Terrible service. Employees dont want to do their job and help you theyd rather hang up and have you call back to speak with someone else. Accountability starts at the top, Management seemed to care less when I spoke to him. Last time Ill have any of our company shipments go through FedEx.

My package wasnt delivered from this station because the address was incorrect. They have the right address; I have lived here 30+ years, and have gotten probably hundreds of packages here without a problem. I clarified this with customer service, but apparently when the package went back to Wayne they again decided this address was incorrect and changed it to my office address (no one is there today and I have NEVER gotten personal packages delivered there.) Now they refuse to change the address back to my home, because it was changed once(despite that being an error on their part.) Photo store is closed for Passover so it looks like I wont get my gear...

This guy working the counter is such an angry angry little troll. Every time I have to return a package back to amazon he has such a bad attitude. My husband laughed at me but when he went inside there today for the first time he came out and was disgusted. This guy is suppose to be a notary and yet he had my husband sign 3 times in the wrong places because he wasn’t paying attention to him and just was aggravated to I guess work!!!!
