Came in to look for a car after mine was flooded because of hurricane Ida. Juan Giraldo was the definition of the type of person you’d want in your corner after experiencing something like this. I explained to him my current financial situation and he did everything in his power to help me. Its a challenging time to buy a vehicle but I have to say that Im as happy as I can be. Chris Ordaz was a champ. Communicative, gracious and helpful. If you cant find Chris, make sure you find Lou. Like any dealership, there are all different kinds of salespeople but Chris (and Lou) are the type I appreciate. Not only did he make the process easy, but I did not once feel like I was being scammed, rushed, or forced into any deals I was not 100% certain about!On top of James Wonderful assistance, Nalda Duran - who helped us with all of our financial paperwork - was a gem! She was very informative, clear, and concise with all of the paperwork! Brutal experience. Salesman was nice, but that’s where it stopped. They appraised my car for 11k less than the KBB Trade-value price, just straight up disrespectful. That is just so absurd to me. I went to numerous other dealers who all gave me offers for 6k more. They told me it was because of the “Mazda tax program” and one guy told em id be getting around 2500 back in taxes and another told me it would be 600. Does anyone know what’s going on there??Fortunately I am tech savvy and did my fair share of online research so I didn’t get ripped off, but what happens what someone who’s not goes there. These people are thieves. Would never recommend to a friend or even a foe…

I came here for service and car wash. Great service from Service Manager Nick, he made sure that I dont have to wait for long. Very friendly staff, I was taken care by Pete and Q they were wonderful. Everyone made sure individually that all the requests I made were fulfilled. And the best thing is free car wash anytime.

I just wanted to write a review on the amazing experience I had buying my new CX-5 at Wayne Mazda with Steve. I tried 3 other Mazda dealers but just could not get the exterior and interior color combo that I wanted. I called Wayne Mazda and spoke to Steve, he went to great lengths to find exactly what I wanted. He went as far as to find out what was in transit to deliver the exact vehicle I wanted. He was very professional, respectful and personable. My car came in the early time frame he gave me and he wasted no time calling me to let me know that I could come pick up my new car.Steve helped me right then program the CarPlay yo my phone snd went through all the settings with me. He even out in my special mats for me. He is like a new friend that I can call with any questions I have about the car. I actually called him twice already and he answered the phone immediately to help me resolve something I could not figure out on my own.I lost my car in the Ida storm, started shopping around for a new car and test drive a few different cars, like the Honda CRV and the Toyota Rave 4 but none of them lived up to the Mazda CX-5.I couldn’t be happier with my new car. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Wayne Mazda. I wasnt 100% sure about Mazda, until I came to this dealership and experienced top-notch customer service, and was made to feel like I was part of a family. From the salesman Chris Ordaz, to the finance manager Ali Firozvi; my experience was the best Ive ever had within a car dealership. Chris took the time to show me all the awesome features that my new Carbon Edition CX-9 had, even while my two year old sat on my lap screaming most of the time. A five star Review to the Wayne Mazda service department, Specially Daniel for his excellent service skills. The complementary oil change and tire rotation took about an hour. I was particularly impressed by Daniel, my service advisor who was very proactive and courteous and always pleasant to converse with. I really cant believe how bad the service/treatment was here.I called a month ago to make a service appointment, and specifically mentioned that I would be waiting there until the car is fixed.I got a half-day off work to fix the car, and when I got there the staff there told me they were lacking hands so they couldnt service my car, even though I mentioned how I got the appointment, but they still told me to leave, yes, they told me to leave and try to make appointment with the dealer that I originally leased car from. No advanced notice, no apologies, and no further appointments available for a long time, while I am on a time crunch.

When I wanted a car, the inventory was a bit low due to Covid reasons, but the sales team was great at keeping me up to date on what/when new arrivals would be in. Also, the financial team did a great job explaining all the terms and services of the deal. I checked out a couple other Mazda dealerships in the NJ/NY area and Im glad I ended up going with Wayne, Mazda. Hes good at his job and I highly reccomend working with him if you decide to purchase your vehicle at this dealership. - 5 starsOverall dealership experience - 2 stars.I understand these are unprecedented times and many dealers are charging adjusted market values (AMV). Its almost impossible to find a car below MSRP at this time.That said, dealers should be 100% transparent with AMVs and that was not the case at Wayne. Put the AMV on your window stickers and ensure all your staff members are transparent with prices throughout the process.Lots of back and forth with Mohamed and we were able to meet my expectations, but that shouldve been avoided with clear, transparent, upfront communication. I paid MSRP, but Im disappointed with the negotiation process I experienced with Mohamed.One more complaint. You pay $30K+ for a car, the least they can do is mail you the plates. But they charge a $25 shipping fee to mail your plates. Youll have to pick them up in person when theyre ready to avoid the charge. Small, but cmon man.That said I walked out of there with the car and staff took good care of us.

I really appreciate the honesty of Wayne Mazda. We just lost our 2 month old vehicle in a flood and it’s been almost impossible to find a car dealership that’s honest with pricing and that has cars to sell. The other dealerships were rude and you can tell that all they want is your money. Wayne Mazda unlike any of the other dealerships, they gave us real prices that were WAY below all the competitors even lower than all the other Mazda dealerships. I had no car to come into the dealership, so they negotiated the entire deal with me over the phone and did their absolute best to get to my budget. They had patience and were very attentive to every phone call I made, to every email or text. They were outstanding. From MISAEL who was my salesman and first point of contact, who was extremely patient and assured me that I was going to get amazing service from him and his team. MOHAMMED the general manager who bent over backwards to negotiate the price for me. MARK the finance manager who did everything in his power to get us approved for the rate we needed.I couldn’t thank these guys enough for what they did for us. This has been the best buying experience and easiest car buying process, period! I HIGHLY recommend Wayne Mazda. Thanks for being true to your word and never changing the price on me, giving us the best deal and for not raising to market price when everyone around you is going $5000 up.

