way) and made a deal with them. Believe it or not, Wayne contacted Circle to try to get the car so I couldnt but it from them! Fortunately, the keys were placed in safe place so that couldnt happen. Buyers beware! Even though I missed $500 in manufacturers discounts with Circle, I still paid less than I was quoted at Wayne.

You will not find another service facility better than this one. Very thorough and considerate of our needs for a timely repair. We look forward to a continued positive experience and will definitely be servicing both of our Hyundais here in the future.

Hope I had a positive experience like others, but unfortunately that wasnt the case with me. I was kept in the dark to negotiate the cost. Lacked in professionalism and transparency. A quantity driven approach then quality, not customer focused. Although I love the new Hyundai car, I will think twice in future before I go to this stealership.

Really happy with our experience at Wayne Hyundai. They replaced our drivers side window after it was clipped clean off while backing into the garage. You cant even tell any work was done--fantastic. Also the repair was done much more quickly than we expected. Will go back to them for sure.

I had a little anxiety about buying a new car. I was afraid of getting screwed and paying more than I had to. But as soon as I met Abe aldweik at Hyundai wayne, that all changed. UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEWWhile I initially gave a five star review (which I did not delete below because I did have an initial wonderful experience) I apparently needed to come and update my current experience as I am a bit disappointed. There was an error with what I was charged and as soon as I realized it I spoke with Benny who assured me that they would be issuing me a refund but that it would take 30 business days to receive. He also emailed me the information as well so I had a record of it. I trusted that what he said was true and patiently waited for my refund. Last week I realized that it was well past the 30 days. I tried to email Benny and Harold, the manager but assume Benny is no longer there as his email was returned undeliverable. I waited a day or so and then emailed Harold again asking about an update to the check I was waiting on as I wanted to make sure it was not lost or stolen in the mail. A few days later I emailed for the third time with still no response almost a week later. I would assume at this point they are avoiding me and didnt actually process the refund that I was told I would be getting so I figured perhaps someone would respond to this update since it apparently has over 1,000 views.Original review -For the past few months I have been looking for a new car as my lease was up in May. As someone who has owned Hyundais for over 22 years, this would be my 5th. I had a Santa Fe and was considering the Palisade as I still needed the 3rd row. I had heard so many stories about how hard they were to get and how dealerships were significantly increasing the price due to the demand. I looked at almost every other car with a 3rd row but nothing compared to the Palisade. I was dealing with a different dealership initially but they did not have the car I wanted and found it at Wayne. It was a bit of a distance for me but they had exactly what I wanted and they offered the opportunity to reserve the car online so I didnt waste my time driving there. The next morning I got a call that the car was still available and went immediately. Since I had taken care of almost everything the night before, the process was easy. They honored the deal that was posted online and they didnt try to hide or change anything. I have had awful experiences in the past with other dealerships not totally honoring the price I was quoted online and adding in extra costs. Harold stood by the price and never tried to manipulate anything. Zack was a great salesman to deal with as well! Benny was awesome and made the financing and signing all the paperwork part easy. This was the best dealership I ever worked with and will recommend them to anyone looking for a Hyundai. I dont care if I have to drive 45 minutes, I will never go to another dealership again! Thank you for being an honest dealership!

In general it was a pleasant experience. The salesman and manager were very nice and worked with us price wise, but the entire process way too long. You really never know if youre getting a good price but I dont like the hidden fees like window etching $400 and some kind of paint protection $400. They make you take these options whether you want them or not and thats not fair. In addition, their document fees were extremely expensive ($700). Plus I didnt like the fact that I found several mistakes in the mock up of the pricing.That being said I would recommend this dealership without hesitation. They want to sell you a vehicle but did not pressure us into buying.

Im surpised that a customer who is ready to buy and with great credit woould get treated that way.Youre better off going to City World or Paramus Hyundai. At least theyll try to help you and actually seem like they want to close a sale. Oh, and the second I hung up with Allison I started getting spam texts even after asking her to remove my number from their list. Figures.

Even though it wasnt the perfect experience, they went out of their way to make things right. I brought in my car for service because of an oil leak. It had taken a little longer than expected, but since this was a new model year, there were some unexpected snags.In the end, my 2022 Hyundai Tucson was fixed properly and I havent had any issues since.

I went to Wayne Hyundai looking for a car for my mom that we saw online. We met with Ralph and he showed us the vehicle. My mom instantly felt comfortable with him (he spoke Italian and so do we). He was super nice and helpful and the dealership was so clean. When we went to pick up the car they had it cleaned and it was spotless. The whole experience was great. I would definitely recommend Wayne Hyundai if you are looking for a car. And we would definitely return if we are ever in need of a new vehicle.

Few places that charge 399$ for etching that I didnt even ask for and another 399 appearance plus package with NEW car they sell, then they would take off those fees making it looking like its a better deal. Dont fall for it like I did. Print your true car price on the web and walk out with that price, nothing more or go to another dealership
