Please save yourself the frustration and go else where. I dropped off two packages here a month ago. One package made it to the destination, the other didn’t. After trying to resolve with the company I came back to this store to try to figure out what happened. Both of the owners were shockingly rude. Long story short, I walked out of there hysterical with my one year old daughter on my hip as they were literally shooing me out of their store. I’ve been a customer here for 10 years, they KNOW me. Beyond hurtful. Please take your business elsewhere these people don’t deserve their customers.

Charge me $3 to print from the computer. When I noticed to fee on the receipt i asked him about it. The store owner/operator became irate and treating me so rude as to why I didnt know the the scanned fee is using the computer fee. Nasty attitude!! First time here and DEFINITELY the last.

The family who runs this UPS store are so kind and so incredibly helpful all the time. They know my name and are ALWAYS such a pleasure!

The owner is extremely rude. Tries to charge you for packaging when boxing and taping service is supposed to be included for amazon returns.

The owner likes to rip off his customers. He charged me $3 for printing one page of black and white paper. When I questioned him as to why it was so expensive and why he charged another customer $1 for the same thing, he said it was for computer usage. But I never used the computer. He was the one who printed out the paper for me. He should be more consistent with how much he charges his customers, otherwise he’d be ripping off everyone. Like he stated, “he’s the owner, he can charge whatever he wants when he wants it”. This just goes to show what a crook they are.

EXCELLENT! I have been going here for years and now that I live in another town I STILL drive back to Wayne to drop off my packages and for any other shipping needs I have— The owner and his wife are wonderful and super helpful. Thank you!!

They never update their hours be wary

Their hours are posted as 5pm close on Saturday, but they closed at 3pm; I wasted a trip here for no reason. Thankfully, their sister store, on Berdan Ave, seems to know how customer service works.

I been shopping packages for yours out of this UPS store and I never had problems. Always good service and reliable. The owner and his wife are friendly good people.

This ups store is fast and friendly. I often get emails from amazon within an hour of dropping off saying that my return is being processed. That means the store scanned my label and is getting my returns shipped very quickly.

Fantastic service. Was stressed about a delivery that needed to be sent out ASAP and the lady was very accommodating despite the late time I managed to get there.

The staff is very friendly and so helpful when it comes to getting my packages sent out.

Very rude service from the manager. I had an amazon return where they were supposed to package the product and print the label. The manager said “I will do it this once, but I’m not your mom so you need to buy a box next time”.Needless to say I won’t be going back there.

The guy has no idea what he is doing. Simply, he doesn’t know his job.

This store is awful! The Asian man was extremely impatient and rushed us all the way through. I didn’t have my receipt ready, so he told us to rush through it. He groaned when he had to answer our questions, and threatened to charge us $1 for not taping our package. This is the nearest store, and I will only be coming back if I am in dire need.

The owners here need to get a grip on themselves. I’ve never went to a UPS store that charges $1 for a label pouch to ship international packages. They’re literally free from any UPS store and you can order them online for FREE. Don’t be fooled by these owners who want to deceive people to pay for free supplies.

Lazy worker/owner today too busy watching something in his laptop and got upset because I made him pause whatever he was doing scan my packages and give me a drop off package receipt. Dont plan on going back to this particular UPS store.

Staff is poker-faced and very unpolite. We needed to use the tape and they wanted to charge us for $2. They are very rude. Never ever go to this location.

Racist!!! I added tape to my box and the Asian lady accused me of adding something more after I paid for my box!!!! How does the weight change ? By adding tape !! NEVER AGAIN!

The Asian Couple That Run this UPS store are HORRIBLE...they’ll always try and put a spin on something so that they can charge you for very small things that would be considered courteous...And with a NASTY ATTITUDE ASWELL!!!’will neverrr go here again!

This Chinese lady charged me $2 for a tape to tape my box!!!!

Online it says the store closes at 5:00 pm on Saturdays, but it closes at 4:00...