I went car shopping yesterday and found the perfect place to get my new set of wheels (2021 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring). I did a bit of research on the internet and I was attracted to the Wayne Mazda website. It’s easy to navigate and the features of it were great. I especially liked how I can choose a car and then see the cost breakdown including taxes and fees. It really simplified the process.I initially worked with Diana Intorrella via email and then with Christopher Ordaz when I arrived at the dealership. There was no sales pressure and the process was smooth and easy. The dealership itself is warm and accommodating with some nice Corvettes on the 2nd floor. As an added bonus, they offer free lifetime oil changes.I would highly recommend using Wayne Mazda and look forward to working with them in the future!

Always a great experience not only with the service department but sales. Manny Navarro cuts to the chase and will let you know if he can work out the numbers to your favor. If he cant, he will tell you he is unable to. I appreciate the honesty. Nalda goes through the paperwork in detail so you feel comfortable signing and the management makes sure they thank you for your business before leaving. Overall, always a good experience at Mazda.

Whats not to like: free service for my Hyndai Ioniq, complimentary car wash with all services if I opt for it, speedy and professional all-point inspection and servicing, booked the appointment with my bluelink app, prompt, professional, friendly and in-and-out service with complimentary coffee/water in a top-notch waiting lobby. They could not make it any easier or pleasant! Kudos all around! Further, they do offer free shuttles and courtesy cars if you cannot afford to wait at the dealer.

I did not have a good experience buying a car at Wayne Mazda. The car I got was at a good price, but Manny, the sales person who worked with us didn’t even bother to explain to me all the ridiculous sale fees they charge (which are more and higher then other dealerships) which ended up being almost the 20% of the value of my car. They also promised me to send me a code or some kind of discount to use with Liberty Mutual car insurance and they never sent it to me, even though I sent multiple emails requesting it!! Manny kept saying that he was going to send it to me and he never did. When I sent a final email saying how frustrated I was because he hasn’t send me the discount information, he pretended that he didn’t know what I was talking about. On top of that, they initially offered me pennies for my traded car! We were ready to walk out of there without buying anything until they offered me a decent amount for my old car. They try to take advantage of their customers as much as they can, and they don’t keep their promises. I would never purchase a vehicle from this place again and would not recommend it to anyone. Never again!

Service department is friendly and helpful. I give them 5 stars. Where Mazda failed was with the cancellation of Mazda Mobile Start ($70/yr) notifying subscribers on June 16 that we were eligible for a remote start upgrade at the dealer. After showing up for the appointment the dealer as well as myself was surprised to find that Mazda corporate cancelled the eligibility for the install on the same day they notified the subscribers June 16. Effectively leaving us without the remote start option we paid for when purchasing the car and the the annual fee. Hoping the dealership will find a way to fix this issue with corporate and get the install approved.

Im very glad I got my CX-5 at Wayne Mazda. The experience was as good as I could have asked for. Lou K., my salesperson, was very helpful throughout the process. He and Mike, the finance manager, were respectful throughout the purchase. The plan is to add a CX-9 to our garage next year and Wayne Mazda is where Ill go first. I definitely would recommend this dealership to others.

Chris and Mo are very knowledgeable and professional. Most of all they are honest. They will assist you in every step. I just leased for the first time from Wayne Mazda over the past weekend! Previously owning a 2003 Mazda Tribute, it was a huge upgrade to drive home with a 2021 CX-5. Not only did he make me feel comfortable test driving the car, he went above and beyond explaining all of the cars features and conditions of the lease as well. His rapport building skills made the whole experience extremely enjoyable- even after a few hours spent in the dealership. Sept. 22, 2021I need to commend Qasim Robinson and the entire service staff of Wayne Mazda for their graciousness, professionalism, and, especially, their accommodations for my mistakes. First, the department honored my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, even though I inadvertently showed up a day later than scheduled. Second, Qasim worked with me after I forgot my credit card, saving me a 25-mile trip home to retrieve it. Also, my mechanic detected a faulty brake light and replaced it without charge. The dealership did not require any long waits to get to test driving the car of your choice. I had visited once before deciding to make a purchase during the second trip and was able to test drive multiple cars and no one was worried about a time limit or anything. James and Mark in finance were happy to help me get what I wanted, including a 7 year bumper to bumper warranty extension. James helped me set up my connected Mazda app and show me how to work the infotainment.Excited that between the warranty and lifetime oil changes, I will have little expenses to worry about outside of ⛽ and car washes.

My daughter brought her car for service and needed much work. I spoke with Nick Service Manager, he was kind and courteous. Trying to work with me and took time out to call me advising me on what to do. Long story short, we decided not to do repairs since it was not worth fixing. Nick was kind enough to waive the fee of 149.00 for diagnostic tests done. So Thank you Nick.

Paid extra money for tire protection and roadside assistance, yet i waited 4 hours for them to get there to change my flat tire. then waited another 3 hours at Mazda to put a new tire on. They told me TWICE beforehand they would provide shuttles to my house and back while they fixed it and then when I got there said they can’t bring me back to pick up my car. Never leasing with them again. Had to take the whole day off of work too
