They seriously need to revamp this place and the customer service was a horrid ... I bought a gift set for 25 bucks and it smelled rancid ... This place used to my fav place but now its blah. .. idk what truly happened the girls were just blabbing till i came in and then they started to act like they were to buys to help me gave no suggestions didnt let me smell product it was just a wack experience to say the least...

Store is very clean and they have a huge variety of natural and clean products with different scents. The prices are average as well at this store. If you are a member you will get more discounts

I really enjoy going to Body Shop over the years. The staff is very friendly but I really wish they are a little more careful with their billing when offers are on. I am always overcharged when I have an offer available and end up paying more than I am supposed to, and then have to return to the store for re-adjustment. Please take care of the billing.

The body shop in Willowbrook Mall Had me wild with the change in product and service in the last couple of years. Their new line of products are amazing to me theyre new anyway. I havent shopped there since the late 90s. Theyre body butters and hand creams I purchased were amazing and I also purchased a matte bronzer compact which is divine, its very hard sometimes to find a good matte bronzer without shimmer in it and they have one very good price 2 for $20. I could have bought Way way more than I did but I had to stop myself. I also picked up a small birthday gift for a friend $15 for three large sized body butters that was a great deal. Definitely stop here if you need makeup, body and hair care, bath care, or skin care end lip care five stars plus thank you to the manager also for being amazing
