This place sold me a lemon. Told me it was a one owner vehicle turns out there were 5 other owners. Had me get the warranty, thankfully I did because I maxed it out plus almost 5k out of my pocket. They sent me to their shop to have work done, the guy charged me to have both cv axles replaced and only changed one. I found out when my mechanic told me I needed a new one ( I have the one they pulled out). I pretty much had the whole drivetrain replaced. They were always shady about the warranty process when I would call them. I only had the vehicle for 6 months. It was in the shop more than I got to drive it. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Honest review. If youre buying from any used car lot. Youre probably like me. Your credit rating isnt so great. You cant expect getting a vehicle without a few problems or having high mileage. Kal made the buying experience easy and comfortable. I only wish Kal would have pointed out a few of the problems Im seeing now. Such as the seems splitting on the door panel, the passenger window regulator being broken, and only one half working key fob. Perhaps I should have done my due diligence in inspection of the vehicle. The best advice I can give. Bring a mechanic and look the vehicle over carefully. After changing my original 5 star review. Kal has reached out to me, wanting to fix the problems Ive come across with my vehicle. I really appreciate that. Kal seems to really care about his customers. Thank you Kal.

I bought a 2005 avalanche 3 years ago. Absolutely worst vehicle Ive ever been sold. It was raining when I purchased this vehicle which hid the rust perfectly. Since purchase, transmission has failed, engine harness has failed, oil pump in engine has failed, calipers seized and ruined the hub and now the frame rail has rusted enough that the torsion bar bracket has ripped out of the frame. I told kal this truck was a lemon 3 months after purchase..... His response... If you goto court, you will lose. Now Im stuck paying for a vehicle I cant even drive. Never go here..... EVER

Sold me a $5000 dollar lemon. Had problems soon as I left the lot. Told them what I thought was wrong with it and they said no fixed my Caliper on one side. Long story short its gonna cost me $3000 dollars more on a car that that I now know wasnt worth anywhere near what I paid. The salesman are exactly what they are salesman! Dont fall for the nice guy tricks from their sideways talking employees! Definitely ask if you can have a mechanic look atanything you may purchase first. Bad mistake I made! I know! But unfortunately Im a very trusting individual. Please be careful with your next purchase and stay far as possible away from Rite track Auto on Michigan Ave in Wayne. And Michigan Ave. In Detroit.
