If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 Keychains and gave the photo, 2 days later I called like they told me to checking on the order and I had to send them the picture again. When I went to the kiosk to pick up my 2 keychains they could only seem to find 1. Upon looking in the computer they noticed that they made a mistake in ordering. So basically not only did they not submit my order 2 days prior like they were supposed to they couldnt even get the order right. I will never give them any of money ever again and I will certainly talk anybody out of using this particular kiosk ever!!!

It is a great gift idea. Karen really helped me choose the best options for my gift. She went above and beyond to deliver my gift ON TIME! I will be purchasing more in the future. Thank you!

I cant thank Karen enough for the amazing job that she did for me. She went above and beyond to accommodate me and understood the importance and meaning that the crystal has for me. Both my grandparents passed away and for my coming wedding I wanted to do something very special and the crystal over exceeded my expectations! Needless to say I LOVE them (I also got one for my fiancés late grandmother) will definitely be going back for more crystals!

In this day and age, to find a person who would go out of their way to make a customer satisfied is very rare, especially during this heavy volume time of year. Karen is this exception. She not only worked with me to get the best photo to use, but provided me with her cell phone number so I could contact her when I emailed the photo. She worked on a variety of proofs until we got the perfect one. She definitely goes above and beyond what is expected so that when I saw the piece finished, I actually had tears in my eyes! It was a gift and a tribute to my two deceased dogs, so it was very special to me. Karen made sure I was not disappointed! I would recommend this very unique product and this staff member is definitely worth asking for to be your customer service rep should you order anything.

Wanted to add a sentence 2 hours after purchase and was told it was too late! Great gift but disappointed I couldnt add after only 2 hours of making the purchase.
