Being a fan of Walgreens throughout the state this is the worst when it comes to customer service. Rude and greedy manager and the associate.
I buy all my fathers supplies here. He is bedridden and incontinent. Have found prices to be better than other pharmacies. Everyone has always been kind and helpful. Pharmacists/technicians have never had a problem calling docs for refills or clarifications.
Not a well run shop, the pharmacy aides are hit or miss courtesy wise and the pharmacy too often doesn’t have what you need “check back tomorrow after 2” The retail store is clean but in shambles, it’s a big space as it was a full grocery store back when, but it’s clear the present owner just doesn’t care. I know it’s nice to have proximity but in nearly every measure this place ain’t cutting it.
Clean store and cashiers always friendly
Employees are nice and helpful
I recently went to the pharmacy Department and produced a prescription. Not only was the pharmacist rude but the cashier followed suit with a nasty disposition as well . I am no longer filling out prescriptions at 321 Valley road, Wayne . Corporate needs to retrain the staff in customer service. Tony ..
Ive been coming to this store for years. Recently, the newer employees dont seem to know how to do the gift card/ PayPal thing. I specifically called to make sure I could load cash to my PayPal acct there. I spoke with Sheila. She assured me everyone now knows how to do it. PayPal generated a code specific to this store. When I got to the register, Sheila looked at me like I had 2 heads. This particular Walgreens had become more of a disappointment in thre last couple years. Save your time and go somewhere else.
I happen to like the pharmacist. I find her to be knowledgeable and friendly. The store is very clean, and the staff are helpful.
Linda is the best. makes you feel like family
Nice store, nice employees. Always willing to help you, or order what you need if they ran out. Store is always clean as well.
The new young pharmacist is probably the nastiest pharmacist Ive ever encountered. After I get my prescription Im switching pharmacies. This pharmacist literally deserves to lose her job. My prescription was due last Wednesday according to one pharmacist, than this phamacist said Sunday. Went Sunday and she said I said the 26th with a beyond nasty attitude. Anyone who goes to this pharmacy should switch to plains pharmacy. You just lost a customer get your pharmacy in order. Truly disappointed.
THE STAFF IS ALWAYS HELPFUL. WITHOUT FAIL, THE STAFF WILL GO GET THE ITEM IM LOOKING FOR WHEN I CANT LOCATE IT.
Thinking that a local pharmacy close to home is the appropriate choice. Not! There prices are ridiculous and they are not very helpful. I have a 3yr old with the Flu and they provided Tamiflu with no flavoring. I have been going through it for the past two days as my son is getting worst because he cant keep the medicine down. I mean seriously! you see the medicine is for a 3yr old - you honestly cant think of adding flavoring. This is absolutely the last time I will give walgreens my business. My sons doctor re-sent prescription - I will now have to pay an additional $50 in copay because of a pharmacists lack of caring.
I have been getting price gouged by Walgreens Pharmacy. In November 2014, I purchased a 90-day supply of 1 mg Finasteride tablets and was charged $204.97 by Walgreens. I recently went to Costco pharmacy and paid $27.16 for the same 90-day supply of the generic drug. It is outrageous that Walgreens charges $177.81, or 7.5 times, more than what this generic drug should cost for a 90-day supply. Over the course of a year, that amounts to being overcharged $711.24. Walgreens pricing is egregious and consumers should be aware of their unscrupulous business practices.Robert DeVito
Prescriptions are never ready on time - even 12 hours after being called in from the doctor, they often still havent checked voicemail to fill the prescription, leaving me to wait 15+ minutes.
