They have a awful return policy on Electronics. My company purchased a Brother multi function printer on November of 2013. We had to replace it on December 3rd of the same year. On 4/ 02 I attempted to return the replaced printer as it was not functioning correctly and was told they dont take them back after 14 days. Obviously they do as they took my original printer back after close to a month. I was instructed to call Brother directly as Office Depot stores doesnt back their products. Which leaves me to speculate why Staples is the better alternative for my businesses needs in the future. I have never felt so let down by a company and will definitely be shopping elsewhere in the future.
